I feel like the reviews of the property were unhelpful and untrue. The property overall wasn't taken care of. There constant smells throughout the elevator all the way to my room. I had to spray the room with our own personal ai freshener to be able to sleep the night. The ac barley worked. My girlfriend got slightly shocked when she tried to plug in her curl iron. The overall room felt uncomfortable and not well maintained. Specially the bathroom.Then lastly the bed felt like we were sleeping on carboard. This is my first bad stay with hotels.com. So this why I hate to right this review but this was unacceptable.

We booked our trip 5 months in advance and reserved the jacuzzi tub room. We show up and get checked in when the clerk said another word for crap. I asked what the problem was and I was told they had given our jacuzzi tub room to a walk in the day before for three days. They put us in a “suite” room that didn’t have a working toilet and the shower was peeling paint. The bed was very uncomfortable and the room had ripped spots in the carpet. We will never choose this place again.

No coffee available after 9am. Carpet is unsanitary, not only in the rooms but the hallways as well, and drapes has stains on them. Hotel advertises pool and hot tub, they told me it was under maintenance. However, I’ve gone to this hotel for 3 years in a row, and the pool has never been available, so I was literally lied to from the hotel desk attendants. They rent these rooms to locals, actually I was told by several locals, they live there. They have let this hotel go downward in the last three years. I will not be staying here again.

The quality of my stay was a mix. The carpet was stained and dirty, as well as the elevator floor. It was not expensive, so I guess in that respect you get what you pay for. The water was nice and hot for a tub bath, but the stopper was broken. The bed was very comfortable. Not an ideal area of town

On the second day stay a bad storm came through and knock out power bad over the city....but not knowing that the hotel would go out 😞 and I feel if I'm paying money for good service why don't y'all have damn generator we were in dark even into the next day not cool
