Hampton Inn & Suites Hershey

Bathroom faucet loose. No lightbulb in the living room, dishwasher was so loud I thought it was going to burst open. Decided to turn it off. ATM did not work——took forever then no $$$ was dispensed. Rooms should have a safe. Breakfast was pretty good. Could have had more yogurt selections, no bananas. Other than that the room was very nice. Public areas are spacious and clean. Staff very nice…including front desk, kitchen and maintenance. Room was great, spacious, everything we needed.

The Location is great and the hotel was very clean. Our room was spotless but really outdated. Staff was friendly. Check in and out was easy. The thermostat was adjustable and worked well. There was a mini fridge, coffee , and hairdryer. However, The bathroom sink leaked and was odd shaped. The bathtub was very narrow and there was no closet. There were some closet rods sticking out of the wall but no door and the musty curtain for the window covered the space where you could hang clothes.

the staff upon arrival so very welcoming and polite . room was nice and clean .
