Marvoulous staff, never had a better service in a hotel (10 stays per year average). The pool was a little dirty at the end of the day, otherwise everything was perfect.

This was our 4th time staying and it’s always great. All staff have been pleasant and helpful - from extra towels for our group of 7 to recommendations around where to eat. The kids have a blast in the pool and the gym is just what we need for getting in extra steps during our road trip. THE BREAKFAST though! The best! My birthday boy always gets his favorite - waffles & berry sauce. There’s also options for grab-and-go. The coffee and flavored waters, available all the time, out the exclamation point on our experience. Would recommend 10/10

Nice clean property. Beds were a little hard for my comfort but that's a personal choice. Otherwise kids enjoyed the pool, breakfast was more than cereal-had eggs, corn beef hash, potatoes. Quiet safe area.

Easy to get to - and staff was really nice and easy to work with. Easy checkin/checkout. Seem to have a lot of workers. Pool was nice and clean, but chilly. Breakfast had a lot of choices and was good. Room was big and furniture in the room was ok. There were various stains on the comforter. Beds were hard as a brick. Shower was at a funny height...I stayed with a large group of people, and both I and another adult who stayed in a different room, ended up falling when getting out of the shower because of the weird height. Adjacent to the highway, so kind of loud with vehicles but easy to access. I forgot and left behind a brand new bathing suit in the room, but when I called the next morning there was no record of it and "nobody saw it." That\'s a bummer. Overall it was an OK stay - and for $100 on the weekend, we got what we paid for.

Hotel room was clean. Breakfast was good. Location not bad. Not too many restaurants around. Had to drive away of the hotel just to get food. Refrigerator not working well. Had to ask for towels both days since it was towels in the room for 4 and we were 6. Very dissapointed with pool, very cold. We and other clients complained several times and nothing was done. Pool too cold specially for little children. Will not return due to the lack of attention to take care of the temperature of the pool and having not plenty of towels for the whole party. .

I called to confirm amenities was told there was a hot tub, heated pool, and fitness center when we checked in we was told the person we talked to lied there is no hot tub, the pool ant heated, and the fitness center has a total of 5 machines with only 2 working. The sofa was stained and the head bored almost hit my daughter when it fell.

We stayed one night on our way to drop our daughter off at university. Room was clean and beds were very comfortable. Breakfast was great, with lots of hot, cold, and healthy options. Fitness room was disappointing. One treadmill was out of order and the tv did not work. There was only one pair of free weights and no benches or mats.

Convenient location to Harrisburg. Lots of variety in places to eat and drink in Mechanicsburg. Room was nice sized and well priced. Breakfast was adequate and they did change up the hot food selection from day to day. Some updates are definitely needed. Hall carpets were pretty bad! Elevator and stairwells could use a good cleaning. No one at front desk several times because they were out helping guests or fixing something. Might need more staff!

We were very disappointed with the original room given at check-in. The bathroom was dirty like the floor had not been cleaned/mopped. The bedding was stained in multiple spots, and the worst of it, we killed two roaches in our room. One we found in our takeout food, which had to be thrown out, so a loss as well. We were given another room when complaint was made with no issue.

Absolutely unacceptable experience. I stayed here the night before a 24-hour conference followed by a 12-hour international flight, the only chance I had to rest. Instead, I spent the night dealing with bed bug bites all over my body. It was not only distressing but completely ruined my ability to recover before important commitments. I was finally moved to another room at 3:40 AM, but by then, the damage was done. I immediately requested a refund but have yet to receive anything. The lack of accountability and response from the hotel is shocking.

1st room was missing a shower curtain and the toilet wasn’t working properly. Was offered a plunger. They didn’t have another room to match what we paid for so we took a lower level room and wasn’t offered any compensation for the difference.

The property seems like it need an upgrade. While I didn’t use the bed part of the sofa bed, I couldn’t really sit comfortably on it, as it looks like it was broken. The furniture was worn and frankly a little dirty and the bathroom looked dingy. The bed was soft and lumpy but at least the pillows weren’t too bad. The breakfast was mediocre - the eggs and corned beef hash were pedestrian at best.

Cons: Beds were rock solid, I mean I’ve never laid on a mattress so hard in my life. Both mornings we stayed we all woke up in pain. Pool area floor and windows were green and no towels. Back of the toilet was broken. Pros: Room was a good size. All of the staff we encountered were very nice, especially the breakfast attendant. She checked on us both mornings and was working constantly.

The site was beautiful and the rooms are great. The pillows were too big and firm for me but I’ll bring my own next time. That was the one and only issue, otherwise it was perfect for us. Easy check in and out. Lots of selections for breakfast. Even had English muffins, my husbands favorite.

