Our suite looked and smelled clean. Not a speck of mold in the bathroom. The space was adequate for 3 adults. Hotel staff treated us like family. The rooftop was amazing. I would definitely stay again!

They gave us the name of a shuttle service which was excellent. Even came back when we needed to get to airport. They also let us in our rooms early and gave an extra hour for checking out. The complimentary breakfast was amazing! So many choices and perfect scrambled eggs and quiche

It was a well serviced and secure hotel. However, very few amenities. The room was well maintained, it just needed some refreshing on the ‘edges’. It was a really good location, easy to Beale Street and to the river walk that was pretty well maintained. The breakfast was Marriott standard, fresh but predictable. If it had an indoor pool or at least a bigger gym it would be much better rated

Next to trolley line. Starbucks attached. Friendly staff. Very close get on/off freeway. 30$ daily cost for self parking in nearby garage.

Our room was very clean, quiet and with a stocked kitchenette. We didn't use very much in the kitchenette. The chair, couch and bed were comfortable. Also had breakfast included. We would stay here again. The only thing that would have been better is if the hotel had it's own parking lot.

The location was just a few blocks from Beale St., museums and waterfront so very convenient. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property is older but in pretty good shape. Our room was clean but there was a slight odor of either stale air or unwashed body. Not sure where it was coming from. Breakfast area is very nice with a street view and fireplace. Coffee was flavorful and hot.

The room was well supplied with the items you need for a comfortable stay. I loved having a kitchen in my room in the middle of the downtown area, that is rare! The location is wonderful ...walkable to many things; convenience stores, Beale Street, nightlife and a pharmacy! And the front desk staff was absolutely phenomenal ...can't wait to stay here again!

The rooms are spacious and well-maintained but even better than that..... the staff there are exceptional!!!!!! This is my second time coming and it was just as great as the first time!!!! I'll be back next month and any other time I'm in the area!!!

The room was clean and tidy. The staff was welcoming and professional. My primary concern was I reported a constant beeping noise in my room that kept me awake and no one came to resolve the issue. I was unable to rest or relax due to the distractions. Parking was also a bit challenging. The breakfast was great!

This was a disappointing stay. I love Residence Inns but this one misses the mark. The front desk was great - Ima I think. She was so lovely. As is the building. The room itself though was not designed for comfort. It was the little things - a nightstand and light on only one side of the bed, uncovered light fixtures that shone right in your eyes, amenities fallen off the wall, and a room so small that the fold out bed would never fold out without having to move furniture. The $125 pet fee is exorbitant and MUCH higher than other Residence Inns, which nothing to show for it. I would unfortunately never stay in this hotel again.

Lovely room with a nice view of the river. The front desk assistant was very helpful and friendly. The attendant who parked our car also helped us with our luggage. We stayed one night. It was a very pleasant stay.

We stayed two nights and almost wanted to stay 3. The room was spacious/clean and the bed was so comfortable. We felt safe in the area and even went to the Opheum Theater one night. We would stay here again if ever in the area.

We were unable to check in due to all construction that made check in inaccessible for myself and traveling parties. Unfortunately we had to check in at another facility that had easier handicap accessible parking. Along with staff that answered calls when we called as we tried this hotel when we were parked as close as we could get and no one one answered

Beware of the person who checks you in when you arrive after midnight! She was a nightmare! We paid for our room 3 months in advance, but this lady had me slide my credit card for what I thought were incidentals. Instead, we were charged again for the room. I showed her my receipt, but she insisted my credit card had declined the charges. She made me pay AGAIN! She was argumentative, and my daughter felt unsafe in her presence. I felt helpless because it was 1:30 a.m. and I needed a place for my daughter to sleep. At 1:45 am, we got to our room, and I had to call Expedia to fix the issue. They said they called her 5 times, but she would not answer the phone. Very, very frustrating to think $1000 was going to be charged to your credit card again. I barely slept, and at 8 am, I went downstairs to speak to the manager. He was very nice and explained that she was confused. He made sure the charges were reversed. Still, the damage was done. I will NEVER stay there again!

The Front desk and valet personnel were some of the friendliest we have encountered. The breakfast needs improvement. Holiday Inn Express Suites blows this breakfast away. Marriott/Residence Inn could benefit from studying them.

The Marriott Residence Inn is a very nice place to stay in Memphis. It's in a great location in the heart of the city and a 5 minute walk to Beale Street. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was included, at least with my booking, and was excellent.

Hotel staff along with Valet gentleman, were all very kind, friendly, courteous & recommended a few places for dinner. Hotel room was beyond exceptional, very large, clean & comfortable, bathrooms beautiful. Could use an additional TV remote as there was only one. We focused on this property as it was walking distance to downtown Beale St., & realized downtown area very sketchy, unfriendly & felt unsafe. Overall, we were able to ✅ our bucket list the days we were in Memphis. Highlight of hotel location, down street from Peabody Hotel “duckies”.

Initially checking in was fine, people very friendly. Valet services were very good. BREAKFAST on the other hand, was subpar. Microwaved sausage, so called omelette were terrible, no potato. If you’re going to put in your advertisement BUFFET BREAKFAST, make sure it stands up to a BUFFET. Let’s not forget about the FRUIT. They had fresh fruit mixed with canned fruit. Which is not a good, not only by presentation, but can contaminate other fruit too. This BUFFET was a terrible idea of a BUFFET! For what you have to pay for this hotel fees, you better off staying at a hotel for less $$$$$ without breakfast. NOT WORTH IT!!!!!!!!

Great location on the main street with trolley line and access to Beale Street. Breakfast is very good with nice dining area and Starbucks in the building if you need your specialities. Staff was very helpful and even mailed my phone back to me after I left it in the room while running out for my Uber. Two room suite was very roomy for two couples and each had a shower.

This was a fantastic property! The valet parking was perfect for the area, the amenities were perfect! The room sheets were sooo cozy, and one of the BEST free breakfast I’ve had at a stay!

Good sized room with kitchen. Super friendly and helpful staff. Reasonable breakfast to meet everyone’s tastes. Not many restaurants on the street, but easy walking distance to Beale St.

There were net flying in my room. The tile rack was almost about to come off. There were no electrical plugs in the bathroom so I had to go in and out of the bathroom to plug my curling iron up. That was a very annoying experience for me.

Arrived after 10:00 PM in downtown Memphis, which is a little sketchy that late at night. The staff went above and beyond to make sure that I was safe parking my car in the parking garage and even went out and made sure I made it back OK. The hotel itself was extremely clean and modern and had many security features that did not allow people to just walk in from off the street. Staff were amazing and very personable. The breakfast was great!! there’s a Starbucks on site in the morning and they of course have coffee at the breakfast area if you don’t want to wait for Starbucks. I never felt unsafe at the hotel. Would definitely stay here again.
