This is another one of those hotels that has two people working the entire facility, out of the six floors there were maybe two working ice machines. I told the staff that the tires on the luggage carts needed inflating some guy came out kicked it once and walked away and they were nearly flat, heck I would have inflated them myself. Noisy freeway and streets so there's no quiet side. Front desk guys were nice.

Inn has to regulate who can enter the gym. There were a bunch of kids coming in at out all through out the day and being super loud in the gym. Not only it's a huge nuisance, but it's also very dangerous when kids are handling heavy weights(not to exercise, but to play with). Also, the front desk person on Saturday afternoon was SOOOO SLOW.

Not a single ice machine on the property was in working order. The breakfast wasn't very good. On Monday, breakfast went from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. I came down at 6:05 am. They had scrambled eggs and mini cheese omelets. The eggs were barely warm and they had no ketchup. I asked the attendant and they said they were out. The accompanying sausages were literally cold. As if they weren't heated up properly after being taken out of the refrigerator. To boot, the coffee urn was empty. So it must have been there all night and not mad fresh.

Very clean and cozy hotel. Stood here for 2 nights and it was easily a 10/10 experience. Very friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms. Great location for commuting. Definitely would stay here again.

Our room had bed bugs, when we woke up with bites(which im allergic to) we went to the front desk and told them. The man behind the counter didn't even seem surprised. He just asked 'well what do you want to do'. I was appalled! We checked out immediately. Not to mention the blinds and shower were both broken

The hotel is decent to stay for an overnight trip. For a longer stay, however, one should consider a couple of issues related to the location of the hotel. First, driving from the shopping mall to the hotel is a little awkward since you cannot make a left turn or a u-turn; you must drive around the nearby neighborhood to get to it. Second, there are constant traffic noise that may affect your sleep since the hotel is next to a major highway and a main road. Other issues are related to housekeeping and maintenance. There were large cracks in the bathroom sink and some dark spots in the shower. Shampoo bottle was empty, and we asked for a replacement to no avail, and we ended up leaving without a shower. Coffee machine had used coffee ground pack inside. Breakfast was ok. We would stay somewhere else the next time we're in the area.

Likes: 1. Warm greeting by staff consistently 2. Nice variety of full breakfast choices 3. Nearby stores and restaurants Dislikes: 1. Noisy (can hear vehicles passing on the highway throughout the entire stay 2. Guests were loud and obnoxious (music blasting loud after 1:00AM 3. Strong smell of marijuana in the lobby 4. The public areas were not cleaned the entire time we were there. Desk help was usually on phone, watching videos. Food was good and wall prepared. Having sex workers on the site was shocking, with access through back door being propped open. REALLY DIDN"T LIKE THIS HOTEL. POOR VALUE.

We enjoyed our stay.. we love hampton inns. The only thing we didnt like was to get a shower .. to turn on the water.. it was stuck and it took 2 hands and all the power you have to turn it on.. and because you had to get into the shower to turn it on your either got dowsed with ice cold water or scalding hot water because the level didnt turn easily Thanks Lori Custer

Traffic noise was an issue in the room. Thin walls also meant we heard the conversations on either side of us and someone’s bathroom sound effects. The room itself wasn’t the best either, possibly having the worst bed I’ve ever used. I wouldn’t stay here again.

The outlets in my room were not working but they were fixed soon after. I stayed 2 nights but my room was not cleaned in between nights. Furniture was shabby & tattered. Bathroom was nice. TV wouldn’t turn off with remote. I had to unplug it.

The room was clean but the ac didn’t work and it was so hot In there! Also the curtain didn’t close all the way which made it very difficult to sleep. We were honestly disappointed with this stay and we normally move the Hampton Inn but this one was just not so good!

There was a poor communication between reservations and the people at the hotel desk. I made it clear I needed an immediate, early check -in and had the reservation but when I arrived at the hotel, there were no rooms available for check-in. So, I did not stay there.

When we were arrived we were told that our 2 rooms weren’t available because of a flood. The guy didn’t seem to care and showed no empathy. We asked why we weren’t called, he said that it had just happened. Meanwhile we were checking in the early afternoon, so I’m sure and the hotel was just overbooked. He called another property to find us a room, but it was booked. No surprise. It is graduation weekend, and we booked these rooms 10 months prior. Our family of 5 was stranded. If there was a flood, we should have been notified. We booked two rooms for two nights each. The customer service was horrible.

The clerk who checked us in was kind of rude and argumentative. The whole hotel needs redone badly, and for the money it cost, I would absolutely recommend staying somewhere else. Very disappointed and frustrated- I didn’t feel I would get help after how check in went so both couples sucked it up for the weekend but I was embarrassed at the quality of our stay. The only help I got was when we locked our key in our room, and at checkout.

