Room was fine. However, the pool was half full, green, and not maintained. Also had issue checking in. Staff kept saying she had to charge me and that my card was declined but I had paid in advance. The card number she told me she was trying to charge wasn’t even mine. I showed her my receipt and that it had posted to my card already before she let me check in.

the stay was ok. the customer service is good at the front desk especially in the Evenings. The free breakfast is not like other places, its just cereal, juice, and a waffle machine. The pool was broken or closed. i got over charged for days i did not stay and did not get my check out papers or confirmation. They said Hotels.com does that and im still waiting.

Traveling home to Augusta GA. Stopped ate at Cracher Barrel. Booked room from resturaunt parking lot. Walked in moments later to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was also nice. Will stay again.

Property was generally ok. What was NOT ok was the black mold around the ceiling and all over the shower head of our room. I literally went and bought a spray bottle of peroxide and a toothbrush so I could scrub it before showering. Didn't trust them to do it right if I complained since it was supposed to be clean when I checked in.

The floors made my feet black until I was able to take a shower .Also killed some bugs while in the room.The breakfast was nothing to Bragg about.A lot of police presence around hotel area as well. Would not stay there again.

Easy off and on I-24. Near restaurants, gas stations, fast food stops, and convenient stores. Check in was quick. Though a little dated, room was clean and much bigger than expected. Other than a few slamming car doors it was quiet. I will definitely stay here again.

I was checking out and had too much to carry out to the car to do it in one trip. I left the room with the first load, and more or less without thinking, tested the door once it closed to make sure it was locked. The door opened right up -- it wasn't locked. So I pulled the door shut again, doing so firmly and deliberately. The door still did not lock. I tried again. The door simply would not lock shut. I reported the problem to the front desk. I was lucky that, during my stay, nothing was stolen from my room during the times when I left the room with my stuff inside and with the door not locking behind me. The motel was ok in other respects. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited to a few basics -- no eggs, and limited selection of other items.

First…I checked “other” for what I did not like. I was not allowed to say what the “other” was. The building is quite old and had a ton of new paint applied instead of having things totally repaired properly…..bathroom door had all kinds of wood putty. We put a wake up call in for 6 AM and the phone never rang… I told the clerk at the desk and she said oh, “that’s a shame” and went back to her paperwork.

Got to the hotel at 11:30 pm after driving for hours. Tried to check in and was told my payment was declined after I paid for the reservation through PayPal. Was on the phone with hotels.com for almost an hour to get the payment straightened out. This is unacceptable. Then the hotel has a room that says vending and ice. You walk in and it’s only ice nothing to eat. Bed was very hard. Wouldn’t recommend at all.

It wasn’t really what I expected. The room was big but absolutely nothing extra. I couldn’t even find an extra blanket. It was noisy, I swear people were running around above us all night! (Not the motels fault) The breakfast was absolutely nothing to speak of. There wasn’t even water to drink and so few options. It was disappointing. It was nice that there was waffles but no sugar free syrup. We had a non-smoking room but people sat outside their rooms on both sides of us and smoked so it seemed the non-smoking didn’t really matter. I just don’t think it lived up to the advertised expectations.

The room was clean and I thought pretty quiet. Great service. Firm beds which I like. Ok breakfast but no eggs, bacon or sausage. We grabbed some fruit and went to the Waffle House. Nice shower with shampoo, conditioner and body wash but no vent for the steam or for going #2.

They did accommodate our wheelchair and scooter, I just wish I specified tub and shower, not just shower. But we made it work! Front staff was very nice. I wish there were more items on the breakfast bar. Also, can I please ask what mattress and pillows you use? My neck didn't hurt the whole week! Jamie D

They did accommodate our wheelchair and scooter, I just wish I specified tub and shower, not just shower. But we made it work! Front staff was very nice. I wish there were more items on the breakfast bar. Also, can I please ask what mattress and pillows you use? My neck didn't hurt the whole week! Jamie D

the stay was ok. the customer service is good at the front desk especially in the Evenings. The free breakfast is not like other places, its just cereal, juice, and a waffle machine. The pool was broken or closed. i got over charged for days i did not stay and did not get my check out papers or confirmation. They said Hotels.com does that and im still waiting.

Cochoach in bathroom. Refrigerator not working. Small one brought in not very cold. Ice maker empty. No luggage racks to take luggage to room. Paint in room chipped and portions of paint torn off wall. Breakfast consisted of coffee, cereal and waffles.

Traveling home to Augusta GA. Stopped ate at Cracher Barrel. Booked room from resturaunt parking lot. Walked in moments later to a clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was also nice. Will stay again.

I was checking out and had too much to carry out to the car to do it in one trip. I left the room with the first load, and more or less without thinking, tested the door once it closed to make sure it was locked. The door opened right up -- it wasn't locked. So I pulled the door shut again, doing so firmly and deliberately. The door still did not lock. I tried again. The door simply would not lock shut. I reported the problem to the front desk. I was lucky that, during my stay, nothing was stolen from my room during the times when I left the room with my stuff inside and with the door not locking behind me. The motel was ok in other respects. The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was limited to a few basics -- no eggs, and limited selection of other items.

The Super 8 has been our hotel of choice for a while now but this trip was disappointing. It was a lot dirtier than it has been in the past. One trip across the room in my socks and they were dirty. Our bathroom sink wasn't draining so we took the plug out and it was packed full of hair and other stuff. Our refrigerator wasn't working but they did get it fixed. We were very disappointed this trip.
