Quality Inn Montgomeryville-Philadelphia

Stay was great outside of upper management and staff having arguments/disagreements right near the lobby.

Bugs in the room, dirty clothes from previous tenant in the room severely needs upgrades

Nice place. The refrigerator and microwave would be nice if I was staying longer. It was a loud noise that I kept hearing every hour or so. I’m not sure if it was the vent for the pipes or what it was but initially it kept waking me up every time it happened. Also, I found the mattress to be a little too hard. But otherwise, it was a good hotel.

Altercation with desk clerk that should have been handled more professionally.

Very clean room, quiet floor. Good choice for free breakfast with great hours. Very kind staff and owners, friendly and above and beyond efforts to please guests. Had a very pleasant stay
