Baymont by Wyndham Crossville

Hotel lobby was very tacky with many, many fake flower arrangements everywhere. Breakfast was very basic and the same every day (3 nights). Hotel needs major upgrade and was not maintained. Bathroom floor was scary. Holes in shower where grab bar used to be. Stains all over sink counter. Sheets and pillowcases were wrinkled. Room was not cleaned in the 3 days we were there. Staff never at front desk - always had to call them. Pool stairs were broken and roped off - pool and hottub looked suspect so we were AFRAID to use them.

The Bed was comfortable. The breakfast bar was not as good as expected . The waffle batter was runny so the waffles were not right. The gravy was extremely runny as well.

Everything we hoped for was there. Coffee maker, refrigerator, and microwave. Property easy access from interstate.

Very nice for the price. Good breakfast, I didn't use the pool but others were taking advantage of it. The dog/pet are was very nice, large, able to walk the dog around the mowed field.

Arrived at the hotel around 7pm, no one at the counter. Waited 5 minutes with another guest before someone showed at the desk to check us in. Lobby was a mess, covid and social distancing stickers and papers everywhere....its like they are still trapped in 2021. Was really looking forward to the Jacuzzi....the only reason I booked this hotel. Walked over to the pool area while waiting for the lobby attendant....pool ladder had caution tape all over it, Jacuzzi was about the size of a bath tub. I didn't get any farther, didn't bother to check in even though the room was non refundable. My loss, but would have rather had a good nights sleep.
