Red Roof Inn & Suites Pigeon Forge Parkway

Our stay with our friends ,wasn't good. We had joining rooms on the third floor. Which was so hard to get our friend up and down with one entrance and exit to the elevater,his wheel chair barely fit into the elevator, and there was no handicapped parking for them to park we only saw 1 spot on the side the elevator was on There was 1 luggage cart for each floor,3 total for the whole hotel. There were so many rules,we could not keep up ,we even got a call to our room,they said someone was smoking outside our room on the public balcony,we had no control over that We were told smoking was 20 feet from the building and the hotel had there own smoking area just out side the check in office The two gentlemen that checked us in were pleasant enough at check in,but we had to sign our name so many times,I believe it was 10 times for all the rules. Then had to give them our personal phone # and 200 dollars hold on our card for damages,which takes 2 days to be after check out to be refunded They have cameras on every corner and we were told by other guests that were there before us,that the office spies on the guests with every move they made There was unfinished hall ways with tripping hazards,my friend almost fell on her face,because there was a 2x4 nailed to the ground going out the back hallway where the ice machine was. We were anxious to leave after two days needless to say Ohh and they give you a coupon for breakfast at the pancake house next door,for a 3 pancakes and a drink,lol

We stayed one night, room was fairly clean (not absolutely sure the sheets were clean). Tv and shower worked, good enough

Needs to add quiet time so guest can sleep.

The hot water didn’t work. The tv didn’t work and I was charged extra money after I had already paid on hotel .com. Would I recommend this hotel. Nope sure wouldn’t

Room was very nice and big staff was excellent and raring to help us in any way
