Recently stayed here for an in town wedding & let me tell you... this hotel was THE cleanest & freshest place I've stayed thus far & I've stayed in some hotels! The fresh smell & esthetics begin at the entrance & and go all the way to the rooms, which are spacious; they have hottub, heated pool and free hot breakfast they were super good and clean!! Staff was pleasant & helpful as well! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever this way again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

There is a bar connected to the hotel so if your room is close to the front it's really loud. Parking is atrocious when the bar is open. There is homeless people outside a lot. Wasn't informed when booking but they require a deposit.

The rooms were nice and the customer service was good but the amenities said it had a heated indoor pool and hot tub and the indoor pool was cold and the hot tub didn’t even work. The 3rd and 4th floor ceilings were falling in so they were closed down. The cops were there for one reason or the other two straight days. People that lived at the hotel tried to get in everyone’s business and start drama with guests that stayed there especially when it came to the outdoor pool. Room was fine but definitely won’t stay there again next year when we make the trip. So for us it only gets 2 Stars

The staff was friendly and helpful. The outside of the property is run down. It was intimidating to arrive at night as there were a lot of people outside, socializing by their doors or vehicles. I was asked if I wanted to pay extra to upgrade to an interior room. I declined and they upgraded me for free. I am thankful as the interior rooms are the only ones with security access. Outer rooms can be accessed by anyone. Hot tub was not too warm and jets not working. Room was clean and beds very comfortable.

Our room was clean and the bed was comfortable. But, Overall this hotel is a bit dingy and there is very poor lighting in the hallways and stairwells. Our biggest complaint was the pool/hot tub situation. They advertise that they have a “heated pool.” However, the pool water is actually quite cold. The receptionist told me that the “air conditioning” in the room cools the water down. Also, the hot tub was not working. We are from Alaska and were really looking forward to some pool time while on vacation and we chose this hotel BECAUSE of the picture of the pool area. I don’t understand why hotels aren’t considerate of their customers and put it on their website that their pool/hot tub is out of order. Also they should take down their big “heated pool” sign out front because it is NOT warm at all!!! This is false advertising.

Enjoyed this property for a great price. Very good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are in need of a resurfacing but they do a good job keeping it clean. The jets didn’t work in the tub unfortunately. Unsure of the status of the outdoor pool. Very close proximity to other budget hotels, gas stations, and food spots; also close to the freeway.

People were living there. They looked like hoarders, drug addicts, definitely seen some transactions go down. Didn't feel safe. Something splattered on the walls, and running down. Whole place smelled like an ashtray, and it was non smoking. Towels didn't look clean. Used soap and toiletries. Breakfast was terrible and barely edible.

This place is horrible. First I booked for 2 rooms they said only one. My daughters ended up having to book another room. They had to switch rooms 3 times because first one had a cockroach in the bed second one smelled of smoke so bad it triggered my daughters asthma up and the other room still had bath water in the tub. The hot tub was cool and not functioning well. We went into breakfast and the man was rude in there. Just a horrible experience. I should get a refund after all that. Infuriates me

I have this place the benefit of the doubt due to the nice updated pics and recent good reviews. Nope. Got there, roaches crawling outside, first room had no electricity, issues moving us to another room. The next room had handprints all over the wall above the bed. Rooms looked nothing like what is pictured. Only parts of it have been updated. Nightclub attached to the hotel with very loud music. 2nd night our room keys wouldn’t work. Went to the front desk to be argued with and then told it didn’t work bc we owed money. We didn’t. The “money owed” showed 0$, meanwhile my 2 babies screaming and melting down in the hallway waiting to get into the room bc of this issue. Wasn’t safe feeling, wasn’t clean. Just not good. Wouldn’t recommend, wouldn’t stay again.

Grace was really sweet and the maintence man. The manager wasn’t too nice to me. My mom is on oxygen and I called before even coming to make sure I couldn’t get a handicap accessible room and they said yes. First room smelt like cigarettes and was told it’s the air vents. They put me in another room on 2nd floor with elevator way across the building. My mom has no wheelchair. I was told there was nothing they couldnt do anything ankut it and I would have to pay an upgraded room. Extra 20 dollars which is fine. Go back in the room to my not just 1 but 2 bed bugs on the curtains and bed!!!! They wanted to just move me again in which I decided to go elsewhere and no refund.

When we first pulled up, it looked very sketchy. Like a rent by the day or week hotel. The front window was all busted out and covered with wood. They haven’t updated their paperwork they have you sign, it says a $100 deposit, they charge $50, but you have to sign it. The toilet seat was broken, like you slid when you sit down. The sink doesn’t drain. When we asked for another room the lady got upset and said no. Maintenance came down and moved us. He was even the one showing people to their rooms. The front desk didn’t do anything. We had to check out a day early because of bad storms coming in. We did not ask for a refund, but they tried charging us $37 for checking out early. The front desk man had only been there 2 days and had to call the manager for everything. The manager wouldn’t come out and talk to us. They wouldn’t give me a receipt. Said they would email me one, but I still haven’t gotten one. The paint around the pool and hot tub was nasty looking, not a very clean area. The bathroom didn’t look like it had been cleaned in a long time. It was just not a good experience or a clean one.

