The front desk staff and housekeepers were very kind and helpful. The hotel lobby, elevators & room was clean. Per the photo online, I thought the pool was bigger. Despite the pool being smaller than what I expected, it was nice. The pool area was clean as well. I wish the breakfast to purchase had more options. I did find it a little pricey compared to going out to a local breakfast eatery. Overall my family & I enjoyed our stay.

Stayed for one night in August after dropping our kid off at Coastal Carolina U for the fall semester. (About 20 min. away). Quick and friendly front desk during check in. Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Lobby bar closed at 10pm on a Friday night, which we thought was a little early. Broadway on the Beach is across the road (approx. 10 min walk) where there are many food and drink options. Would stay here again.

Our room, lobby, common areas, outside seating and pool were very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Stayed for 3 nights and would highly recommend. Perfect location near restaurants and shopping. Very close to Ripken ball fields

Staff was amazing. Friendly, efficient, offering great customer service. The property has seen better days. The door to the back parking lot doesn’t latch or even close all the way so I had some safety concerns. It was quiet as long as the hall was vacant. The bed and temp were comfortable and the room had plenty of towels available. Location is very close to food and entertainment. Flight crews seem to have deemed this location a favorite.

The staff at this Courtyard Marriott was excellent! From the front desk to the bar/restaurant to the housekeeping staff everyone was friendly and helpful and welcoming. Gold stars all around. The rooms were very clean and comfortable with nice beds and pillows. I also liked the microwave access on each floor.

Hotel was clean, check in was fast and location was convenient to all the area attractions. Broadway at the Beach is across the street, there is a Target nearby to pickup snacks or anything you may have forgotten at home and area attractions are within about a 15 minute drive. We had daily housekeeping without having to ask for it which was a nice surprise. Only negatives in my opinion are the sink is outside the bathroom and the counter is very small so only one person can get ready at a time, no storage to put toiletries so we had to use the closet across from the sink. The pillows were not a normal size and a little hard. Overall, was satisfied with our 4 night stay.

We chose this property due to its 8.2 good rating. What we found was that it needed to be much lower than that. It was easy to find, location was great, parking was nice and convenient. Took a turn when we entered, first the back door would not close to the hotel. Room carpet felt very damp. No trash bags in trash cans. Fridge was dirty. To top it off, went to pull out sofa bed for my 5 year old and 2 roaches ran out! Hotel shows it’s age but there’s a difference between old and just filthy. They moved our room. 2nd room, still no trash bags in trash cans which I find odd. TV did not work. By this time it was late when we had arrived so we were exhausted from traveling and just wanted a good nights sleep. Were told we could leave immediately for a full refund but again, sleepy 5 year old, town we were not familiar with, 10:30 at night looking for a hotel not in our best interest.AC took until 4 am to cool the room. The room carpet was even more damp than the first room. Woke up bright and early to get on out of there and had to use the shower to brush our teeth as there was no water coming from the sink. Front desk help early morning was helpful and we were told the GM would call us. Crickets … Thankfully, Expedia was very helpful! Run far from this place. I emptied all of our things outside of our home in case we brought home roaches. PS we did not get our good nights sleep because of worrying about bugs, why the carpet was so damp etc …

Close to Myrtle Beach Pelican's stadium. Restaurant was supposed to be open till 10 but would not take orders at 9:50! Room was ok. Microwave only in ice room, not in rooms. Bathroom needs updating! Lots of charging plugs!

The water pressure in the room was terrible. The shower was just a bit better than a trickle. I asked the front desk to have someone check it and they told me they didn't think they could do anything about it. It was that way our entire stay. Also had to ask for the plastic bag for the ice bucket. DId not replenish coffee supplies but once during the stay.

The front desk agent was amazing. I wish I could remember her name. We had a bunch of flight changes and ended up getting to the hotel at 8:15am check in was not until 3. I think she could sense our exhaustion and gave us a room as soon as we checked in. It was clean, a nice pool, comfy beds and right across from Broadway at the beach!

Great hotel For the most part. Had a reservation for a king bed and when I arrived they didn’t have one available. I thought that’s why you reserved a room. Check in staff was not very helpful. Had to wait 15 before the person even came out to check us in and than just seem like we were bothering him. Drinks were a little on the high side but over all great location. Oh and you had to pay for parking. First time ever in MB have I had to pay for parking in any hotel.

The hotel was not very clean and had a funny smell my room stay wet the whole time I was there the building needs some updated carpet very dirty but the front desk staff was nice!!

The facility was clean and the employees were helpful when engaged. It was just a bit more “dated” than I expected. Overall, good experience.
