This was our second time staying at this location. I love that it’s right off the freeway. Easy access on and off. Clean rooms & friendly employees. The only downside is there are no elevators. We had to carry our heavy luggage up & down the stairs. Pool was clean, our kids enjoyed it very much. Breakfast was good. Will definitely stay here again if we are in Amarillo again.

I stayed at 4 motels traveling east & this one was the best by far. Great staff, solid breakfast & security in parking lot. Beds were comfy & room was very clean. The staff were all friendly. Great stay.

Stayed here a week ago and everything was great. Pulled in today and they have one side of the parking lot blocked off because they poured cement. And the doors leading outside that used to latch are now taped open so the entire building is not secure whatsoever and no key card is needed to enter the building at any time of the day or night. They did not have tape over the latches last week but apparently they needed it this week. I know it’s winter as well and the pool was not filled but they need a lot of paint and a lot of work on that pool if it’s gonna open anytime this year.

The service was great! Check-in was a breeze. Didn’t check well enough and didn’t realize it didn’t have an elevator. The room was clean and good size. However the tv didn’t work and the drain in the shower was broken. Good pet area for dogs.

There was a problem with your system and it took 2 hotel staff and a half hour to find our reservation. The staff was very very helpful and patient. Our room wasn’t clean. There was some Vaseline type substance on the headboards. I had to clean that up. The carpets are so dirty they felt almost slimy.

The staff was very nice. The actual area of the hotel was clean and landscaped, but the property is located almost in an industrial area, immediately off the ramp of the highway. Our room was nice and spacious and very clean as was the rest of the hotel. We never heard any of the traffic from the highway, but our room was on the back part of the hotel. The only thing that wasn’t excellent was our tv would pause every once in a while for a few seconds like the internet was not strong enough.

Checked in late and was pleasantly surprised to be greeted as soon as I walked in, without having to wait for someone to arrive. Room was spacious. Shower was great! Perfect pressure, perfect temps and a soft towel. It seems very quiet, but it’s also the middle of the night. I don’t hear any traffic noise or anything at all though. I would definitely stay here again.

Great value! The room was specious, updated and clean. The staff was great, especially the lady at the front desk named Dina. The only negative I would say is that hotel is located very close to the highway and you can hear the traffic. We turned the fan on high and we were fine. I would definitely stay again for a quick night stop as we travel.

Fantastic service, clean, comfy bed and pillows. Great breakfast. We came in late with two young kids, Sandra at the front desk had us registered and keycards ready, even gave me milk and hot chocolate mix for them. Will stay next time we pass through.

The location is not glamorous. It is right off of I40 on the east end of Amarillo, BUT the hotel was impeccably clean, the staff helpful and friendly, the pool was great, beds comfortable, hot shower with great water pressure, AND breakfast was surprisingly good! I pass through Amarillo quite a bit and this will be my new place to stay!

Great location, friendly staff, decent breakfast with lots of choices. Clean rooms with interior hallway entrances. Great water pressure in the shower, comfortable mattress, foam pillows (which my husband prefers). It has a bit of a tricky entrance from the highway because the ramp dumps out right at the entrance, so you just have to take the earlier exit and go down the service road. I would prefer hard floors to carpet, but that’s a picky general criticism. The carpet seemed clean, but I don’t like carpet.

The breakfast was excellent: scrambled eggs (made with real eggs) crispy hash browns that weren’t greasy, sausage and gravy, biscuits, etc, yogurt, juices, coffee and tea. We’ve stayed here 3 times over the last 14months and it’s consistently good. We’re passing back this way next week and will definitely stay here again. The hotel was full- which says others like it too.

First room not cleaned - towels not replaced, trash still full. Front desk immediately moved us to a different room. After that everything was very good with the room. Breakfast was good (waffles - yeah!!!) Only other comment I have is that the handicap parking was not very accessible. No adjacent access aisle (the diagonal stripes). The 2 spaces adjacent to the ramp, still without extra spaces, were blocked off for rewards members only. These spaces had to be navigated around to access the ramp for entry.

Was right off main road, nice outdoor pool although the filter should have been running there was a lot of stuff floating but we skimmed it off and the kids had a great time. Breakfast was actually not bad for a free hotel breakfast as well perfect for an overnight stay.

The hotel as a whole is run down. The mattress needs to be replaced. It’s worn out and slopes to the middle. We topically stay a BW when we travel and this one was up to par.
