There was no hot water in my room... had to pay extra 50$ deposit for jacuzzi room that has no hot water. Staff was smart mouthed and disrespectful. Was more worried about the number of pancakes I can eat versus getting hot water in my room

Staff gave me the wrong kind of room at check in and once the front desk realized there was no apology for the mix up just a demand for an extra 50 dollar fee for the jacuzzi which wasn’t mentioned before the property was booked. The air conditioning unit went out the first night we were there. Nothing was done to assist with getting it fixed other than a maintenance order being put in. No offer for a different room with a working unit or fan to help keep the room cool. The jacuzzi faucets were broken and not secured to the tub. A pool was advised but is no longer on the property as it was filled in. The coffee maker in the room only filled the filter portion and didn’t go into the pot and leaked everywhere. The WiFi continuously lagged and had to reload. The remote to the tv was falling apart!

I like there is a laundry room but vending machine for detergent didn\'t work - thankfully desk agent was able to help. When all rooms get completely remodeled will be even better....our room this time was about half "redone"

The place was well maintained and clean. The staff was pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal as it is near the highway and close to attractions. The setup of the room met my expectations and it was quiet. Parking was right outside of my door which is a plus to me and there was free breakfast included along with coffee refrigerator and microwave in the room and bottles of water.

This hotel had the best price compared to all the others, and despite a major concert happening 40 miles away, they still had available rooms. However—LOL—there was no hot water. The biggest frustration, though, was their inability to print or email my receipt, claiming that since I booked online, I had to retrieve it through the booking platform. There was also a price discrepancy: the hotel listed the rate at $45.71, while Expedia showed $49.05. While that difference is somewhat understandable, I would have preferred to receive a receipt directly from the hotel with the same price for my expense report to avoid any confusion. That said, I was glad to find this place, and for the price, it’s a solid option if you need a place to stay. As for the Rock the Country music festival in York, Pennsylvania, it’s expected to bring in around 40,000 attendees over two days, with about 25,000 people per day. Held at the York State Fairgrounds, the lineup includes major acts like Kid Rock and Nickelback.

We have stayed there 3 times. We had the renovated rooms twice and they were great. The property has breakfast and laundry on premises which is nice and is reasonably priced. The rooms that have been redone have awesome firm beds...but even in some of those the chairs could be replaced. All in all worth it!

The smell of being musty or more like urine the bathroom floor and into small outdide area needs mopped clean, the restriction on laundry room closes at 8pm. Gap at corner of door.

I paid 5 times more in Brooklyn, NY for the smaller size room and conditions, so I'd say this Motel is pretty good for what you pay. The room was clean, warm and had all the necessary amenities. Many TV channels also access to Netflix and Peacock. Large parking spots and illuminated at night. Nice breakfast and coffee. Easy check in and out

I am not typically super particular about where I stay, however, I will never stay at this motel again. The room smelled like a combination between dirty laundry and a trailer park. Almost everything that could be broken was broken. Even the floors and walls were uneven. Part of the reason I stayed at this facility was because they advertise that they had a gym. What they actually had was two machines inside of the laundry room. One of the two machines was a treadmill, which was completely completely broken and unusable, The other machine was a stationary, recumbent bicycle with a broken seat. I use the recumbent bicycle and had a piece of metal digging into my back the entire time. The only positive thing about this experience was the breakfast. They had this pancake machine that was actually pretty cool. In spite of the good breakfast, I will never stay at this motel again.

Did not like nothing about the property we did not have hot water so was told that the bowler is out when I was trying to take a shower but then they had the nerve to said they have one room that is available that they let everybody use to take a shower that makes no sense if the boiler is out in all the rooms how can you have one room with hot water and the rest don't not sanitary at all so I checked out the next day was it safe for the whole weekend and end up having to book another hotel elsewhere

The room was very dirty.

Cockroach was there in the bathroom.

The beds were fine. The chair in the room smelled of urine. There were roaches and mice. The television didn't work. The refrigerator smelled and the freezer was dirty. The air in the room felt damp. The door latch didn't work so the door wouldn't secure from the outside. If we'd had another choice, we would have chosen differently.

