It is not as described on the website it is not a high-rise building

Property was decent but a bit run down on the exterior (erosion of landscaping, wood fencing rotted out and leaning fences, etc). My neighbors were noisy for 2 late nights and early mornings. Cigarette smoke scent creeped into my room and woke me up. Pillows were absolutely terrible in my opinion.

There aren’t any elevators and the stairs are difficult to get suitcases up the stairs. It’s very loud outside the doors because they’re outside

The property is very run down. It was fine for our stay, but I wouldn’t go back and I wouldn’t recommend it.

The residence Inn is more like an apartment complex than a hotel or other residents in. I guess that might appeal to some people, but I wasn’t a fan. The room itself was in decent condition and you could tell it had been renovated at some point. Bed, bathroom, kitchen, common space or all fine, but nothing exciting. Would stay again, but not my typical Marriott experience.

The pool was closed the first day of pur stay due to mechanical issues. It was almost 100° got it fixed for the 2nd day

This property is located in a quiet, out of the way, corporate business district. It appears to be an old apartment complex converted into a hotel. This property is in serious need of upgrades and renovations. The pool was out of service and that was a big disappointment for the family.

There were plenty of amenities with the property. We hung around the gas campfire on the property and enjoyed a great evening.

Pool was not operable, door was not able to double lock, no elevator to second floor, poor Chanel selection on TV and no sharp knives in kitchen. We did like location, room was very comfortable and spacious, cookies in afternoon, great breakfast and a very competent and friendly staff.

The property setting, location, room design & contents. Nice kitchen with most supplies. The complementary breakfast and the gym are much appreciated. I did report that the refrigerator did not have an ice maker. Several areas around the build were in need of repair. One thing we had to ask for was dish soap, we did have soap for the dishwasher. The final item is the pillows neither of the two choices weren’t firm enough and I had ept waking up with a stiff neck.

Hotel is dated. Room smelled like old cigarettes. Door did not work correctly and we had to manually push in the deadbolt to be able to close the door once opened. Would take several attempts to open the door. Had a very large draft from the door as well. Sometimes it would lock, sometimes not. Market pantry is practically empty. Hotel staff are pleasant, that's it. Bed is very firm, but also not very comfortable for me. Did not sleep well. I would not stay again

The room kinda had a bit of a funky smell to it. Tho it looked clean, and everything worked as expected.

The staff in the property always treats us with respect and it is clean as whistle

This hotel stay was not great at all. It started out ok, the facility was spacious, we had a 2 bedroom suite which was spacious. The rooms were nice and the bedrooms clean. But half the channels on the tv didnt work, and one of the remotes didnt have batteries. Not dead batteries, just no batteries at all, completely empty. Annoying, but not the end of the world. The AC worked well so the room stayed temperate (it was actually pretty cool in the room), but the building we were in (4) faced the pool and basketball court and the kids out there were LOUD. At 11 pm at night. The one boy was so consistently loud for so long his voice was actually hoarse. We stayed 8 days, and housekeeping didnt show up ONCE. We made it work because it was myself and my 2 girls so we made the towel situation work, but because they didnt come, they didnt clean, change sheets or take out the trash. We sat trash outside, it stayed there the whole time. My neighbors put out dirty towels, they stayed there the entire duration of our stay. All of these are minor inconveniences compared to the ant infestation that eventually drove us out a day early. I notified the front desk and they put in an online maintenance request to have someone come spray but no one ever showed up. I eventually ended up going out myself and buying some ant spray. This worked for about 2 days. Then we came back to huge black carpenter ants, in the seating area, in the bedrooms. That was the last straw, we ended up checking out.

We were on this location for 2 night, 8/16- 8/18,the rooms seems fine and comfortable until the first night when I woke up to get some water and the kitchen counter was infestatedad with ants. The next morning I spoke with the front desk person and he sounded apologetic but not really truthful and said someone was going to check on that ,I said when the housekeeper comes make sure to let her know that I wasn\'t able to use the kitchen due to the amount of ants all over and needed a thorough cleaning. When I came back in the evening the room was exactly the same I left, the housekeeper never showed up and the ants were all there, I called the reception and a condescending lady said that housekeeping,is only every other day( wich I was never told), and that someone went to check the ants issue but since we were coming back for one more night they couldn\'t spray any bug spray, in other words I reserved a room 2 bedrooms and a kitchen but wasn\'t able to use it, the 2 staff worker were extremely standoffish," there\'s nothing we can "do attitude ,I would expect a bit more from a hotel who claims to be patterns with Marriott, needles to say I won\'t be going back there and don\'t recommend it for anyone, is unfortunately that hospitality services has been so downgraded these days that they hire unqualified people to work and pay really the minimum so people don\'t feel the need to give their best when it comes to do their job with the best of their abilities. Really sad..

