I had hot water 1 day out of 8 Place is run down Owners should invest into the property or sell it to someone that will spend the money to fix it up Pool is out of order also

The lamp on the bedside table was terribly rusty, and the AC plugs did not work. One of the bedspreads had a hole in it, probably caused by a cigarette. It was very inconvenient from room 115 to get ice, as the back of the motel was blocked off and we had to walk a long way back to the room. The breakfast was not great at all. Only two kinds of dry cereal, and only bread for toast. Waffles were O.K but some bacon would have been a welcome addition. The TV only got a few channels, but that was probably not the fault of Super 8. They said it was due to Idalia knocking out power. Still, it should have been fixed. The pool was closed, which was a bummer. Also, when we tried to check in at 2:15, the desk clerk said there would be a $25 charge for "early check in".

Said I had booked a smoking room. I think not, but clerk changed for me. The pool was closed in 95 degree weather. Later the tv signal was lost and night clerk not very helpful

Get what you pay for Owners need to either sell to a chain hotel so the property gets renovated I had one day of hot water in 8 days, had to talk to front desk about it. Pool is unkept and not operational. The owners should re invest into the property or sell it IMO

Air conditioner worked good!! Pool was green and nasty!!

Took 2 days for housekeeping to bring us washcloths and handtowels. I could get towels from front desk. Was disappointed because the pool was closed the 5 days we stayed there. This hotel was a disappointment and I will know now to get travel insurance 😒

Very dirty

Dirty stained sheets, dirty bathroom, dirty floors, bed bugs, broken door lock. Needed to stop for the night and this was the only available option. Slept in my clothes. Absolute bleep hole.

Very dirty, cockroaches. There is no closet for things. I'll never come back here again.

Could use a deep cleaning. Not much to do in the area. Was an ok stay but definitely need a deep cleaning and change out the mattress and mattress covers you can see the blood from bed bugs on the mattress covers. The quilt on top has burn holes and stain on them in a non smoking room. There was mold throughout the room on the ceiling, lampshade, and floors. If I owned the Wyndham company I would definitely inspect my sister hotels before I would have my name associated with the business. Breakfast consist of toast, cereal and waffles. Room 112 and 118

Our room was dirty , mold in the walls and dust everywhere,, hair in the bathtubs

The sheets were questionable as to whether they had actually been changed. The room was dirty and had roaches. Everything was really very bare minimum. There weren’t any Kleenex in the room.

Worst hotel experience I've ever had in my life. I travel around 30,000 miles per year, I stay in a dozen or so hotels per year. Filthy doesnt even describe it. I don't even know if an attempt was made to clean this room. The thhin, pitiful blankets had cigarette burns. There was no hot water. There was a serious roach issue. I paid with a debit card on site for two nights. Didnt even stay one. Clerk was argumentative and refused a refund. The whole property was beyond disgusting.

This hotel did not coincide with the information on the website. Breakfast was two items. Coffee and juice were out, both days. Toaster burned the toast on the lowest setting. Roaches in the room. Dirty floor. Sketchy guests and homeless living in the woods behind the hotel.. I never give bad reviews as I simply nerd a hotel room for sleep. This was not a good experience.

Outlets don’t work on wall. Wall behind bathroom door is nasty The base of the beds need to be cleaned I walked on the floor for two minutes and my feet were black and I cut my foot on a small piece of glass on the floor. Rust on top of refrigerator hairdryer doesn’t work Vent in bathroom hasn’t been cleaned in 100 years Door to room has a big gap in it Cigarette burns all over on tub side Stained towels Cigarette burns all over bedspreads and sheets Housekeeping didn’t come to our room. We had to just ask for towels and a bag for the trashcan. Guys were gambling outside of the building by our door Very noisy at all ours of the night. Homeless man passed out on sidewalk when we got there.

Room door was missing paint. Key entry box looked like it had been pried on. There were nasty liquid trails from garbage being drug across the concrete to the dumpster. Air conditioner was leaking inside the room. Bathroom towels and washrags had stains on them (photos taken). Shower area was filthy and water catch basin was caving in. Dirt and dust on celings. Floor was filthy.

Motel under renovation...Nothing fancy but perfect for an overnight stay...Handicapped room needs more bars to get up from the toilet...and needs a small counter by the sink..Relatively quiet ...Strange but pleasant sound of a train whistle in the early morning hours..Bed very comfortable and TV worked well...as did internet.

The room we checked into did not have the air on and it was a window unit. It took a long time for it to cool and it was extremely noisy. It shut off periodically and it got hot quickly when it was off. The front desk entrance area and it was set up like they had breakins before so it looked kind of scary. The staff was friendly and nice but I wouldn't stay there again.

The Motel is very run down it needs a complete remodeling. The rooms need holes filled, new paint, new door locks, needs new bathroom shower heads that dont just hang on the wall but securley fastened, Bathtub fixtures were lightly caulked but still loose, carpets were at least 40yrs old and the last but not least was the Breakfast sortiment. There were orange juice that was thicker than usual, plenty of Toast but nothing other than butter or jelly to add to it ,there were no fruits no eggs, just waffles. I have had a lot of complimentary Breakfasts or Continental Breakfast that were better than this one, This is two years in a row that I have had bad experiences at a Super 8 Motel I will never stay at another one again.

Not terrible but not great. 1 night stay for work. Easy check in. Bathroom ceiling falling apart in multiple spots. Hot water was barely luke warm for a shower. Vent fan had about 5 years of dirt / dust on it, outlet covers missing (think small kids who like to touch things) as a safety issue. Tv operated which thank god and bed was mostly comfortable. Could have been better could have been worse. 2/23/24

Well, the mattress was comfy, the room was never cleaned by staff everyday. The A/C only got cool after dark. The tubs did not have any slip protection. The photos that we viewed was not what we encountered as we entered the Inn or my room. Oh, I had to squish some cockroach.

