Only stayed for 1 night But it was okay The casino could do a better job of containing the cigarette smoke Very annoying for a non smoker

We were thoroughly impressed with Valley Forge Casino & Resort! We are local to the Philadelphia area and decided to do a close by staycation but we also wanted the option to have expanded amenities. Our room was spacious, the beds were comfy, and the bathroom could fit about 6-7 people at once! The property was also nice. Valley Beach was amazing! My only recommendation would be to heat the pool a bit, because the water was freezing, even in the sun. Oh, 1 more recommendation... the evening live band, the cover charge should be half the price for hotel guests. Lastly, the area around the hospital is King of Prussia which has a lot of shopping, dining, and entertainment options. During the entire weekend, we did not have a bad meal - from eating at the steakhouse in the hotel, to going to a nearby Vineyard, to going to Sullivan's at the KOP mall! Valley Forge Casino & Resort is a ten out of ten, highly recommend!

We love the casino floor & the rooms were great. We like the coziness of the place. We dislike the food options. The restaurant in the stardust tower was closed so our only options were fast food in the food court or a very expensive steak dinner. That was quite a bit disappointing. But we will still go back.

Very quick and easy check in. Plenty of luggage carts available. Staff friendly and helpful. Did need to park pretty far away. Property would benefit from a parking deck with an inside attachment to casino.

There are dried blood on the pillow case (I have a picture) and there was absolutely no hot water at all in the shower this morning.

We got in late so I didn’t call down and complain but both rooms I had for the night were not clean. Our bathroom had dried up pee on the floor hair everywhere just totally not clean I had to clean the bathroom before my wife would even go in. I paid a lot of money and had a bad experience.

The room was not the cleanest but the overall property was great

Good amount of parking, kind bellhop, bathroom cleanliness needed a little help (dead flies and hair on floor along with toilet paper pieces upon entering room.

It was great! We did find the cleanliness wasn’t top notch (stains on carpet, smell of smoke) however the staff was friendly, amenities were great and it was a great weekend getaway for us.

Second time staying here, not a bad room for the money. Always a bit noisy at night, shower is huge but badly needs more water pressure. Bed and pillows were great, nice large room.

Overall, very average property. Nothing fancy/elegant, but also not unbearable. Compare this hotel to your local holiday inn. For the price of roughly $250 on memorial day weekend, it was worth it. Any other weekend, I would have been let down. Room was average. Carpets are old and could be cleaned. Balcony doors are sealed shut. Smart TV was a plus. The check in process was great, liked the pre-check in process and virtual key on the app. Allowed me to bypass the front desk and go straight to my room upon arrival.

They tend to push windowless rooms. It has happened to us before but told us. This time told us afterwards and we’re stuck with it

Check-in was smooth and easy thanks to pre-check online. We walked in, gave our names and the room keys were already ready for us. We were checked in and onnour way to our room in 3 minutes tops. The ride up was nice, elevators were spacious and clean. The room was super average. It said it was one of the renovated rooms so I think I expected way more but it was just blah. However, very clean! There were no frills whatsoever and the worst part was the view and the fact that the balcony had been permanently sealed shut. It wouldve been nice to have some fresh air, even though we were facing the roof of another part of the hotel. Outside of the hotel room. I did like that the casino is kept far far far away from the hotel rooms. This means no noise disturbance. The hotel side is VERY quiet. My bf loved that he could roll out of bed and walk over to the casino at anytime and although we didn't eat at the restaurants, the food court was really cute and quaint. Many options and ample seating, and the food was so good! We got a philly cheeseburger, speing rolls, a hot dog and garlic parm fries. Overall, this was a great stay and i would stay again!

Stayed in the newly renovated Stardust tower for 2 nights. The hotel room was beautiful - open closet, 2 double beds, desk, refrigerator and safe in a nice credenza with a big screen TV mounted to the wall (with Netflix and YouTube). The sink/vanity was nicely done and outside the small bathroom (toilet and tub/shower only). There seems to be about 20 rooms per floor in a circular pattern which was unique. There were 3 elevators and we only had to wait on it a couple of times but otherwise it was pretty quick to get in and out. There’s ample parking outdoors in addition to valet service. It was a short drive to the King of Prussia mall and Philadelphia Expo Center.

Our second time back and we really enjoy it here. LOVE the extra sized shower! Only complaint is the walls are incredibly thin so you can hear your neighbors conversation clearly. Plus whenever anyone around you closes their door your room shakes. I doubt that can be fixed but its our only issues

Great stay, only thing the AC in the room didn’t work well at all. It kept shutting off or worse the heat would kick on !

