Comfort Suites Crossville

Stayed in room 301, near the stairs. The hall way stunk near the room. Found out from the staff, they had a roof leak and it got the carpet wet. They've been cleaning it, but still smells. The room itself was clean and the bed was comfortable, but had the following issues, which I didn't report to the staff. -Bathtub slippery, no grip texture. -Loose tub faucet handle. -Tub faucet has a constant drip. -Shower head pipe cover isn't secure and doesn't cover the hole in the wall. -Toilet paper holder is loose, missing a screw to hold it in the wall. -Light switch cover isn't flush against the wall going into the sink area. -Noisy room, a/c and outside road noise. -TV remote would only turn the volume down to 6 and no lower.

Place was clean and beds and room were comfortable! Breakfast was amazing with really good coffee

Very clean, nice large rooms, helpful, kind of staff and delicious breakfast.
