Tons of parking. Very clean room and comfortable bed. Quiet hotel. Wonderful and inexpensive!

Pool was nice and everything was close by.

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The road noise was loud. Over all it was a good stay.

Parking was easy

I needed a last minute room on a business trip and booked a room here. Super cheap and the front desk lady was so nice! Hotel had a clean smell and the beds were super comfy. I didn’t get to use the pool but it looked very clean. Conveniently located behind Golden Corral and McDonald’s. The people with bad reviews probably expected a Marriot with motel prices lol. But seriously, this was a pleasant experience. Highly recommend.

Not very clean. In the tiny cramped bathroom there were what appeared to be footprints on the wall in front of the toilet. The bathtub had some type of scum and a few hairs. The toilet flushed sometimes and others it would not until a bit later, you’d hear a loud gurgling and then it would flush. The wall was dirty in other parts of the room, and the platform the mattress sat on was dusty. The bathroom was the tiniest I’ve ever seen in my life. So tiny that the “vanity” was outside the bathroom, in the actual room. A tacky corner setup right by the door to the hall. Vending machines outdated and don’t accept cards which wasn’t an issue as they were out of order! While the listing doesn’t mention breakfast, you’re clearly led to believe it’s available as they include a picture of the breakfast setup in the listing. Upon check in you see a sign on the counter stating that due to Covid there is temporarily no breakfast. COVID??? It’s 2024!! We stayed on 2nd floor and you could hear every single step people took in the room above us. Never again.

The hotel location is the greatest. Friendly service. Clean rooms, could use some softer pillows, but bed was comfortable. No breakfast but they had coffee or tea. Lots of parking. Excellent value.

Bathrooms tiny, all the rooms are no smoking, half the mechines were down, the vending mechines only took cash, over all kind of a let down

It was clean, the pool was nice and it was close to restaurants. I would stay here again.

We got found bed bugs on our stuff after we left. I am livid.

The hotel itself was horrible. The first room we got put in smelled like a cigarette and looked like it was not cleaned and DEFINITELY didn’t smell clean, it was also the size of a prison cell. Sheets were stained and that room looked like the literal roof was about to fall in. After I got in the shower of that room I felt something on my food and looked down to see the bottom liner they superglued (?) was coming off and that there was mold that had came off the mat onto my foot. I asked for a different room and the lady at the front desk was very nice about it. The second room seemed a bit better but there were still stained sheets, the smell of marijuana and the soaps had not been refilled. On top of that, the toilet paper was not new and had also been used by a previous tenant. PLEASE spend the money on a hotel worth it so you don’t feel itchy when you leave!!

What a terrible place. Bathrooms were nasty. We changed rooms from one to the other thinking maybe it was one room. King room to a double queen room. The bathroom shower was terrible. There was some kind of non-slip pad in the shower that was darkened where others have stood and some kind of orange or pink mold growing on the edges. Discovered this after sleeping in the room listening to the convenience refrigerator making a knocking noise. I woke uo thinking someone was in the room. We checked out at 7am. Paid an early check-in elswhere just to shower and begin the day.

The room was not really clean, there was hair in the tub, and just didn't seem like the rest of the room was cleaned very well either, I won't be going back.

The price of the room was great! When you walk in the place smelled amazing but as soon as you turn to go down the hall to our room the smell was horrible. The beds were nice and comfortable but the carpets in this place are horrible. we went and purchased Lysol to spray on the carpets and in the room to help with the smell. We had to wear socks to keep our feet clean. The carpets in the hallway were beyond nasty. The bathroom door would not close.The staff was very friendly.

Found roaches in my room (I took pictures) so I checked out early and was told I would receive an refund for the unused portion of my stay and they now won’t respond to me & didn’t issue the refund.

Hotel was nice! Room was VERY clean! No complaints. Staff was easy to work with and helpful!

Towels and sheets had stains on them, people that seemed to be living there on the 3rd floor were loud and a problem at 9pm!

Carpet in halls really dirty. In room enough dirt to turn tub briefly black. Bed is too large for such a small room. Paper thin walls let way to much chatter and laughter in from next door late night and early morning.

The room above us had at least 10 kids in it who were up all night jumping and being incredibly loud. We had to ask not one time but three to ask them to stop last time around 1am. For $200 a night a good night sleep was all I wanted. Bed wasn’t very comfy

Room was very small, did not even have a chair, much less a table. Only place to sit was on the bed. Noisy, walls must be very thin.

Hotel close to everything. Staff was friendly, Room was outdated and basic. Good if you are crashing for a night.

