When we arrived we noticed how run down the maintenance was balconies were missing concrete, rails rusted. The rooms we clean, until we found roaches in the rooms ( we had 3 rooms) trash all over the property, the shower had plastic roll tile cut and laid on the floor. When my grandkids would go from room to room their feet were black. For the price we paid to stay here I expected cleanliness and care put into maintaining the hotel. Pigon Forge is beautiful I wouldn't eclectic this in such a beautiful place. When we checked our I told the front desk about our issues and I got a thank you. Extremely disappointed!

The rooms were nice and clean. I was impressed with the fact that they had the A/C on when we got there so the room wasn’t so stuffy. The elevator was hot and a little small but it was adequate. The ice machine was inside the coin laundry facilities which was also hot. I don’t think you could get that room cold during the 100 degree weather we were having. The breakfast was a voucher for the pancake house next door. You got pancakes and a beverage that could be upgraded for a nominal fee. It was a nice location right on the Parkway during Jeep Invasion so this was a plus. The only complaint I had was that the cleaning staff didn’t give you time to get to the door after knocking. They were opening the door before I could get to it. Overall it was a good experience and we would stay there again.

The room leaked rain into it. The floors were flooded. The front office call at 10:30pm after everyone was asleep to see if we wanted a different room after being told about the flooded floors at 4pm. No discounted rate or money refunded. Will not stay here again.