Good 2 bedroom suite with kitchen, the only bad thing is the really old TV that can’t have app or be able to plug in your device to watch movie from Netflix etc You also won’t be able to get WiFi from your phone and will have to use the hotel WiFi

Very nice, spacious, comfortable rooms. The 2 bedroom is perfect for families with enough privacy.

Very clean. Bed is too firm for our liking and the pillows were too flat. Couch was very firm and uncomfortable. Those are my only complaints though, room was clean and had everything I needed.

Pro: Quiet hotel w excellent mattress, a room thermostat that works, a cozy fireplace in the room and free breakfast. Cons: toaster broken, requested another twice to two diff staff members and the next day another broken toaster was placed in the room. Also hotel did not sell fire logs which would have been helpful.

I was disappointed with the noise from the unit above mine. The floor squeaked and the foot traffic up there was noisy as they walked across the room. Very noisy.

Over two hour wait time to check into room due to no availability with minimal acknowledgment from guests services Very short staffed

So I stayed in over 50 hotels/motels etc. I have to say it was BY FAR THE BEST CUSTOMER SERVICE I ever had. I felt like the Mayor of the place after week stay. Mihir GM & Rutu Asst GM was more than help. Most importantly what I thought was very different as they did not lie they told me they would have things the next day that I thought they were just telling me but the next day they had everything that they promised. Like I can’t explain to you all enough they treated me like I was the president of the United States. There were in the beginning, some concerns and issues but again they handled everything and with my experience staying in all these hotels with kids sports and work the last 10 years bye for hands-down the best customer service ever had plus the place was nice, clean even the maintenance people were very helpful.

Rooms were not ready and my parent's reservation was moved to another hotel without notice..

The grounds are not kept and short staff. If yiu are not on the list for housekeeping, your room won't be serviced. However, the front desk staff doesn't inform you of the housekeeping list when you are checking in, so I don't know what the protocol is.

The employees were very helpful. Jada was really helpful at the front desk, and the lovely person there helped me right away when I thought I had left my iPad in my room.

Staff not accommodating

Family vacation the room we rented was a two bedrooms suite. The hotel and rooms needs more cleaness we had ants all over the kitchen counter and even in the bedrooms. The stairs were very stained poor cleaning. Very surprise is by MARRIOT. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent, restaurants, shopping and supermarkets within 5 minutes.

This was the the perfect location for our activities in and around Philly! The Hotel was very clean and the staff was very friendly. My only negative comment would be that the room was advertised as having a "full kitchen" and the photo shows an actual stove. We only had a cooktop and microwave. No oven, so to me this is not a FULL kitchen. We planned meals around being able to bake some things and had to improvise at the last minute which was frustrating.

Bathroom was extremely small. It seemed like the room had been renovated on the cheap. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was just okay. Surrounding are is all corporate parks. 5 minute drive to restaurants.

Hotel is tucked away from the city but not too far. Comfortable stay !

Be sure and look at all of the photos for this property. The first photo in the hotels app is not actually the hotel. When we pulled up it looked very different than what I expected. Lobby was small and a bit dingy. It is also a good bit outside the city center so if you are planning to go to the downtown area much it is a bit of a drive.

Big maintenance issues. We had 2 rooms,1st rm.- front door really hard to lock, bathroom door didn’t close, pillows flat mushy, heater had burnt NG smell, tv bad reception, the outlets over the bed were loose. I had requested extra pillows, but never received._ 2nd rm-heat didn’t work, only warm water, couldn’t fill bathtub, soap and body wash smelled rancid like it hadn’t been changed and it made my son’s skin dry and itchy. He’s also had an issue with the breakfast food, most of the food that was supposed to be hot, bacon, sausage, etc were lukewarm. I feel bad about all of this negative feedback because every other time we’ve stayed here, it’s been very positive and I would really like to see them take this seriously and make the corrections and invest more in the maintenance. We tend to be loyal customers when we find a place we like.

We spent five nights while visiting our family from out of town. The police was very comfortable and the breakfast was nice.

It was a beautiful stay, the room was so beautiful and comfortable. And the breakfast options were awesome. Would definitely stay there next time.

Good sized clean rooms that are in relatively new condition. The property itself looks like apartment buildings and isn't too busy. Staff are helpful but service can be on the slow side. You have to request house keeping at the front desk and specify what you need to be done. Breakfast is decent with eggs, waffles, cereal etc. would be great if they had caffeinated tea but otherwise I have no other feedback.

They need more than 1 waffle iron.

Not advertised correctly as the pictures in Expedia. Not a high-rise, they’re small apartments. The smell of weed is all over the place. I’m calling Expedia and asking for some sort of refund. This place was borderline ridiculous. Positives- super convenient to amazing area. Room was clean and spacious. Breakfast was free but poor. For 200.00 per night, I would’ve chose another option.

Stayed 2 nights. Room was on the dark side at night. Everything, including bathroom was super clean, staff was very nice, breakfast was just ok but sufficient. No fresh fruit or yogurt but EXCELLENT strong coffee!
