Everything was very nice. The breakfast was really good. The only thing to complain was the pool on Thursday was dirty. They didn’t swim cause of it. Otherwise it was nice a nice stay.

Great location! We stayed across the river in the King room. It Would’ve been nice if there was a footbridge across the river knowing that the office and breakfast area was on the other side and you had to drive over to eat or if you needed to get the tubes or anything else office related. Rooms were clean, had the shampoo, conditioner and body wash in dispensers in the bathtub and the bathtubs had plenty of nukes if you bring your own. The only issues we had was the mattresses were a little softer than we like so they weren’t comfortable and the sheets wouldn’t stay on. Also the AC doesn’t keep the room on the side of the balcony (where we slept) quite as cool but a fan $18 fan from Walmart helped. We were in 2241 which was a corner room and sitting on the balcony overlooking the river was great. I LOVE wildlife and made some friends with geese, ducks, otters and pigeons with them eating from my hands. Overall it was a Good Stay!

The good: The creekside balconies are awesome, free breakfast- my son loved the pancakes, inflatable tubes for the creek or the pool. The bad: mold in the bathroom, in room coffee makes barely one cup of tea colored coffee. Watch out for the pillars in the parking garage.

Room 1206 ( second floor) Building next to the office All rooms have balconies with view of the creek and camp ground. Parking garage was a tight parking. Elevator was very fast They had breakfast every morning from 7:00 to 10:00 am Included was sausage links, scrambled eggs, diced potatoes ,cereal ,pancakes toast, yogurt, juice water and coffee. ** They could of offered fresh fruit Rooms was basic with bathroom located between each bed so made for privacy Private balcony looking over the creek . They offered free fishing, and had free tubing. Trolley stops right outside of Motel building So you could leave your car at the motel . Only bad thing is the bathrooms are small with the commode low to the ground. (If you are a senior I would suggest you ask for a handicap room) There is a chair in the room but it would be nice to have a table. The two ladies who serve breakfast could be more welcoming they hardly spoke.

We loved the pool and tubing on the river behind the Inn. Rooms were spacious and clean. Shower pressure was awesome. Lots of ducks and geese on the river so that brings lots of feces in parking garage.

Room was big and comfortable. Breakfast and pool was located across the creek so not convenient. Hotel did offer inner tubes to float the creek which was nice

We loved our stay here. The only criticism I have is we weren't in the main building and had to drive if we wanted to eat the breakfast that was provided or use the pool and the parking was horrible in that area.

Right on the river with a balcony. I assume you would have to ask for the river side. The room was nice. Two queens separated by the bathroom. Fridge, safe, sink and mirror outside the bathroom. The some of the Ice machines where down. The pool and breakfast across the street but it want a deal breaker. We paid $120 through Expedia.

We loved this place!! Felt secluded yet close to everything. We couldn't of asked for a better first time experience to pigeon forge!! First off the staff, they are all super nice and friendly! The room was very clean and cute. The building itself is very unique and beautiful. The beds are separated by a bathroom in-between. Both sides had a tv and side tables. Works out perfectly if you have kids or just going with a friend. One of our most favorite part was the private balcony with 2 rocking chairs and a small table looking out over the little pigeon river. Loved sitting out there every morning drinking my coffee also at night to listen to the water running, along with all the nature sounds. Prefect for unwinding before going to bed. The 2nd best part, the hotel provides big water tubes to float down and play in the river. Which we enjoyed doing everyday! Sooo much fun! Although i will say they only have 4 big tubes and alot of small ones. TAhe big ones get gone fast! I suggest you bring your on big tube if you can, so you dont have to wait. They are way better for the river than the little ones even for the kids. The small ones tend to flip over lol. The breakfast buffet was also great!! They had eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, grits, fried potatoes, pancakes, yogurt, fresh fruit, Diffrent cereals, coffee, juices. It was good! Thank you Creekstone for making our first trip to pigeon forge an enjoy, fun, relaxing stay! We have found our home away from home!! 😊👍

The room itself smelled, no matter how many sprays I used or air fresheners I bought we couldn’t get rid of the oder. I wish there would’ve been more places for clothes and our toiletries in the bathroom, it could use some updates. The property itself is nice, and staff was friendly. Nice touch with the fancy towels.

They have a text messaging system where they allegedly provide you with service if you respond. When I replied about the live insects in my room, no response! I was killing bugs my first hour. Tried to contact them with no avail. It was like primitive camping. If they can’t respond via their own messaging service and phone, I wasn’t going to waste my time driving all the way back to the other side of the water just to have someone kill bugs when there were just more waiting. I finally ended up just leaving. Also, when I put the address into my GPS, it took my to a property across the river (which was the right location) but the actual check-in office is on the other side of the river. There was a sign in the parking lot saying where to check in. The only problem is, it still takes you to the parking lot you’re in on the opposite side of the water from the little check in office. Not fun, especially after dark. I always strive to support local hotels, but, in this case, I wish I’d paid a little more money and stayed at a national chain.

