Even though I was upset with some minor over look things. From the bathroom being lock to the $100 deposit for a Hot tub suite. The main ice machine was not working. The front desk had a bag of ice waiting. The front desk also came through to unlock the bathroom door. What the building lack, the staff made up for it with quick friendly service!

I didn’t find out until I checked into the property that the elevator was not working due to the hurricane yet my room was on the third floor. The room was clean but a little dated..So I thought. After spending night 1 there, at the beginning of night 2, I walked around the bed to see a roach crawling where the pillows were. I spoke with a wonderful young lady, Courtney at the front desk who informed me that there were no Available rooms to move me to. I kindly told her I would be checking out. She offered half-price for that night, but would speak with the manager about refunding the full amount for that night. As of right now, I’ve been charged half a day for one hour after check in time when the only reason checked out was due to a roach crawling on my bed.

The property was super clean and updated which I absolutely loved.. let’s not forget the staff.. they are truly rockstars, they were very accommodating and really nice. My only is was one of the back doors had a issue with the lock and my key didn’t work… this was an inconvenience because it was FREEZING and the only parking available was in the back of the building and the door was locked so you had to walk around to the front of the building.. ouch!! Otherwise the entire place is definitely worthy of a repeat trip when I return to Houston.

The accommodations are great for the price and it includes breakfast. All the staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. There is a pretty well-stocked convenience store in case you need a quick snack. The area does not have excessive traffic. Parking is so-so. They could ise more space.

I absolutely love the people that work there. They are very friendly and nice. It is bad that the ice machine is still down and i still have trouble using the key cards on the outside doors trying to get back inside.

We stayed Sunday through Tuesday, we had to check in three times before they had any available “clean rooms” and the lobby smelled like weed! And then when we get to room the room smelled like moldy wet carpet and still had trash in drawers, dirty socks under bed, roach in the drawer where the tv sat on, it was a complete mess! There was also no towels in bathroom, Ice machine did not work, we were on the second floor and the elevator was out of service. And I guess they don’t do maid service because the second night we stayed I had to ask for towels again! Definitely would never recommend anyone staying here, pay a little extra and go stay at the Hilton! And there is about three gentleman clubs down the street, wouldn’t recommend for families! A lot of commotion at night, just disgusting!

I would NEVER stay here again. We went overnight for my granddaughter’s surgery. The person was not at the desk to check in and it took forever. The beds were the hardest I have ever felt in my life and this morning there was a roach!!!

I found the service quite good for a three star hotel. The relation cost/benefit is high due to the low prices. The room and the lobby have a mold smell, maybe due to humidity. The hotel should try to improve the ventilation in these areas in order they could be dyer, or apply some drying process on them.

The name BW “Galleria” led me to believe that hotel was in Galleria area. It was not and was surrounded by adult stores & strip clubs. We didn’t even check in. Pulled in parking lot & preceded to book a hotel in the real Galleria area. Did not appreciated being misled. Glad it was after dark when I arrived.

Great spot, 24 hour drive thrus nearby and convenient store right next door. 2 of us stayed 2days for a show at the NRG stadium not too far easy to get to. The fridge in the room was actually cold too.

Great spot, 24 hour drive thrus nearby and convenient store right next door. 2 of us stayed 2days for a show at the NRG stadium not too far easy to get to. The fridge in the room was actually cold too.

We really like this property. The room was nice but the bed was too soft for us. There was a lot noise from street racers. Other then that it was great place.

The accommodations are great for the price and it includes breakfast. All the staff has been very pleasant and accommodating. There is a pretty well-stocked convenience store in case you need a quick snack. The area does not have excessive traffic. Parking is so-so. They could ise more space.

Your upkeep and maintenance is superbe. I was extremely surprised at the quality of my room and the over all property. There seemed to be a few items on the common floor that were left for more than a day. One item was a child's sock. Another was some trash outside. Breakfast is bland- your sausage patties have a lot to be desired. Maybe change it up every other day? Yes, I would go back, but not for the breakfast.

The staff was friendly and accommodating. The breakfast was nice. Ended kinda early on weekdays (9am) but good other than that. Great restaurant right across the street and a large convenient store right next door. Property was quiet amd clean. Had an amazing experience.

Property was clean. Breakfast was okay, nothing to write home about. Hotel is in a “towel shortage” and wants you to keep the same towels the whole stay which was annoying due to me taking several baths/showers a day. Staff was nice, friendly. Overall i enjoyed my stay.

The room was very poorly maintained, and overall, it was a very disappointing experience. I booked a room for three people, but they only provided towels for two. Instead of comfortable pillows, they provided cushions, which were very uncomfortable to sleep on, and both my family and I ended up with neck pain. The sheets and towels were stained and looked very worn and heavily used. The toilet paper was also an issue. There was a new roll available, but the roll already placed in the bathroom appeared to have been previously used and was only half full instead of being replaced with a fresh roll. We also had problems with the room itself. The lights located between the beds did not work, the shower had very low water pressure, and they only provided one bar of soap for three people. I want to clarify that I had no problems with the hotel staff. The main issues were the cleanliness, maintenance, and condition of the room. Overall, it was a very poor experience, and I would not recommend this hotel. For the price, I expected the room to be much cleaner, better maintained, and properly prepared for three guests.

This hotel is going through many issues: There's a single Elevator that only goes from 1st floor up. Doesnt come down. There are not enough bath towels. I ahd specifically requested a 1st floor room as I was traveling withbsenior citizens, but was alloted both rooms on 3nd floor and each day of stay we had to go down, take the elevator up and then get everyone down. Room service wasn't done even when requested to the front desk.

Glad I didn't extend my stay and only kept it to one night. I'm not sure how long the elevator issue was going on but it was truly an inconvenience having to call down from the balcony for the elevator up in order to ride down. The hotel had a limited supply pillows, covers/blankets, towels, they don't supply face towels at all. If you're staying more than a few days they don't provide daily housekeeping. Its only every 3 days- mind you its not an extended stay hotel. You would have to bring your towels down in order to exchange for fresh towels everyday. The breakfast staff was kind, sir waffles sausage and biscuits gravy so warm breakfast was welcome. Both the coffee dispensing machine and the waffle mix dispensing machine were not working. They do have a sugar ant problem. while I was checking out it looked like someone was having to take a trash bag onto their truck door where their window may have been smashed in parking lot. I won't be staying at this hotel again.
