This is one of the worst hotels stays I’ve had in a long time. The staff was really rude and was acting like a party house and I was told that they only service rooms every few days and I had to beg for clean towels and soap so I could wash myself and the breakfast was not very good as it was all out of a microwave bag and I was yelling at because I tried to help my son make a waffle because the unit was upside down so I flipped it to start cooking and the old lady that was babysit everybody started yelling at me. But all and all it was a big disappointment. The bathroom didn’t have any ventilation and the toilet paper roll and broken off the wall and the bathroom sink was just gross and as I walked around the room with my socks on because touching the floor just sounded gross after a few passes on the floor my white socks turned black like wash the floor every once and awhile you gross lazy people!!!

The desk associate was chonking on Doritos while checking me in. Had a live phone conversation going. Felt very disrespectful. No friendly greeting, just” do you have your id? The property is extremely convenient to the event I was attending, not so sure I’ll repeat for next year. Certainly not up to Hampton Inn standards and reputation. Breakfast was mediocre and a mess. The room was great and the bed was comfy.

This hotel was adequately comfortable, but the hot water too quite some time to start flowing after the water in the shower was turned on. This is not a big deal, but it can cause a delay if one is on a tight timeline/schedule.

Check in Employee was Inviting and a Good Friendly Vibe to start off the Stay! Room was clean and refurbished with updated furniture and design. Hotel was packed but not Noisy. Staff hanging out at the Main Front Entry outside bench was not a good look for the hotel. Would recommend for a Safe and Quiet place to stay. Ooh and Deer come out at Dusk and dawn in the back area by building next door.
