This hotel is as advertised and a convenient place to stay when we visit family in the area. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I think the $5 parking fee is ridiculous. It is a suburban location with plenty of parking. I wish the beds were queens not doubles. The breakfast selection is good however the eggs and pancakes are very bland. Otherwise a good stay though!

I didn't like the fact that my room didn't get cleaned everyday and I had to ask everyday of my stay for my trash to get emptied alongside with new clean towels. One day before heading out, I notified front desk that I would like for my rooms trash to go out and replenish new towels and came back to it not being done. The breakfast was awful and I didn't know until check in that the pool was closed or else I would have stayed elsewhere. Front Desk ladies are very pleasant.

Hotel is nice. Unfortunately the pool was not available during our stay, and our room (and I assume all of the rooms) need a complete overhaul. The mattress was sunken in the middle and the back of the sofa appeared broken in the center. Excellent interactions with the front desk staff, and a decent breakfast variety.

This hotel was awful. There were so many things broken or not working. 1. Only 1 elevator was working making it a long wait to get to floor. 2. Telephone in room was not working. 3. Juice Machine was broken so there was no juice for breakfast. 4. Swimming Pool was broken and water drained. They said it was down indefinitely. Yet it is on the website as an amenity. If I had known this I would have booked another hotel. 5. In a weeks time our room was cleaned really only 1 time. Vaccumed 0 times. Will not book a Springhill Suites again.

I would give this hotel a “B”. The hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was very good with a good selection. What was bad was our room. It had a dirty odor with spots on the carpet. The drapes were shabby and frayed and worn thru so the sunlight came through. One half of the white curtain liner was totally missing. The bathroom, kitchen areas were very clean. The wallpaper in the bathroom was pealing.

Convenient and affordable but very run down. The linens and bathroom were clean but the furniture was old and chipped, couches and fabrics were dirty. Mattresses small and soft. Walls and wallpaper throughout the building were dirty as well.

This hotel does not deserve to be a Marriott hotel. The room had terrible smell and the bed sheet had the same terrible smell. The room was old and dingy. The night shades were greasy and sticky. To add to this very nasty experience, we came back after a very long day and our room was not cleaned and/or no housekeeping was done. I was given the following explanation: Post Covid, Marriott reserves the right to right to have room housecleaned every other day. Unacceptable! This was overall a bad experience.

My overall stay was good. The two major complaints I have was room service and breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned and or towels replaced. I felt the breakfast was lacking. I know it was free, but didn’t even have a waffle maker. Most basic chains have that. Just oatmeal, toast, bagel and muffins. Had cereal and fresh fruit, but from the pics online I just felt it was lacking. I expected more from a Marriott chain.

Mattresses were a little sunken i the middle and a some tables were dusty. The curtains had powder from the walls on them and also werent clean. The whole 5th floor where we stayed was really humid even with the air conditioning on. But on the plus side view from window was really nice

Great location. Terrific staff. Hotel could use a little updating. Some of the fixtures in our room were weathered a bit. Still acceptable but time for replacement. Ceiling fan, pull out couch mattress, etc. Breakfast was great, Beds were comfy, room was pretty clean too. Not a bad place at all for the $$$.

My, I don’t know what to say. I rented two rooms, one for my in-laws, husband, and myself and one for my mom. Our room needed some attention. The AC unit looked like it was falling off the wall. The lever on the toilet was broken so my husband had to reach in the tank to retrieve the screw to reattach the lever so we could flush the toilet. He said it wouldn’t hold for long. The closet door was off the track, with no screw on top to reattach. The turning rail in the microwave was missing a wheel keeping it from turning. When we used it it would burn the paper cups. Our coffee maker was too small for the “all in one” coffee and filter. That was the good room. We came back from a long day and when mom went into her room, the ceiling was leaking…all over the bed. It was soaked. She had to pack up and change rooms at almost midnight…super fun! On our last morning we were heading for home. We had a 12 hour drive so we were down to breakfast when they opened at 6:00 am…only they weren’t ready until 6:35. No breakfast for us. We took dry cereal to eat in the car. Not our best hotel experience…actually it was our worst…ever!

The original room i booked, they bumped me out of the hotel and put me in a different hotel 1mile away and my friends had to change their room to the same hotel so we could hang out together at the fire pit at the hotel.

I was very impressed with the accommodations. I would suggest having some sort of lighting near the sofa so one could read. I really liked the location. So close to two different family members we visited for Christmas.

Good location next to the PA Turnpike. Very easy to get around and traffic is not bad. My only complaint is that there were a bunch of smaller children unattended running all over the place being noisy. It’s not the hotels fault but it was a little annoying when we were trying to go to sleep.

This hotel is as advertised and a convenient place to stay when we visit family in the area. Staff is friendly and efficient. Rooms are comfortable and clean. I think the $5 parking fee is ridiculous. It is a suburban location with plenty of parking. I wish the beds were queens not doubles. The breakfast selection is good however the eggs and pancakes are very bland. Otherwise a good stay though!

Breakfast was supposed to be available from 7:00-10:00 am Got there at 9:25 am and there were no hot foods, no milk, no muffins. Went to front desk and was told she would let them know but that breakast was almost over. There were at least 15 people behind me still in line for food. If you are going to advertise breakfast for a certain timeframe, then it should be available during that time.

This hotel was awful. There were so many things broken or not working. 1. Only 1 elevator was working making it a long wait to get to floor. 2. Telephone in room was not working. 3. Juice Machine was broken so there was no juice for breakfast. 4. Swimming Pool was broken and water drained. They said it was down indefinitely. Yet it is on the website as an amenity. If I had known this I would have booked another hotel. 5. In a weeks time our room was cleaned really only 1 time. Vaccumed 0 times. Will not book a Springhill Suites again.

My overall stay was good. The two major complaints I have was room service and breakfast. I stayed 4 nights and room was never cleaned and or towels replaced. I felt the breakfast was lacking. I know it was free, but didn’t even have a waffle maker. Most basic chains have that. Just oatmeal, toast, bagel and muffins. Had cereal and fresh fruit, but from the pics online I just felt it was lacking. I expected more from a Marriott chain.

The property is very well located, has plenty of parking, and is very clean. That being said, it is not what I would consider to be well maintained. Things like peeling wallpaper, paint drips on walls, duct tape being used to make repairs, etc. gives the building a Motel 6 type feel. Most of the building smelled like weed as well. I paid in full some 5 months ago for my stay. Yet when I checked in, the employee insisted I owed $8+ for “taxes”. She could not explain what taxes or why they were owed, but she wouldn’t let me check in till I paid. It was midnight and I was too tired to argue, so I paid the taxes. I was woke up in the middle of the night by loud voices coming from the parking lot outside my second floor window once, and a second time by loud voices in the hallway outside my door. Probably the same riffraff that caused the place to smell like a joint. Quiet hours do not appear to be honored at this location. The lady who checked me out the next morning was very pleasant.
