my dissatisfaction with the treatment received during my stay and with the unjustified withholding of my security deposit. At the time of check-out, the receptionist informed me that towels were missing from the room and, on that basis, decided not to refund my security deposit. From the very beginning, I denied this accusation, as at no time did I take or remove any towels or any other item belonging to the hotel.I even offered for all my belongings and luggage lto be inspected in order to confirm that I did not have any hotel towels in my possession. However, the receptionist refused to carry out any inspection and, without providing any evidence to support the accusation, withheld my deposit.I consider this situation to be completely unfair and an unacceptable treatment of a guest. I was accused of something I did not do and deprived of my money without any proof or proper procedure to verify the facts. I request that this incident be investigated, that the security cameras, internal records, and any available evidence be reviewed in order to clarify what happened. I also request the immediate refund of my security deposit, as there is no justification for it to have been withheld.

Everything’s really good except the key cards doesn’t work to get into the building from any door except the main entrance. If they fix that 5 stars !!