Very nice hotel. Quite, spacious rooms! The bathroom was huge! We were only here for one night and didn't get a chance to use the pool, but it seemed nice and was indoors. The staff was outstanding and friendly!! Breakfast was nice too. Overall, very enjoyable stay. We will visit again CLARION!!

Checked in and checked right back out. Night club was loud and the only room they had was an outside room (motel style) it was dingy and dumpy. Would be ok if you’re drunk. Beds looked comfortable and decor was nice but not a place for families.

There was a birthday party going on by the pool- people running through the halls until after 1am. Our room was across from the elevator-the brakes on the elevator screeched when it stopped. We got almost no sleep.

We chose this place because the photos make it look pretty decent for the price. Even checking in, the main lobby is great. But the room itself was pretty disappointing. The AC was off when we came in, which in the heat, makes the mildew smell of the carpet potent right off the top. Then, the room was super small and the beds advertised as queens, are only doubles sitting on queen sized box springs.

Our room was clean the bathroom was clean we were very pleased that they gave us plenty of towels the only issues we had was the Internet even when you were sitting in the room the Internet just kept dropping and that needs to be fixed because way too many people work from different locations now and need Internet when they’re at a hotel. The other thing was the parking it was horrific they need to do something with that parking lot so that it’s not so much of a cluster it was horrible

First room was in disrepair. It was an outside room. There was a large gap around the outside door, the bathroom door would not latch, the phone did not work and the TV did not work. We were moved into an inside room by the indoor pool. It needed to be remodeled, but it was clean and comfortable.

Wish we'd known about the hotel layout. Half the rooms are inside, facing the "atrium" where the pool is. It's a fine space, but nearly 0 natural light gets anywhere near the room all day, which felt a bit unsettling over time. It was a good price and we might have gone ahead anyway but would have preferred to know. Two lightbulbs in our room were burnt out and maintenance wasn't available that day, so that contributed to it feeling dark. (We were offered to move rooms and the lady at the front desk was very kind and apologetic, we had just already loaded in and didn't want to go through the switch just for lightbulbs) Hot breakfast with meat and egg options through their restaurant was much appreciated. pretty good biscuits too. The hotels.com photos seemed to imply a wafflemaker option, which was not present. Overall this was better but again, just would be nice to know. The room was fine cleanliness wise, no complaints there. The hot tub and pool were both clean and lovely, pool was cool and refreshing, and I probably could have gotten someone to take off the dividing rope if I'd wanted to do laps of the length of it. This hotel doesn't have a clothesline or other convenient place to dry swimsuits once back in the room, but I made do with the shower curtain rod and you might be able to borrow extra towels.

WI-FI was not good. Connection dropped continuously and pages were too often very slow to load. The door to the inside area to get to rooms at first didn't work, but allowed access, then it worked and the key card wouldn't open it. Had to make a long walk to get to my room. Not recommended.

Property was dirty. Trash food on floors First room heat didn’t work and we waited 15 minutes and called again. Girl said she was alone and couldn’t help so we had to pack up and move to another room. There was a large group of people and were smoking lot in elevator area. No staff except front desk girl. It was too late to find. Mother hotel so we moved to another room. Curtains were cut. Rug dirty. We had to lift the lid off toilet to pull plunger up to get it to flush. Got up to showe and no hot water. Called a maid in and she got a manager. He was rude and yelled at us saying he was sick of us people who just wanted a free room and said Jesus would get us. I would say stay away from this hotel. Better to sleep in your car.

We agreed to pay an upcharge for a room not on the outside (motel-like, sketchy) rooms. But were refused anything in writing delineating the amount of that charge (desk clear said to trust her, it will be what she says upon checkout—besides, “that fee amount changes every day”). We decided to cancel our whole reservation, but once we declined to give back our signed, vague, fishy-ready registration form, desk staff yelled, handed us a printout for four nights of the upcharges, and threatened to call the police. “Please do,” I said, at which time a call took place, but in a foreign language. I decided to call the police myself for assistance simply to leave without being charged. The clerk’s call, meanwhile, resulted in a manager (who previously was “unavailable to assist us with our concerns until tomorrow”) suddenly materializing from the back room. Notified staff only 1 night was intended to stay and they neglected to contact management or hotels. Com and I was still charged for 2 nights when I checked out at 11am Saturday morning not Sunday. No refund had been given nor have they contacted me. Poor customer service!!

Another wonderful stay at a Clarion Hotel. Check in was fast and the front desk staff were amazing,especially vini she was fantastic, friendly and super helpful with everything!!! The room was spectacularly clean and had those wonderful mattresses that you can just sink into and fall right to sleep. We were tired so we ordered room service and it was fast and delicious! We appreciated the good service and kindness from all!

Easy check-in front desk attendants were very nice. Comfortable beds and extra soft pillows. Surprised how good the breakfast was especially the sausage. The housekeeping service was good Super clean and convenient and quiet. the hotel was a place to stay and if ever in this area again. We will come back and stay again.

