There is not one good thing I could say about the place. No pool no breakfast had to fight to get towels ended going and buying a couple to shower. Had to fight to get a tv to work. Wires running across parking lot covered over with wood. This place is a joke. The picture shown are not the hotel the amenities are not what you will get. Don’t waste your money find somewhere else

The man at the desk was nice but I was unaware of a pet fee. The hallway to the room was hot & at first the room was hot. The mattress was hard, we only had two towels, no hand towel & only two wash clothes. The ice machine was out of order, there was dust on the lamps & the ice bucket was dirty. Just have to say is beware.

Not good, not staying there again. Management needs to invest into the property to attract customers. Breakfast was terribly limited, property looks like was not taken care of since 1980s, not even hair conditioner, just one little shampoo and soap bar, Pool was closed .

This hotel was a days inn that lost its branding. Every room smells like week and cigarettes . The exterior locks do not work so anyone could come in and out. We had no doorknob and a missing bathroom door. There were smoked and used cigarettes in the nightstand drawer and missing hunts of flooring. There was a mattress in the pool area. Unsavory characters and neighboring people swimming in the pool area. I will be calling about this. I felt unsafe with my children in this building

It was very unkempt. The wallpaper in the hallway was coming off, the bathtub was dirty, the chair in the room had stains and dirt on it. The pool was dirty we ended up skimming it ourselves. The breakfast ended at 9 when most people get up the pool closed at 830pm which is rediculous.

The TV was fuzzy lost channel several times. The room stink like stal smoke. A non smoking room. The toilet did not flush and when it did it leaked on the floor. Juice machine out of order, bad fruit, no coffee. The hallway was very dim and ice machine did not work. Worst place I have ever stayed. Changed me 15 dollars to check in 2 hours early with no recy

This place is pretty dumpy!! 1st room was freezing & heat hardly worked. Asked & received another room which was also cold but warmed up eventually. Found long black hair on the pillow case & have a cockroach crawl into my drink on the bed side table!! Not a pleasant experience!!!! Would not recommend!!!!

To Begin with the lady at the reception was nice but it smelled a bit weird inside once we arrived to our rooms there was a yellow stain on the bed not sure if it was a pee stain or not and besides that there were hairs on my bed and not just one type of hair there were multiple long, short, curly. Besides the bed the paint was peeling off the wall, there was trash near the a/c. The room in general smelled funky. The toilet had problems when you flushed and the water wouldnt flush. Overall the room was completely unsanitary and definitely not somewhere i will ever sleep again. Never coming back there again!

Can't beat the price. Staff was very helpful. Bedding, the floor,and bathroom were clean.It is an older facility but kept clean. Breakfast was basic but did the trick.

When we pulled up there was 2 big lights for the enterance into the rooms and they were both flickering non stop. The inside of the check in was dirty. Was actually surprised when I entered the room and it was clean and nice for the price. Stayed for 2 nights and came back to the room the second day and our beds were made and clean with new bath towels

I booked this property because it offered breakfast and was affordable. Upon checking in, I found out they no longer offer breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room like every other place I’ve stayed. Our room was either frigid or sweltering. The place seemed pretty busy so we didn’t bother asking for a new room for our short stay. The office staff were friendly.

The beds are very comfortable, the bathroom still needs updating, the caulking around the bathtub had a big hole in it. Not enough towels and wash rags for the number of people in our group. Tv was good, fridge was clean.

The hotel itself was fine, but I had a rather unpleasant experience due to some of the other guests. At around 1 a.m., there were guests constantly opening and closing their room doors, creating a lot of noise. Furthermore, several people were talking loudly and laughing in the hallway, making it impossible for me to get any rest. This lack of consideration for others' comfort was truly disappointing.

If you know what's good for you you won't even pull into the parking lot here. This place is a complete abomination from the poor service to the disgusting rooms and poorly maintain building and the refusal of my refund after spotting bed bug markings on the mattresses I will be posting pictures and demanding my refund since they refuse to do it I hope hotels.com does the right thing

The manager was very nice. This hotel was previously owned by a different hotel chain. It is not dirty, buy could use a face lift. Bed was VERY comfortable. Great water pressure, quiet, and clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. The only very small problem I had was, the breakfast was very lacking. There wasn't much there when i went down in the morning. Breakfast is 6-9 and it was 8am when I went down. However, I would def stay here again.