Absolutely DISGUSTING!! The property was visibly DIRTY and clearly NOT maintained. The walls and doors were filthy. A simple wipe down would do the job but that has not taken place in God knows how long. The paint was chipped throughout the room. I felt uncomfortable even touching the door handles. There were sketchy people around the lobby and near the rooms. To make matters a MILLION times worse- our room was infested with ROACHES. STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

It’s not maintained at all, smells like smoke even in non smoking rooms, bugs including roaches, dirty bed sheets, walls peeling off, cigarette burnt furniture, broken mirror. Not worth even the cheap price…

The room has been neglected. Shower handles loose from wall, Roaches in the bathroom. Terminix was just leaving as we got there to check in, Microwave not working, light on wall next to beds falling off of wall. Not Much lighting - Theres a reason to keep your room dark. Don't believe the pictures you see. It was my first time, last time and never again time staying there!!!!

It smelled bad and the chair in the room was severely stained. The bathroom door did not close and there was black mold in the bathroom ceiling.

Absolutely Awful Hotel/ Inn, what ever you like to call it, room stunk of god knows what! Didn’t look like the room had been cleaned! Including the Bathroom, had the pleasure of killing two cockroaches at 0400, didn’t go back to sleep, didn’t even stay the second night! Got my $50 dollar deposit and left! Laughable that someone had to check my room for damages! I told them about the roaches and the lack of cleaning, they didn’t seem to care.. quite possibly up there in one of the worst places I have stayed in America! 1/10 and that’s being generous!!

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed at. The room was filthy—dirty bed sheets, garbage left behind, and a soaking wet carpet that smelled awful. To make things worse, there was a bug on the bed and on the floor. I was placed in a smoking room although I specifically requested a nonsmoking room, and the sofa was heavily stained and disgusting. Nothing about this stay was acceptable. This place is unsanitary, poorly maintained, and clearly not cleaned properly. Avoid at all costs!

Could use a major upgrade. Trim held together by several layers of duct tape. Ugly color scheme. Curtains torn and wouldn’t even close all the way. Had to use the iron board to keep the curtains closed.

Rooms need a facelift and some repair TV was not very good service

The check in staff Manny and Krystal were friendly and gave us a nice room. The hotel was nice and clean. It had a nice ambience with a garden all around the motel. The room had a nice large king bed and also had all the amenities including coffee making, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The WiFi worked well.The TV did not work initially, but the staff came and fixed it quickly and I was able to select the right input myself after that. The breakfast was good and first time I saw an automatic pan cake making machine.

Older place off the highway so it’s convenient, but very noisy. Non smoking but had cigarette holes in the couch, floor and bedding.

While the propety and rooms are clean, and staff is Friendly. The rooms are more run down than they appear online, at least the one we were in was. The staff does the best they can with what they have. For a place to sleep for the night its nore than sufficent.

Definitely an older, run-down hotel. It was priced low, which is good. If you’re just looking for low cost and manageable accommodations, then it’s fine.

The amenities were great for the price, microwave, fridge, Roku TV, hair dryer, coffee maker, iron. The room was a good size, plenty of furniture. The bathroom was very small but otherwise fine. Bathroom sink was outside the bathroom. The only thing I noticed that was not ideal was the humidity. It was as if they built the hotel over a body of water. The tile floors were cold and clammy.

I’ve been staying there for a while now like 4 times a week due to my job and it’s always a good laugh with staff and comfort when I sleep.

