The staff was very welcoming and accommodating anytime we interacted with them. The breakfast has lots of options and we appreciated that as well. On a less satisfactory note, in the room-the tv stand and wardrobe take up so much of the room, there’s not much space at all. They could easily be much slimmer and equally functional. The bathroom left a lot to be desired in relation to cleanliness. All corners of the bathroom had black and pink mildew. That aside, the view was amazing if you get a balcony room and my daughter appreciated the complimentary cookie upon arrival.

If you want a room that smells like a wet dog and musty, this is your place! They only provide shampoo and no conditioner in the shower and there was an open box of bar soap at the sink. We opted to leave after we had already paid and left losing out on our money because there was no way that we could stay here. The location is beautiful. The staff wanted to help and was really super nice but this was a big no for us. It could be a fabulous place but needs a lot of attention.