The staff were very pleasant and efficient!!! Our toilet wouldn’t flush because the handle became very loose. Within 2 mins, staff were up in our room and repaired the toilet!! Very expedient and knowledgeable. The room was very clean and the beds are super comfortable. For once, we had enough pillows on our beds when we arrived. I would highly recommend Express Inn to anyone traveling in the Harrisburg area!!

They posted pictures of another hotel and put on their website. This place was in a bad area and mis-represented.Looked very dilapidated and a dangerous place to stay. We went to a best western for about the same price .

This is a moderate place to stay. The surroundings were quiet and the staff was polite and helpful. The condition of the room was decent and appeared clean. It needed a fresh touch and attention to details. The hair dryer on the wall did not work and there was no air flow in the bathroom. We did see there was a breakfast and were told it was bagels and pastries. It was good for the price.

Breakfast is 6-9 and it was 8am when I went down. However, I would def stay here again.

The manager was very nice. This hotel was previously owned by a different hotel chain. It is not dirty, buy could use a face lift. Bed was VERY comfortable. Great water pressure, quiet, and clean. I felt very safe at this hotel. The only very small problem I had was, the breakfast was very lacking. There wasn't much there when i went down in the morning. Breakfast is 6-9 and it was 8am when I went down. However, I would def stay here again.

I booked this property because it offered breakfast and was affordable. Upon checking in, I found out they no longer offer breakfast, not even a coffee pot in the room like every other place I’ve stayed. Our room was either frigid or sweltering. The place seemed pretty busy so we didn’t bother asking for a new room for our short stay. The office staff were friendly.

This is a moderate place to stay. The surroundings were quiet and the staff was polite and helpful. The condition of the room was decent and appeared clean. It needed a fresh touch and attention to details. The hair dryer on the wall did not work and there was no air flow in the bathroom. We did see there was a breakfast and were told it was bagels and pastries. It was good for the price.

Not good, not staying there again. Management needs to invest into the property to attract customers. Breakfast was terribly limited, property looks like was not taken care of since 1980s, not even hair conditioner, just one little shampoo and soap bar, Pool was closed .

Can't beat the price. Staff was very helpful. Bedding, the floor,and bathroom were clean.It is an older facility but kept clean. Breakfast was basic but did the trick.

The TV was fuzzy lost channel several times. The room stink like stal smoke. A non smoking room. The toilet did not flush and when it did it leaked on the floor. Juice machine out of order, bad fruit, no coffee. The hallway was very dim and ice machine did not work. Worst place I have ever stayed. Changed me 15 dollars to check in 2 hours early with no recy

The room we had was quite musty smelling and not clean at the edges. The furniture looked quite worn and there was minimal lighting. Though the breakfast was advertised as continental (i.e. simple) it was poorly arranged, for example there were teabags but no water. Some staff were helpful, but others not. Perhaps there was some local event that drove up all hotel prices, but we paid a high price for an unsatisfactory room. We thought when we booked it, that the hotel was a Quality Inn but it was not. And the location was rather difficult to find.

This was a 3 day stay…… on 2nd night I ask for trash bags to clean up from a mess of eating take out I don’t like to leave food in my room, I don’t want to find any unexpected insects. I went to front desk to ask for the trash bags and was told I didn’t need them that housekeeping would be around the next morning after 10 mins of explaining why I wanted them the gentleman gave them to me….. then same night later on I went to ask for 2 fresh towels and was told by the lady at the front desk she could not give them to me. And last but not least. Had my grandchildren with me and we went to go swimming in the pool. And sign that is posted states pool is open from 11am-9pm. An elderly gentleman came up to me not so nice at 845p and said THE POOLED CLOSED AT 8pm need to get out. I apologized and said well sir I’m just going by the sign posted at the pool that states it’s open til 9. Granted yes I know it’s 15 min but that isn’t the point 9pm is 9pm not 845pm. Will not be going back. Also it has a lot of carpet and our room smelled of mildew. But we stuck it out because we were really only there to sleep because we were at Hershey Park during the day for 2 days!!!
