The stay was fine for the most part. The bathroom was not incredibly clean and we had to get new cards over and over again to access our room, which was especially frustrating as we were on the top level and had to go all the way back to the main desk for a replacement card at least 5 times during our one night stay. I also do not believe the queen size bed room had queen sized beds. They seemed to be full size at most.

Checking in was miserable because there was a glitch with Hotels.com and I ended up having to pay twice. Which was later refunded after after going through much frustration and stress. The morning manager Victoria was fantastic, very helpful and understanding. The air conditioner needed repair/updating. The hotel was under renovations when I was there. The first night I was there, The bed was very comfortable. The second night I was there, I had a different room and the bed was not comfortable. So you have a 50/50 chance there. I would stay again in hopes that the renovations have fixed the air conditioner.

Nice hotel it was clean staff was polite and very helpful. Love that they have indoor and outdoor pool and small arcade. I would definitely visit again.

We’ve stayed here several times during the winter, and this time we decided to visit in the summer so we could enjoy the pool. Unfortunately, we were disappointed with the outdoor pool. It was quite dirty and definitely needs to be cleaned more often. Overall, we still really enjoy staying here and appreciate the friendly staff, convenient location, and restaurant/bar. We just hope the outdoor areas receive a little more care and maintenance, especially during the summer months.
