Great location. We booked it for location and pool knowing it would be a hot week. Pool was out of commission for most of our stay. We didn’t get to use it. Had we been notified before our trip we would have canceled and booked another hotel. Rooms were clean. Breakfast ended at 9 and was mediocre. We ate elsewhere.

The only draw back is the distance from Nashville. It’s my fault I didn’t map it first, but it’s not really “Nashville/Meteo”. Kind of out of the way and several miles off the highway. But…the beds are very comfortable, the room was spotless, water pressure was excellent, the front desk staff was super friendly and made check in very simple. We had our puppy and it was only $20 for him as an upcharge.

When we arrived the pool filter was being fixed, we were told it would be set in a day or two. We were there for a five night stay and never got to enjoy the pool.

It was typical condition/quality for the price. The only major issue was that there was no ice machine available. Well, it was available, just not working. Front desk clerk said they were supposed to come that day but didn't. They didn't come the next day either. Had to walk next door to the partner hotel to get ice. A major plus was the shower water pressure. Nice and strong. When traveling by motorcycle it's nice to stay right in front of your bike so I would likely use again.

The entire stay was perfect from the welcoming front desk attendant, room was clean and comfy, and breakfast was excellent. The only complaint would be that the pool was dirty and I could tell had not been cleaned in awhile. Pool chairs in disarray and the umbrellas weren't put up.

We booked it for the pool only to arrive and see signs that the pool was out of order. The trip was for our son's birthday so he was greatly upset. The room had been updated save for the bathroom. The sink counter was mist high height on myself and I'm only a couple inches over 5'. Noisy above us all night, more than is typical. Parking lot was littered with trash. It was conveniently located though.

Staff was friendly. Price was reasonable. Property is very dated, and no elevator. We were placed on the second floor. Carrying heavy suitcases and bags up a flight of 17 stairs is not fun. I managed, but an elderly person would be in trouble. Please request the first floor if possible.

I asked for two connected rooms because I was traveling with my elderly father and two special-needs siblings. Not only were our rooms not connected, they weren't even together. The clerk said they had two side-by-side rooms upstairs, but they have no elevator (is that ADA compliant?) and my dad uses a walker, so that was out. The rooms were fairly comfortable once I sprayed air freshener to get rid of the industrial disinfectant smell.

We stayed from 10/4 to 10/7, we brought in at least 5 rooms of business to the hotel, for a family event. When we arrived the room seemed clean to the eye, smelled good etc. By the second night we started to notice a black place above the bathroom door, we also smelled a smell when in the bathroom area.. busy with event preperations, trying to find a new, close to the venue hotel, hadn\'t been an option. When we returned to our room on the second day, we noticed our room wasn\'t cleaned and we had no fresh towels. We go to the desk and tell them our room hadn\'t been cleaned and we had no clean linens. He asked what room we were in , we told him Our room number, he says, that room gets cleaned on thursdays, it was Saturday. Gross. Our family event was on that next morning, again no time for switching, as we are getting ready for the event , we found a cockroach in our bathroom, 2 dead in the bathroom light and 1 outside the bathroom by the sink. AGAIN GROSS. We had to get to our event, when we returned to the room very late that night, we realized the black spot in the bathroom was actually black mold and it had tripled in size. Needless to say we couldn\'t wait to check out & get out !! When we informed the front desk, his reply was " hhhmmm" yep thats it...wouldn\'t recommend unless they renovate the place & start caring about their customers !!

The room was meh. Had to have housekeeping change sheets when we first got there. Stains on sheets were scary. Also, you all need to use bleach on your whites. Cause they’re not white anymore. Towels are worn out and tired. Pillows were flat. Rooms smelled mildewed.

This hotel was horrible! The room was stinky, old paint, not updated at all (it can be old, but at least try to make it nice and clean) towels were stained, lamps were old, bathtub leaked from the faucet and out into the floor, holes were patched, but looked like crap and walls were dirty! Stayed for 5 nights and after the second night asked when they were cleaning the room and they stated it would be done after 3 days…it never got done, we had to ask for clean towels etc…oh and please do something about the coffee it was awful!