Elizabeth at the front desk was wonderful--super helpful, friendly, and patient with my kids. Breakfast was top notch. The entire facility was clean. Beds were quite comfortable. I will def stay there again for soccer tournaments this spring. Well worth it!

A big shout out to Sandy! Not only did she diligently keep up with stocking and replenishing food and supplies, she did it all with a smile and great attitude. She's a great asset to the company and profession. A shout out to the reception as well. I wish I could remember her name, but she was very accommodating, professional and I felt she went above and beyond.

Front desk staff was usually busy with what ever is more important than the customers. On all three occasions that I needed the front desk I had to wait for service beyond a reasonable time. On the third occasion I was completely ignored and I walked away after about five minutes. All other aspects of my stay were very good. The lady that checked me in was the exception. She was a true professional.

The property itself was fine, however management is a huge issue. Someone was accidentally provided keys to our room at 11 PM. I’ve been told for 2 weeks a manager would reach out to explain the safety issue I experienced. I haven’t heard a peep, I’ve never been more scared in my life and management here couldn’t seem less interested. I’d stay quite literally anywhere else in the area, I’d imagine the room will be the same but hopefully their manager cares about guest safety.

Hotel ok. Requested a reciept for my stay. Desk clerk refused to give me printed copy of reciept. Said it was going to be emailed. Never received in email. I had never had this happen. I called. Not very happy with attitude. I have always received a printed copy of reciept, when requested. This is a first. Hotels.com customer service called hotel. I still have not received copy of reciept via email. Odds of me staying at this hotel is “slim”. And I’m up this way on business often. Sad!!!!!

Hotel ok. Requested a reciept for my stay. Desk clerk refused to give me printed copy of reciept. Said it was going to be emailed. Never received in email. I had never had this happen. I called. Not very happy with attitude. I have always received a printed copy of reciept, when requested. This is a first. Hotels.com customer service called hotel. I still have not received copy of reciept via email. Odds of me staying at this hotel is “slim”. And I’m up this way on business often. Sad!!!!!

Just looking for a clean, comfortable place to spend the night after a full day of fun in central PA. This place was perfect. Not far of the highway (Rt 15) and close the PA Turnpike. A couple of fast food restaurants and convenience store nearby too.

This was our 4th time staying and it’s always great. All staff have been pleasant and helpful - from extra towels for our group of 7 to recommendations around where to eat. The kids have a blast in the pool and the gym is just what we need for getting in extra steps during our road trip. THE BREAKFAST though! The best! My birthday boy always gets his favorite - waffles & berry sauce. There’s also options for grab-and-go. The coffee and flavored waters, available all the time, out the exclamation point on our experience. Would recommend 10/10

Clean and quiet room, maybe starting to show its age a bit. But, the price is very good. Breakfast is excellent, but does start a bit late, 06:30, for people on the road. But the selection is fantastic.

The guestroom was quiet and clean, furnished spartanly with hard surfaced floors & plain headboards with are more hypoallergenic than carpets and padded headboards. The operable microwave and small refrigerator were nicely hidden behind closed cabinet doors below the TV. The free breakfast selections were fresh, varied with individually wrapped freas apples. The hotel staff were kindly helpful. The small exterior porch with chairs and tables, flanking the front entrance, are cozily relaxing amid the plantings and bird songs. We enjoyed a wonderful stay!

Staff is SUPER nice and I love that the hotel is dog friendly. Breakfast was also very good. And…the coffee was also good (not always the case with hotel coffee.)

The property seems like it need an upgrade. While I didn’t use the bed part of the sofa bed, I couldn’t really sit comfortably on it, as it looks like it was broken. The furniture was worn and frankly a little dirty and the bathroom looked dingy. The bed was soft and lumpy but at least the pillows weren’t too bad. The breakfast was mediocre - the eggs and corned beef hash were pedestrian at best.

This hotel was great. The staff was great and very courteous. The hotel and room and very clean and comfortable. The breakfast is really good and my kids all found something to eat. The only issue we had was breakfast starting at 7am. Typically we have experienced most places starting breakfast at 6am. This did make it challenging to get where we needed on time after enjoying their breakfast.

Zero maintenance the windows are falling out of the rooms the elevator was out of service the door to the pool was stuck shut and the solution was a closed sign the curtains didn't close because the hardware was laying on the air conditioner. Worst stay ever.

And the rooms aren't as clean as they had been. Unfortunately, the next time my mom visits, I'll be putting her up in a different hotel as it seems this one can no longer be trusted. Again, this does not appear to be the employees' fault but rather the result of management's overall handling of the property. Disappointing.
