Hyatt Place Dallas/Grapevine

Väldigt fint hotell nära DFW flygplats med egna transfer bussar. Vill man shoppa så ä de gång avstånd till ett gigantiskt köpcenter. Rena, rymliga rum och väldigt rent. Bra om man ska bara övernatta inför eller efter flyg.

The room itself was nice. However, we were not notified that the pool was unavailable, which was one of the selling points that we were looking forward to. In addition, The breakfast left something to be desired and was slow to be refilled, especially on Sunday. They appeared to be having some sort of sewage type issue bubbling up next to the walk when we left. I informed the attendant and they said they'd send a message to their manager on Monday without even taking a look. Overall it was fine but it left a lot to be desired

The beds and sofa have a lot of bedbugs, and everyone has bites. The front desk didn't inform us that the pool is under maintenance. Kids, so devastating.