The service at this hotel was not good. I called on Monday morning asking for a new iron because the one in the room didn’t work. I was told it would be delivered to the room. When I asked how long it would take, the lady on the phone abruptly said it would arrive when it arrives. I waited 45 mins and nothing came to the room. I eventually left without ironing my clothes and was late to my meeting. The staff was also unable to get me a package which was delivered to the hotel for 2 days. They kept promising it would arrive every time I ask and it never did

Staff was unbelievably helpful and kind. After seeing my mom was in a wheelchair and I was struggling with our luggage, the supervisor immediately came to our aid and changed our room to a handicapped accessible room and helped me bring my mom and our things to the room. I will stay here again when I visit my grandchildren and recommend this place to everyone I know! Thanks so much!!!

The room was very nice and clean but the front desk wasn’t very helpful. We had to request an extra blanket three times and still never got one.

The staff was ruse as can be and insinuated we were lying about check in time. Attitude upon attitude with these people, no help at all, and immediately after entering the room saw our bedding was DIRTY WITH MAKEUP FROM A PREVIOUS GUEST. This has been more of a hassle than it truly needed to be. I doubt we will ever stay here again. The maintenance guys who came to check the water temp was amazing though and deserve a raise with how friendly and personable they were. Super nice dudes.

Barebones staffing midweek, no daily regilar room housekeeping. When we called to ask just for clean towels they were never delivered. There was only a breakfast shop that wad too far away to walk to and not breakfast included. There were no safety devices for customers in the bathrooms.

The room was nice but the front desk team was not well trained in knowledge of the services provided or customer service. I asked for assistance in getting my disabled (walks with a walker very slowly ) Father from the Tropical Tower down to the Casino perhaps with a quick use of a wheelchair. I was told unsympathetically to go rent a scooter for the day using my cell phone.I explained I didn't need a scooter for a day, just assistance in a quick trip usage of a wheel chair. They then sent me to security who promptly said that was handled by the front desk.She then called over a bellman (nice Man) to go somewhere I couldnt hear to see about the possibility of a chair. He came back after 10 minutes and said he didnt know any where at which point she now claimed that the hotel does not do that anymore. All of this transpiring without any professional courtesy, kindness or compassion for my situation. This transpired on Wednesday 7/29 at noon, the place was empty and no one at the desk needing any services. Just me getting disrespected and dismissed. She seemed more interested in getting back to surfing on her I phone which she was doing when I first approached, also unacceptable. By the way, the scooter AP did not work as I tried out of desperation. There were some other minor issues with the front desk at the Tropical tower as well, general unprofessional attitudes when asked for help and more I phone surfing. Terribly disappointing experience. Sad because the room was nice.

The best part is that this hotel is about a five minute drive to the Valley Forge National Historical Park, and the drive is very easy. It has a casino, but we didn't visit it. The staff was friendly. Our room was very large and spacious, but the walk-in shower did not have a bathtub. The wi-fi was a bit slow, but it worked well enough for most of our devices. We had no major problems at all, except for a power outage one morning which made the room very dark. The only other issue was that one of their Food Court restaurants was unexpectedly closed one evening. Overall, it's a decent place, and I have no problem recommending it to anyone who (a) wants to stay in a casino, or (b) wants to visit Valley Force NHP.

Check in was easy. When we got to the site and our first time here we didn't know exactly where to go for check in as there is more than one building. That was awkward.

Our stay at the casino in King of Prussia PA was quite pleasant. The room was large and light. Staff was very friendly and polite. The casino was very clean and they were plenty of slot machines of all kinds for entertainment the area surrounding casino. It’s very beautiful with plenty of restaurants to choose from, but would recommend that the casino have a few more dining options.

Very nice all the way around. Casino on the smallish size, but clean and easy to navigate. Hotel was comfortable. Nothing too fancy or elaborate, but clean. Only gripe was that the food options were poor. It was a Monday, but nothing except a pizza/sandwich place (spotty service, especially considering no one was their) and a Dunkin shop.

The Chop House was amazing

The property as a whole was nice but the limited dining was a problem. I really wish that tavern bar was open I really had a taste with some buffalo wings and I couldn't get none at their facility

Check in was easy with very friendly staff. Room was of good size and clean. Bed and pillows a bit soft for my liking. Surprised there was only one expensive steak restaurant and ‘food court’ dining was sub-par with unappealing seating.

Room was very nice. We ate at the steakhouse on site and it was delicious. Great rate. Will definitely return.

None of the restaurants were open due to lack of staff

The hotel is nice and conveniently located. The room had everything in it that was needed and was totally spotless. The only weak spot in the place was the food. Pricy and the service at the Tavern and the cafe in the food court was slow.

over all an outdated place. limited food options. bar opens only at 5pm. room service was "limited" and shower was not hot for most of the week! Definitely wont stay here again.
