I was traveling with my husband and 4 kids so we were pumped to get this suite. As an FYI this is a motel, which i didn't realize, but I also didn't mind. The red flags started as soon as we arrived. The door to our room was propped open with a chair (it was after 11 pm). When we inquired as to why we were told "the cleaning crew was short staffed and propped it open to air it out and must have forgotten about it." when we got there we realized WHY it was propped open. The stench was horrible. Then there was a slice in the couch (like it looked like someone took a knife and sliced it). Then the TVs....the one in the bedroom wouldn't turn on or anything. It was also just leaning against the wall, not mounted or in a stand, just leaning. Front desk came to look at it, and "discovered" the cable line had been cut (it was pretty obvious due to the chunk of wall missing and the large cut where sticking out from the wall). There were no pillows for the pull out sofa bed & they had to hunt down sheets and blankets for it (the reservation was made for 6 people so they knew it was needed). We were told there was nothing they could do for us that night as they were fully booked and to check back in the AM. DId that, they said nothing they could do other than refund us for the 2nd night (nothing for the 1st night). We took the opportunity and got the HECK out of there. The room was very spacious and the beds were comfy. I CANNOT recommend this motel AT ALL!

Rooms are run down, not updated, hot tub dirty. The TV didn't even work. The staff was ok. Building, and cleanliness was not up to par

great location for every where i needed to go. very nice room. staff was excellent!!! ONLY wish they could have a better breakfast

I had booked this room for an out-of-town employee. Unfortunately, he did not inform me of the issue until after he had checked out. He reported that there were blood stains on the mattress and that the room was not cleaned well overall. Based on his experience, I was asked not to use this hotel for future business travel.

Stayed in the whirlpool room. The whirlpool was a bit dirty but other than that it was nice.