What you see on website is NOT what you get!! Terribly dirty- curtains even had old blood on backing, toilet wiggled all over when you sat on it, elevator rug was filthy, along with ice machine which didn't work on either floor- was told to go to gas station and buy some. I did get pictures of ALL these things. Think twice before booking- this was a TERRIBLE experience!!!

Room had dirty, melted curtains. The backing was stuck together and had to be pulled apart to cover the windows. The curtains allowed sight into the room and first bed area unless you weighted them down with something when the a/c was blowing The A/c did not cool the back bed area. Breakfast had overcooked biscuits every day (hockey pucks), all the trash cans in dining area were overflowing. Elevator had smudges on the wall and the floor was peeling/damaged. The elevator rug was filthy when we arrived but did look to be a bit cleaner during our stay. Spider webs were everywhere. Room had a smell to it, not pleasant. Bathroom was tiny. Towels were small and rough, not soft. The Fridge froze everything in it no matter what setting we used. The mattress springs could be felt when sitting or laying on it. Breakfast was in a separate building across the street from hotel so it was inconvenient when it was raining. The eggs, sausage and potatoes were served to you instead of self serve, and the server was not friendly. The parking area underground had no barrier for the river on that side. There wasn’t enough parking for all the hotel rooms. On a positive note, there were ample electrical plugs and usb ports around the room. It was nice to have the vanity/sink outside of the tub and toilet room.

I really enjoyed my stay. The room was clean awesome staff. The only negative is maybe some update decor. The mattress had a dip. Needs to be replaced. My back was a little sore in the mornings.

The bed was very comfortable and so is the pillow. Both were perfect. All rooms have a view of this running stream next to it from the balcony. The room was a little humid and another guest in the front office complained of that as well. We stayed four nights, but their maids will not make up your bed for you. That’s my only complaint.

Bathroom felt cramped. The lock on the balcony was broke. Best were comfortable, the room was very clean, although my daughter woke up every morning with a bite on her leg, she slept in the bed beside the balcony.

We chose the King room with two beds that are separated by the bathroom. No actual door but plenty of privacy for a family trip. It was nice that the Sink and mirror were accessible even if someone was in the toilet/shower room. We loved the Balcony over the creek and watching the wildlife. Bonus perk was getting the corner room on the 5th floor. Beds are a little too soft but I guess that’s a preference problem.

Not right on the parkway, but close enough to walk to some attractions. Close to Teaster road to avoid the parkway traffic if you wanted. The breakfast was OK. The elevator was slow and the rug inside it was filthy. With the bathroom being in the center of the room, the bed by the balcony did not get much A/C and the bed by the door was freezing.

Overall this facility was exceptional. We did have a tiny issue with the coffee maker (my husband LOVES coffee), but that was remedied immediately. Every staff member we encountered was wonderful always having a smile and seemed happy to be working there. We witnessed daily sweeping of stairs/stairwells and the rest of the building ridding it of spider webs.

The property was clean and comfortable. Check in and out was efficient. Close to everything including trolley stops and riverwalk. The biggest thing i would ask is maybe add a small broom and dust pan to the kitchenette units.

They have a text messaging system where they allegedly provide you with service if you respond. When I replied about the live insects in my room, no response! I was killing bugs my first hour. Tried to contact them with no avail. It was like primitive camping. If they can’t respond via their own messaging service and phone, I wasn’t going to waste my time driving all the way back to the other side of the water just to have someone kill bugs when there were just more waiting. I finally ended up just leaving. Also, when I put the address into my GPS, it took my to a property across the river (which was the right location) but the actual check-in office is on the other side of the river. There was a sign in the parking lot saying where to check in. The only problem is, it still takes you to the parking lot you’re in on the opposite side of the water from the little check in office. Not fun, especially after dark. I always strive to support local hotels, but, in this case, I wish I’d paid a little more money and stayed at a national chain.

We booked this hotel 2 hours before we arrived because the price, amenities, & reviews were much better than our original hotel pick and I’m very glad we did. It’s not fancy but it’s comfortable and the staff is friendly. The breakfast was your standard complementary breakfast and the towels were a little thin and scratchy but that’s pretty normal for hotels and you cannot beat the price or the nice view of the water. They weren’t stingy on the number of pillows which was nice. The staff went out of their way to give us a room that was close to the elevator when they learned we brought our 8month old. I will probably stay again.

