Room stunk. Run down. Woke up to roaches crawling on the stand. Ceiling started leaking water above the bathroom sink and ruined all our belongings on the counter. Also charged $100 extra for ‘just in case but we’ll refund 95 of it’. Didn’t know that till getting to the front desk

We had 2 King Suites which were very roomy. The balcony on the backside of the hotel was very nice and allowed us to sit outside and relax. The suites have 2 a/c units and one of the units in one room was very loud and barely worked, however it did keep the room cool. The breakfast at Reagan's was great. The location was great. The room was clean and updated. However, being a firefighter I take a look at the smoke detector's in rooms and noticed that there were 2 in each suite which was great but it was obvious that they probably need replaced as they were very yellow in appearance. The yellow appearance may be due to age or from when smoking was allowed in rooms. They were this way in both suites that we were in. It was very quiet except for the traffic on the back side when the balcony door was open or a loud exhaust vehicle went by. They do require a $100 deposit per room and charge a credit card for the $100 per room. Then after checkout they refund $95 as they charge a $5 "office fee" for charging the card and crediting it back. The employee that checked us in said that charging the card didn't make sense but it was they had to do.

Red roof Vann charged me $100 for and told me that I would get a $95 credit back. What actually happened as when they charged out I asked for a receipt they wouldn’t give me one then the next day they charged me a $95 fee when I called him they said no it was a credit. It was not a credit it was a charge I know debit and credit then they took back the $95 charge but I still have $100 charge on my account and I do not have a $95 credit. This is bogus and the guy knows this is bogus. I want my $95 credit off of my hundred dollar fee actually I don’t need to pay five dollars I paid for the room so I want $100 credit back on my room. I do not recommend red roof there as I think he’s doing this on purpose and he’s very very rude hotels.com should be notified also, I still not gotten the credit for the accessories charges that I didn’t even take a cup of coffee out there.