This hotel is an excellent location for all the Valley Forge and King of Prussia attractions-Mall, Zoo. Military Park etc.. The rooms were nice. The staff was friendly. Breakfast was good for a short stay. The only negative is there was a lot of traffic noise from outside the hotel which went until approximately midnight and started up at 5 AM.

This was as one-night stay for shopping in the area. It's close to the King of Prussia mall, which is a plus (you could actually walk there, if you felt like it. However, the hotel is situated on a one-way street going south so if you're heading north-bound and need to turn into the parking lot, you have to go to the next light and do an illegal U-turn to get there. That is really the only big negative I have. The hotel is clean, the staff was friendly, there's a free continental breakfast. It's a decent hotel for the price.

We we visiting Philly for a funeral. This was the perfect location. Our check in was efficient. The hotel was clean. The beds were very clean and comfortable. The breakfast was a delicious, added bonus. Parking was readily available and easily accessible. There were countless excellent restaurants within minutes, and plenty of things to do. I have nothing negative to say about this stay.

The hotel is decent to stay for an overnight trip. For a longer stay, however, one should consider a couple of issues related to the location of the hotel. First, driving from the shopping mall to the hotel is a little awkward since you cannot make a left turn or a u-turn; you must drive around the nearby neighborhood to get to it. The only issue is the noise from the 76. If you stay on the south side, very quiet. The north side there is a lot of noise that is disturbing from the turnpike. Other than that, nice property for the price point.

Subpar for a Hampton Inn. There were many hairs in the shower upon arrival. Breakfast was poor, probably the worst we’ve had at any Hampton property. Ice machines all out except on the first level. Not the best clientele but that’s probably the area. The price was adequate so overall 6/10.

Reserved a king. Told upon checkin that there were no kings available. I asked why would my reservation made months ago and guaranteed no be available. All of a sudden he found a king room. Room was good. Lots of crates of ac units laying around. Used restroom near office. No paper towels. TP paper used and thrown on floor. No cold milk available on buffet.

Not a single ice machine on the property was in working order. The breakfast wasn't very good. On Monday, breakfast went from 6:00 am - 9:00 am. I came down at 6:05 am. They had scrambled eggs and mini cheese omelets. The eggs were barely warm and they had no ketchup. I asked the attendant and they said they were out. The accompanying sausages were literally cold. As if they weren't heated up properly after being taken out of the refrigerator. To boot, the coffee urn was empty. So it must have been there all night and not mad fresh.

The room was nice and comfortable. Check in went well and the staff was very nice. My problem was with breakfast. We arrived midway through the time allotted for breakfast and we were left with very few options. Potatoes were empty as were the sausage. Very few scrambled eggs. They only had one waffle maker so I had to wait for that. It takes 2 1/2 min for each waffle so you might have to wait a while. Finally got the waffle and no forks were in the silverware bins. Only knives. And for the coffee, they were out of light. But they at least had bold. I usually have good stays at the Hampton Inn, not this time.

Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Like the long counter and pull-out shelves in the bathroom. Plenty of outlets and charging ports in the room. Breakfast options were extensive, and the food was fresh and delicious. The breakfast and dining areas were neat and tidy.

I thought it was great all around. The breakfast offering in particular was the best that I've seen from a hotel in a long time. The waffle machine putting the company logo into the waffles was a nice touch. I think it shows they're a little more invested in the experience than just going through the motions. I will definitely try to stay here again when next year's convention comes around. Thanks!

Overall decent stay for the price paid. Rooms were in decent condition. Lobby could use some remodeling. Breakfast was nothing out of this world but it got the day started. Could tell the rooms have been remodeled which helps. Close to a gas station, restaurants and the mall. Pretty good location so can’t complain. Would consider staying there again but wouldn’t make it a first choice .

Everything was amazing. Location. Cleanliness. Breakfast. Until I tried to turn on the TV. The remote did not work. I had to turn the TV on from the button on the TV and then the volume at maximum sounded like it was whispering. I spoke to the front desk on my first day of visit and they told me they will send a maintenance man the next day at 10 AM to repair it. The next day came and went, and when we got back late night, the TV was still the same. We then went again to the front desk to let them know we were supposed to have a maintenance visit and check on the TV and they told me they will send them the following day which we were leaving. Very poor communication from the front desk, but other than that, everything was perfect.

The hotel is worn. Instead of replacing the bathroom mirror which was stained with brown paint, it was turned upside down. It is impossible to turn the shower on without getting wet. The sheet covering the king sized duvet was a queen.