Older motel with doors that open to the parking lot. A lot of highway noise and the AC really seemed to struggle with keeping the temp in the room somewhat even. Room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

They have very very comfortable beds! My kiddo was raving about it. The breakfast was excellent and filling with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only disappointing thing was the pool wasn't open (though it is late March, but ehen we arrived it was 80 degrees out.) Even the location was great, tucked out of the way, but still close to shopping and dining, several even within walking distance. Our stay was wonderful!

I just looked at my bank account and I saw an additional $80 charge from this hotel so I called and they said it was because there was makeup on towels, I asked don't you wash them isn't that what the towel is for, for wiping my face they charged $20 a towel, this is absolutely asinine.

The staff straight lied...we was told in writing that the deposit (which we was told when we called there wasnt one) it would be returned the morning of checkout. We didnt receive it for 3 days...the morning staff was friendly but was told i couldn't tKe breakfast back to my room for my husband.

The only draw back is the distance from Nashville. It’s my fault I didn’t map it first, but it’s not really “Nashville/Meteo”. Kind of out of the way and several miles off the highway. But…the beds are very comfortable, the room was spotless, water pressure was excellent, the front desk staff was super friendly and made check in very simple. We had our puppy and it was only $20 for him as an upcharge.

Stayed here to sleep for a night and was really blown away at how clean the room was and how convenient the location of the hotel was . Thank you for an easy/comfortable night stay. I will definitely keep this location on my list when im traveling through the beautiful state of Tennessee

They have very very comfortable beds! My kiddo was raving about it. The breakfast was excellent and filling with a variety of options to choose from, and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I would stay here again in a heartbeat! The only disappointing thing was the pool wasn't open (though it is late March, but ehen we arrived it was 80 degrees out.) Even the location was great, tucked out of the way, but still close to shopping and dining, several even within walking distance. Our stay was wonderful!

The stay was quiet and uneventful. I appreciated the hot breakfast and the choices were good. There are small things about the facility that show its age, but the staff was friendly and helpful. I chose this location because of its proximity to the main freeways in the area, the Walmart Supercenter, and local restaurants. It was literally a minutes walk to some restaurants like Cracker Barrel, Logan's Roadhouse, and more.

Hotel had a feel of a motel 6. For the price it was not worth it. The door did not shut all the way you could see right through the door frame and the pool hasn't looked like it's been cleaned in quite a few days. The morning breakfast was watered down it was okay for being free but would not pay for nothing like that. The toilet handle if left down would continue to run and the top of the toilet the lid was incorrect for the toilet as it was just sitting on there..

I’ve stayed at the same Quality Inn for the past 4 years during the same time period each time. The service is always good. However, the breakfast has gone downhill massively. The hot breakfast; eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy were barely on warm side. There was no oatmeal available or grits. These are items that were usually available at breakfast.

Everything was great. We were looking for a place to sleep only one night with a hot breakfast, and not just fruit and cereal. This was the place. Everyone was extremely nice, genuine and helpful. The price was much appreciated in our currently over-inflated everything! Would return here, if we come back to Nashville.

Room was not fully clean upon arrival, there were issues with the plumbing that caused the shower to lose pressure and go cold every few minutes, the bed was hard as a rock and made it so hard to rest peacefully. Was not a very comfortable stay in the slightest.

I was offered three different rooms. The first room (mind you it was in the dead of Summer and 95 out leading up to this day) had black mold all over the entire bathroom. The second room had half as much black mold in the bathroom. The third room had a quarter of the black mold in the bathroom, and at that point, I checked out. The manager was kind enough to acknowledge the problem and offer a refund. The pool was a cloud light blue and there were wasp nests around the tables and chairs where people were trying to sit, find shade, and even nurse their babies. When the management was notified, after calling for an hour straight, they said they would try to take care of it. In the following three hours, no one had come out to fix the problem.

Well im just gonna be straight up honest, the lack of TV service in the room sucked butt, my kids have autism and TV cartoons seems to be the best thing going in their worlds inside the hotel or just anywhere inside a place they gotta have it. But outside of the room the kids absolutely loved swimming there, and the breakfast is great. But I can honestly say I left the room I stayed in, TRASHED.. and it wasn't intentional or in spite of anything, I only had two baby trashcan in the room and they filled up 30 minutes of getting into the room, so I didn't really pick up anything and let the kids go buck wild for once. But never heard a single thing after the stay. And I appreciate that, cause my kids really did do the exact thing. Buck freaking wild. Room 23. Sorry quality inn, thank you quality inn