Bathroom is extremely small everything is dated didnt take part in the breakfast so cant say about that. It was ok to sleep and leave

When we first got into our room it was about 100 degrees in the room and had to open windows etc, heat and ac both did not work or blow anything out so we slept with window open all night. The floor in our room was all uneven and looked like it was caving in, in the middle of the room you could see the entertainment center and fridge both leaning over because the floor was so bad.

Room was small and bathroom was smaller. The floor in the room was uneven, no sitting area at all.

The room had some humidity issues, it felt sticky most of the time. The paint was peeling from the ceiling. There were also ants. The room was very small and the bathroom door didn’t shut.

I always stay here when I go to Pigeon Forge. The staff are amazing. Close to everything

I had some items that needed refrigeration so I had stopped by a couple hours earlier than check in time and asked if they may have a room available early so I may refrigerate my stuff and they were more than happy to accommodate. Customer service was top notch

Walking distance to tons of attractions and food in pigeon forge tennessee. Property is clean, if perhaps not the most modern. But very nice for the price.

Excellent welcome from the really nice clerk, who answered all our questions. The hotel is very well located, and there is lots to do within walking distance. It's a bit off the road, so it's very quiet. This is our 3rd stay in this hotel and we are still very satisfied. The room is small but well-organized and very clean. The only downside is that the towels are very rough. But the bed is very comfortable. See you next year

Nice location. Tons of nearby things to do weather it be shopping, dinning, adventure parks, shows, etc. visiting nearby historic areas. Nothing but a blast. Can walk to shows and restaurants.

We were staying here as a place to crash on a one day trip to the mountains. It was perfect for that! Staff were very friendly and greeted us every time we walked by the front desk. Our room was clean. We had no concerns and if doing another short trip we would stay here again. If we were planning to stay longer than 2 days we would probably book elsewhere but for minor reasons. If looking at this hotel there are a few things to consider, we found the bathrooms to be very small. This would be the main reason for staying elsewhere if staying more than 2 days, more of a preference issue. We did find that the door did not “look” like it would shut all the way, but we tested the locks and tried to open with the key and felt secure that the door was locked. Do not go by the pictures. We had read and saw there was not a breakfast offered however if you look at pictures alone it would appear that one was served. When we talked with the front desk they said they have not offered that since Covid. Again not a deal breaker but if you are wanting somewhere that offers a breakfast this wouldn’t be an option. Overall we were satisfied with our stay.

Advertised on website “Free Complimentary Breakfast” and when I called downstairs to see what time breakfast was , I was told they do not offer that nor did they advertise that. I will post a picture stating it… Rooms were very small. But great location. Hallways had a weird smell.

The room smelled of marijuana terribly. Someone on our floor was smoking it and I reported it to the front desk and they didn’t move to even investigate.

The staff were very friendly. The only thing we wish we had know was there was no breakfast. They are still saying because of Covid no breakfast. That isn’t a reason now. They should up date their site and say. No breakfast. When you are budgeting that counts when you are buying breakfast too. Other than that we enjoy the hotel. It was a little loud because we were on the bottom floor and a motorcycle park right at our window but we were ok.

A sign in room said conntinal breakfast but wasn’t. We had coffee in room one day left and they didn’t leave no more fire the next day. They said breakfast was cause of Covid but everyone else has breakfast.

the room booking said there was breakfast and we were very disapointed to learn in the morning that this hotel had NO breakfast at all you may want to change that on your hotel listing the bathroom was dirty around the baseboards and floor, had cigarette burns on the tub edges the bed was comfortable the floors were dirty I had to wash my feet before I put my sandals on we were conveniently on the 1st floor which made it easy to get in & out and able to park outside the room the clerk when we arrived was pleasant and tried to help us find a place that was open to get some food as it was very late was ok but for the price I truly expected better

Pretty average hotel. Room was small but served its purpose. Could use some updates. There was a hole in the sheet on the bed. Also, there was a sign that there was no breakfast due to Covid which was a weird excuse in 2024. Thankfully we weren’t relying on the hotel for breakfast. Otherwise no issues.

The room was decent. Convenient to surrounding areas. A disappointment was they offered no breakfast of any kind and no complimentary coffee at all, except 2 packets in the room. Most travelers enjoy coffee and a reasonable breakfast but nothing at all here, A big disappointment for sure, My husband walked to McDonald's for his morning coffee fix. It was advertised as breakfast and the pics they have show the breakfast area. They posted due to covid-19. No where else seemed to have that problem where we stayed. I suggest they remove the info regarding their stay for people, is a bit misleading. Thank you.
