Staff were friendly and helpful with giving suggestions on where to go eat. Room was clean and super comfortable. Housekeepers do a great job here and arw helpful if you need anything extra. Lindsey at check-in was also extremely helpful. The pool and basketball court was a bit small but nice. The kids enjoyed it. There's also a really nice outdoor sitting area.

I came into town for the weekend for my daughter’s birthday party on the 20th in north Philly but wanted something on the outside of Philly and this was the perfect place a good price for the stay it has a pool jacuzzi basketball court free buffet breakfast a lot for the price

The room was very nice and clean. The pool / hot tub were very dirty and a fight broke out in the middle of other families and children resulting in us not wanting to stay long. Staff were also not managing the pool area as there were people sneaking into the pool area / glass bottles were every where when the sign clearly states “no glass bottles in the pool area.” Lady at the front desk was a delight though.

$5/night parking is just a money grab. SEPTA train station located just past the parking lot. Good breakfast if you get there before 8:00 - then items start running out & are not replaced. Coffee always available.

I can't believe they now charge $5 for parking. I stay here every year when in town and will now look elsewhere. No reason to charge for parking. Breakfast was great though.

The rooms were spacious, fun, family oriented. They had everything you need, and staff was friendly and helped with everything you need. The elevator is super slow, and makes lots of noisy. We used the stairs a lot.

The room was very musty smelling, like an old cologne or some fragrance to cover up the mold/musty smell. There was visible mold on the walls in the bathroom. The wallpaper was peeling. Everything just felt old, musty and moldy. My son’s allergies went CRAZY as soon as we walked in the room and I had a headache the entire time. The sheets had a strong detergent odor, which was unpleasant, but at least the bed was comfortable.

Our room just wasn’t very clean. Floor was sticky, there were hair and eyelashes behind the bathroom faucet. The duvet and bed cover were both dirty and the duvet was way too small; it probably would’ve fit a full size bed and we had a king. There was old dirt around the light switches and it was very obvious, as soon as we opened the door, that the room had been smoked in.

The room was a great size, and that was the bed/bath area alone. The kitchenette and living room area were ideal when my wife went to sleep and I stayed up to complete a project for work without bothering her. My dog is over 125lbs and seems intimidating but she's a big baby! The staff here went above and beyond to accommodate her and were very kind to her when they encountered her. This was by far the best staycation we've had in years

Elevator near lobby under maintenance so there's a long walk to an alternate Elevator. Good daily hot breakfast with basics. Nice Wednesday evening social. Front facing staff are very friendly. Some carpeted areas need more frequent vacuuming & deep clean (especially with winter salt tracking on shoes) & some room floors need deep cleaning. Winter grounds maintenance is very good.

The rooms and the beds are comfy.Unfortunately,there is a train station nearby,and one of the nights we were woken up at least 5 times from the train noise.When we switched rooms the noise problem was resolved.

The personnel are very nice but the redecorated rooms are a disaster for women. The darkened mirror in the bathroom is useless for applying make-up and there is no reading light! If you need to work in the evening there is a nice table but NO LIGHT. Business travelers for get it!!

The Manager at Homewood Suites was rude and nasty for no other reason than to feel superior. Lyndsey or Kelsey is her name. Very unprofessional, unpleasant and questioned me as if I was a criminal. I will never go there again.

Great hotel beautiful lobby area. Not really walkable to much and watch out don’t stay in the back right side of the hotel because you’ll be right by the train tracks where it crosses a road and every train whales on the horn at least every hour.

Bit off the beaten path (adjacent to couple big pharma offices, so maybe mostly for corporate travel), but also right next to a train station and track (with whistling trains!). Good fit for our needs (in PA for a wedding, needed room for 6 people so suites nice).

We wanted to stay in Philadelphia, but the price of the hotels and the parking was too steep. So we looked just outside of Philadelphia and found this great value in Lansdale. Great room rate and free parking. Very nice place. Very pleased with our stay.

$5/night parking is just a money grab. SEPTA train station located just past the parking lot. Good breakfast if you get there before 8:00 - then items start running out & are not replaced. Coffee always available.

The elevator was broken for most of the stay forcing me to walk a 1 year old thru most of the building since we were on the 4th floor. Toilet was so loud that the room next to us ended up waking up my son. Breakfast was a mess with green banannas and impossible to eat with a huge hockey team staying there at the same time eatting everything and not allowing my family to eat anything. Wont stay again

The room was nice, clean, and the bed comfortable. The hot tub was small but nice and while we didnt use the pool it also looked nice and well maintained. The staff was super helpful and nice. Breakfast, while 75% of it was the same stuff every day, was still very nice and everything was fresh.

Very well kept and maintained Hotel however it was difficult to find on GPS/ Navigation and is within the compounds of a Daycare and several other Facilities. but once there everything else was great from the people to the breakfast.