The bad: The property is either partially renovated or recently vandalized. The room was nice but the door next to it was caved in and blocked off so I had to walk a good distance to get to the handicap accessible suite. The good: the indoor pool and hot tub are both fully accessible. The people were very nice. The bathroom was big enough to easily maneuver a wheelchair and the zero entry shower included a shower seat. Breakfast was scrambled eggs sausage biscuits and gravel and waffles. Coffee or hot tea were also available. It is within walking distance of several restaurants and less than a half mile from target. There is a mall across the street about a mile away.

Located just off I 24 in Murfreesboro, TN the hotel is in a great location with plenty of food options and stores/outlets for shopping in the vicinity. The staff were excellent, friendly, and welcoming. The rooms were clean, I stayed in a 1 king suite with a rollout bed. There was shampoo, conditioner, body wash. Walk in shower is located in the bathroom along with the toilet. The sink area is separate from the toilet/shower, which was nice because someone can be getting ready while someone else is showering or using the toilet. Full continental breakfast including omelets, bacon, biscuits and gravy, toast/bagels, fruit and cereal. Drinks included fruit juices, coffee, tea and water. Was unable to take advantage of the outdoor pool or gym but both looked nice. I stayed one night with another guest and was very pleased with the entire experience.

Needed a quick overnight stay and found this hotel near I24. Arrived and was greeted by the on duty clerk who was very professional and courteous there were several men in the lobby and walked around the property who appear to be on a soccer team and I thought I would be awake all night listening to the noise but once in the room I slept throughout the night. There wasn't any loud noise by the other guests, just as the clerk stated. POOL AND HOTTUB is great too with great hotel atrium view.

This hotel is right off of Interstate 24. The facility is clean and reasonably priced. Very nice breakfast with scrambled eggs and sausage links. A unique touch is a pancake machine where kids (of all ages) can watch their pancake being made and cooked through a see-through window.The staff is super friendly and helpful.pool was nice too. And my husband had fun in hottub(spa).all together just ignore other reviews and try it out

Recently stayed here for an in town wedding & let me tell you... this hotel was THE cleanest & freshest place I've stayed thus far & I've stayed in some hotels! The fresh smell & esthetics begin at the entrance & and go all the way to the rooms, which are spacious; they have hottub, heated pool and free hot breakfast they were super good and clean!! Staff was pleasant & helpful as well! I would definitely stay here again if I'm ever this way again. Thank you for such a lovely stay! ❤️

The room itself was ok. We had issues with the tv first thing. The morning after our first night there I discovered the refrigerator had gone out overnight and everything in it was ruined. I discovered this only after stepping onto the SOAKED carpet. Maintenance came and replaced the refrigerator and cleaned up the water in the cabinet and the floor using my towels. Had an issue getting towels replaced because maintenance took the wet towels so there were none to exchange. The hotel never offered to help to replace the spoiled food either. Now….. let’s talk about breakfast. Everything was running low and even empty, no utensils , empty orange juice and milk. That was bad enough but the worker was NOT polite and snapped at several guests. A lot of $$$ was spent for all of the issues.

My family and I have stayed at this hotel twice now and it is by far one of the best family friendly hotels that I have been to and the price is good for what you get as well. There is a good workout area and the pool even has a hot tub of which is amazing for the adults to be in while the kids play in the pool. The front desk staff was amazing throughout our stays and even brought my family extra bedding for the pullout couch and pool towels to us so that we did not have to use the towels from the room. I had a few complaints about the room that we had on the second stay. We paid for a suite just so that we could have a jetted tub in the room and the tub did not work. Also, we were on the second floor and had a huge balcony area, but the room did not feel secure since the latch on the door leading out to the balcony area, would not properly latch. The lock/safety latch on the suite secondary area was barely hanging on and looked like someone tried to either break it off or slam the door against it. There is a restaurant/bar on site & plenty of dining options within a short walk or drive from the hotel. They even have karaoke & live music on the weekend. Breakfast is included with the stay & it is fairly good with only a few complaints. I have never had buttered eggs & while they were edible, I felt like it was a bit too much butter. I also had to ask for orange juice from behind the bar. Other than that, the rest of the food was good and defiantly filled the family up.

Paint peeling. Definitely needs to be updated. The continental breakfast was horrible. I only went one morning. A lot of people live in the hotel. Everything smelled like smoke all the time.

Enjoyed this property for a great price. Very good breakfast, clean rooms, friendly staff. The indoor pool and hot tub are in need of a resurfacing but they do a good job keeping it clean. I checked in on 8/8/26, and the room appeared clean. No more than two seconds after I entered, the maintenance man informed me that he had sprayed pesticides and asked if the smell was strong. I replied no, then lay down and went to sleep, waking up in the morning to find bites on my body. Before leaving, I informed the front desk that they needed to spray again. When I got home, I noticed three bite marks in a row, along with many more on my right arm, left arm, legs, neck, and back. The following Monday, I went to Fast Pace in the morning, where they diagnosed me with bedbug bites. I called the hotel to request a refund, and they said they would look into it, so I ended up contacting the health department to report their issue.