I did not like the property or the room. needs to be updated or torn down and replaced.

Front desk staff were very nice. The first room was filthy dirty- the next roo they put me in was cleaner than the first but still not really clean. The mattress was very uncomfortable.

Room was average, clean but could use some more modern updates with workmanship being elevated. What had been done looked haphazardly. IJS !!!

Stopped here for the night on our trip to Florida and checked in. First room the electricity didn’t work and found multiple roaches running around. Second room was dirty and found more roaches running around and hiding in the mattress along with condom wrappers under the mattress and sheet. We didn’t expect it to be perfect being a cheaper hotel right off the interstate but it was beyond nasty and could’ve been cleaned better than it was. We then checked back out and found somewhere better in a different area. The lady working at the front desk was extremely nice and helpful and made it right and approved the refund through Expedia. 0/10 don’t recommend.

The room were spacious and clean. The staff at this site are awesome. They are very friendly and very happy to help.

Customer service done by the Spanish lady was amazing and she was very helpful to assist me with questions. Management could do a little bit of improving the maintenance around the property walls/doors and rusty lamps. The pool was super clean and yes I would recommend this place it’s convenient to (15 miles downtown Savannah, Pooler, GA’s outlet mall, and 25 miles from Coligny Beach)

Check in took long because staff was negotiating price with future guest. Guest were allowed to smoke marijuana in common areas. Room assigned was far from parking. Request room change and was given a dirty room with dirty tub and bug infested. Went to front desk and request a diffirent room because assigned room did not and charged extra. Then a guest came in saying there was not hot water and the staff member told her to run the water for 15 minutes and it would get warm. It was almost midnight, and my husband and I had our 2 grandchildren. I asked the staff member to cancel my room and was told to call Expedia. Called and got disconnected. Called again and told them I went to a nearby Hotel and wanted a refund. Refund denied. Now I'l

I called ahead because I had two dogs with me and the woman working the front desk was so friendly and informative. The hotel was recently renovated and we were given a renovated room even though we had our two dogs with us. Breakfast was available from 6AM to 9AM and the parking was free. The water in the shower was hot (and good pressure). The shower never got cold despite people taking showers back to back. Also, the hotel was very well lit and I felt safe parking/walking around at night. I would definitely recommend this hotel and we will stay there again the next time we are near Hilton Head.

Clean and very friendly

Only 3pillows on king bed,asked for another,was declined.Hardly any water pressure in the shower.Could hear neighboring room.Asked for a receipt,was told they could not give it.Only positive was I had mistakenly booked smokers rooms but they were changed to non smoking.No kleenex,only have a roll of toilet paper,no spare around.I have already stayed at super 8 that were quite alot better.

We travel for business so we've stayed in a wide range of hotels and this is by far the worst we've stayed in in a VERY long time. From the initial scenic view of burned up cars and a reinforced stairwell and balcony to the randomly falling asleep front desk agent, Denise, who has a hard time staying awake for a conversation. Blood on the walls, full toenail (maybe fingernail) in the sink drain and mold and grime throughout the room. If we hadn't been on the road almost 24 hours at the time we would have left immediately. Our mistake was trying to deal with it for the night. Starting around 8pm the phone kept ringing, people looking for "Tae". Over and over people called so we disconnected the phone and went back to sleep. 11pm someone knocks on our door over and over until we wake up, again looking for "Tae". 2am a knock, 330am pounding on the door and screaming that she "needs my 1/8th". 4am again, 5am again, we had enough. Uninterrupted sleep was not going to happen. We packed and went downstairs. Spoke with a tall blonde front desk agent who apologized and said "yeah, sounds about right" when she heard about our night. She apologized again that the only one who can do an early check out and issue a refund was Chris or Jenny Patel, the managers. They weren't in yet and gave us a card to call back later. Since leaving, no refund has been issued. Can't get ahold of Chris or Jenny, they're apparently on a permanent vacation. STAY AWAY!

I love staying here it is driving distance from Helton head Tybee Island and Savannah. I have always been greeted friendly never had rude interaction with any of my stays. They where doing some work around the neighborhood but other than that it was wonderful.

Staff is always so nice, my room is always clean, and they’re located by a lot of convenient stores. A few food options but Waffle House is a plus… Super8 is the best hotel I highly recommend

The entire facility was in need of repairs. The breakfast buffet was pathetic. The fixtures in the bathroom were not attached to the wall, and the toilet was not attached to the floor. I would not stay there again.

Room had updated sink and flooring and was clean. Low quality towels. Worst breakfast I’ve ever experienced(toast or a waffle only, no cereal, milk, fruit, or protein offered. Pool was filthy.

The room had a clothes hanger that looked crooked, when I looked at it from the side I realized that it was about to fall. There was no smoke detector, the bathroom had a very dirty exhaust fan and the damaged chest was visible at the head of the bed. In the morning we are going to have breakfast and there was no coffee made, and no syrup for the waffles.

The hotel's condition was terrible, making sleep impossible. The noise from other guests who seemed to be living on the property and engaging in drug consumption and heavy drinking all night was unbearable. The bedsheets smelled dirty, and there was only one small bar of soap provided for two guests. The bathroom door couldn't close properly, and the pervasive odor of humidity made matters worse. To top it off, the breakfast options were limited to toast, cereal, waffles, coffee, and juice. Overall, it was the worst hotel experience imaginable.
