Doors don’t close properly, mattresses seemed worn out, bed skirtings ripped, shower faucet was extended out of the wall,

The hot water in the shower wasn’t nearly hot enough. I brought it to staff’s attention but it did not improve

Parking was convenient and well lit. Doors to balcony and parking had large gaps so room was very drafty. Highway noise was loud. Continental breakfast left much to be desired.

The room was outdated. The door to our room and the door to the balcony were both open for some reason when we got to our room. I am guessing that they were airing it out and forgot about it. Also, the water for the shower and jacuzzi, was luke warm. So, we could not fill the jacuzzi and use it in our room that we paid for. We also could not get a hot shower. In and out. The manager never called me back about the issues after I called twice. We will not go back.

The continental breakfast did not appeal to me. There was no signage on the juice dispenser which didn‘t seem to be operating at the time. There was no one there in the building where the continental breakfast was. My wife was going to have a bowl of cereal and there was cereal in a cereal dispenser but we couldn’t find milk for the cereal. If there was milk available there should be signage on where to locate it.