We have stayed at Crerkstone Inn four times now. We have tried other hotels, but always come back to the Creekstone Inn. We like the unique way the room is set up with the bathroom in the middle, which gives privacy between the two beds. We also love being on the river and being a block off the main strip. The rooms were very clean. Our air conditioner wasn't working properly, and we were moved to another room which was very comfortable. The staff was very nice, and even though we had a very late breakfast, there was never a line to get food and we had no problem finding a seat to eat at. My only complaint is that I was not able to get a tube to go down the river because people had checked them out and not returned them. The policy is tubes do not need to be checked in until 8 PM.

The office is across the street from the rooms. Loved the view fromm the balcony, but the view from the walkway was a derelict hotel building. Breakfast space was crowded . It was hard to get around the edge tables to access beverages.

Very convenient location in Pigeon Forge just a block off the strip with direct access to Dollywood Boulevard without having to go on the strip. Creek runs adjacent to the property and a good number of unobtrusive ducks were present. Everything was closeby including the parkway to Gatlinburg or bypass to the park.

We were just close enough to everything, right at end of Pigeon Forge and only a few miles to Gatlinburg. Off the main strip just far enough to not hear all the traffic. The balcony overlooking the river is great. Beds were comfy. Internet in the area in general is sketchy and over the weekend when the hotel was full, the WiFi was not great but we went to the mountains to get away, not be online!

Rooms are clean and comfortable, the view off the balcony is really nice. There are ducks and geese to feed. The breakfast is good, Biscuits and gravy, pancakes, sausage, eggs,potatoes, cereal all good. There is a public transit stop right by the office that will take you around town and to Dollywood for $3.00. Very convenient. Lots of things to do within walking distance. Great location!!

The Balcony was the only highlight to the experience. The breakfast was crowded with a bus trip of people that loitered until the bus came. The eggs were basic hotel bagged scrambled eggs and greasy sausage (2) per person. The room was basic and not super romantic. We hoped for the best but the bed was stiff and uncomfortable. The exterior of the hotel was not what is pictured online because it was a property away from the original property. We had to drive for breakfast and found no seats. So we had to eat out anyhow. There is a small kitchen in the room great if you want to cook but we didn't want to cook. The room smelled like wet cigarettes, that is a major drawback also.

The property was conveniently located for travel to Dollywood and had free parking available which was great. The rooms were good enough and the beds comfortable. Because of the room layout one person was blasted by air con while the other barely felt it. The bathrooms could do with an update, but we're clean enough for usage. But, breakfast was awful. The options were limited, served to you by unsmiling folks who were quite tight with the portions, I didn't feel like I could ask for anymore. Everything is served on polystyrene plates and cups with plastic cutlery, it felt like being at a kids party, a very unenvironmentally friendly one! Everything was dumped into one bin. We only ate 1 out of the 3 days, it was much better to go elsewhere. The views over the creek were lovely.

The bed wasn't very comfortable, the fitted sheet didn't fit and so it would bunch up underneath you when you moved. There was a dirty towel on the bathroom floor left from the previous guests. There was a faint cigarette smell at the sink. Breakfast was great.

Loved how the room felt like 2 bedrooms. Loved that the maids came in the room daily to change out towels and dump garbages. Loved the balcony overlooking the creek. Pool was very nice. Only negative was the breakfast. Same thing every day.

Hotel is in a good location in relation to the main drag. Older property that could stand an updating. Staff was nice though checkout is earlier than most places by an hour or two. Breakfast is standard, powdered eggs, tube sausage. Not as many offerings as many hotels but more than some in this price range. For the area, this is likely a good deal.

Had to go to the main office to ask for more, not easy to get to since it's on the other side of the creek. Parking was not guaranteed, we had to drive to the trailer park to find parking. For what I spent on this room, it was not worth it at all, I'm confused on the high ratings on this app.

The best thing about this hotel is definitely the river facing balconies. And that was mainly what I booked this hotel for. Otherwise it is just a nice budget mom and pop hotel. It’s in a convenient location. It is clean. The staff is nice. The beds are comfortable. The showers have a lot of pressure and hot water. If you’re traveling with kids, it’s actually nice because the room layout has kind of like a bathroom separating the two beds so you’re not right on top of each other. There are two buildings that your rooms can be in on opposite side of the river. One of them faces the campground. The other side faces the back of another hotel. And if you’re on the one of the other side of the river, you have to drive or walk to the breakfast area, which can be very inconvenient. And even if you’re staying on the one as the same side, it’s not in the same building you have to walk across a little street that does not have any traffic on it.  The breakfast is advertised as a “buffet“ but it is your typical hotel breakfast with a make your own waffle station, powdered eggs, sausage, cereals. They do have a cappuccino coffee machine, so that’s kind of nice. The eating area is small and crowded. There is no lobby to speak of. It is super convenient to Dollywood, which is also a big plus and you avoid a lot of the traffic on the main road. So if you’re looking for something fancy and luxurious, don’t stay here. But if you’re looking for an affordable stay with the River View, this is
