Extended Stay America Suites - Philadelphia - Horsham - Welsh Rd

Outdated, filthy floors, walls peeling from moisture in bathroom and window. Sheets required changing by staff due to visible stains. No coffee makers or amenities. Will not stay there again or recommended.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Hotels.com and Extended Stay are both inept. Hotels.com booked and charged us to stay at the Extended Stay when there were no rooms available. So after a long day of travel and arriving at 10pm, we were greeted by the Extended Stay staff with a warm "that's what you get for using a third party website." The Extended Stay staffer followed up that beauty by yelling at my fiance and I, saying it wasn't his fault and he doesn't have our money. If you're looking to purchase a nightmare of a night - this is the perfect option for you.

The front desk personnel were not very good at customer service. Treated the customer like they were annoying and very abrupt to them. The coffee bar in the morning was late while I was there and I needed it to be on time with my visit. I would suggest putting the staff through better training. The cleaning staff appeared to be nice and trying their best.

Toilet was dirty. Shower did not work properly. No wash cloths in bathroom. Breakfast was meager. Expected kitchen to be stocked with utensils, but it was bare.

I stayed at several Extended Stays in diffstates while traveling and was surprised with this one. Hallways needed a vacuum, had to keep having the front desk reissue a card EVERY TIME we went back to the room because it didn't work, food was left from the previous people who stayed.