Room door didnt close properly, shower head was leaking water, room creaked every step we took, staff rushed us out of room on checkout day (literally crowded around room door)

Staff was very friendly, rooms were disgusting though, found at least 5 roaches, we had to shake out all our clothes to make sure there were no bugs in our clothes, rug was so dirty I had to wear socks the whole time we got what we paid for

We booked because cost was affordable and reviews were good but I have nothing good to say. Upon arriving, room wreaked of cigarettes. The chair was filthy and the arms were black. The bed linens had burn holes. There was multiple mouse traps throughout the room and a few bugs crawling on the bureau. If a person was standing in the room, you could not walk by them. We were a family of 4 and only 2 towels were given. After the 2nd day, we but out the maid service tag before leaving the room. Upon arriving back, we noticed nothing was done. So we did the same the next day. Still nothing. So I went to the desk. Was told to leave the card off the door as they confuse it with “do not disturb” and to poke our head out when we hear them outside. I told her that I am not around to do that between 10-2 while they are cleaning. So I asked for extra towels in the meantime and was told I had to wait for housekeeping. Well, the next day I left the sign off. Now this is day 4. Came back to the room and still nothing. Went back to the desk where I was told by the same girl that it says no service for my room. Umm excuse me. And then said, “I told you to poke your head out when you heard housekeeping come around “ and again I said I was not there. So, we will not be back and will never recommend this place. Also, shower was dirty and shower head was broken.

It was bad, seriously bad. Starting with the rude staff checking people in. I watched her give attitude to the two people in front of me and watched as she made one of them get out of line then told them to get to the back of the line if they wanted to check in. Then it was my turn and she was just as rude to me. The place is an absolute joke and the hidden $50 fee (cash only) is borderline illegal. To be honest, I could have lived with the state of the room. It’s a low cost hotel so I understand it’s not a 5 star hotel - I get that. The staff absolutely ruined me. The lady checking folks in should not be in the hospitality industry. She’s beyond rude. No way in hell will I ever go back or recommend anyone else to stay. Ive already received a response from the “owner” and it’s the exact same response they give on all their bad reviews. Save it. If you don’t take your business seriously don’t try to save face by providing a generic/canned response.

Staffing is always very friendly and helpful to my needs... I would recommend friends and family to stay here

Worth the price paid. It was a decent place to sleep and shower while visiting. Its right off the interstate so can be a little noisey but wasn't bad. Checking in late was a little weird but over good experience. We slept too late for the breakfast so not sure what that looked like.

Old place. Pretty good. It is convenient for stop and go during the trip.

I like that every one is nice and I can search for a comfortable place off the highway and be happy.

It’s a nice place worth the price I paid and definitely will make it my midway point rest when I travel

Location was ok. Room and couch were decent sized. Bed was so-so. Sheets and blanket were adequate. Smoke alarm went off a couple times over night throughout my stay. Staff were friendly. Breakfast was adequate. I recommend and will stay again. Decent stay for the price.

Highway noise and door needed sealed. The fridge was nice.

The motel was passable - not really bad, just not real good either. The AC worked wonderfully. The bed was soft and sagged. The building is old, and in need of updates -- floor linoleum peeling up, no electricity near the desk area, poorly laid out (if sitting in the desk chair, the entire path from bed to bath would be completely blocked. TV service was extremely complicated, with 2 remotes, unless you have Netflix membership. The light in the wash area would keep coming on throughout the night, activated by the motion of feet moving in the bed! The worst was their "housekeeping service" policy. The floors were sticky, and they would not clean it while the room was in use. They would not touch the room until your 4th day there (we were there for 3 days, and no service until we demanded clean towels (that's all, just towels), and we got them the next day, none available from the front office, only from housekeeping which is only there until 2 PM. Their housekeeping policy is written in a curled-up laminated sheet at the front desk(see picture), and an older version is in each room; the older version says that housekeeping is daily. Breakfast was a joke. Area would only sit 10 people. A pancake machine was the only hot food, and the syrup was watery, apple juice was apple-flavored water. Donuts and yogurt (labelled:1 per person)were available IF you were lucky. Only powdered coffee creamer and NO sweetener! And no fresh fruit! It wasn't our best hotel, by any means!

We stayed only 1 night. But we got breakfast for free!!! And the pancake machine gave us the best pancakes. I would like that machine at home... Room was good. A bit tight for 4, but the price was so good and the staff very friendly - that we can only recommend you to stay here.
