Room was uncomfortable. Wet carpet, mold in bathroom, toilet did not flush properly, door lock was not working, TV did not work. Breakfast was nonexistent, bread and cereal was only thing served. Elevator was out of order. Shower head was terrible, water pressure was terrible.

Our stay here was shortly after a hurricane and there was No Internet, No Hot Water, No Elevator and our TV was broken. Older property in NW Houston, dark parking lot and people hanging around in the lot. The only thing that was good was the girl at the front desk.

Paid over 100 bucks and did not have hot water at all. The front desk lady told me a guy was there fixing it and it be done in about 30 mins. That was at 8pm… I left at 730am still no hot water. I need to be contacted by the GM name AJ ASAP

Only thing we didn’t like about the stay was we had to take cold showers at night and hot showers in the morning they say it was like that due to the latest hurricane

The bedding had stains on it and looked very worn out. The elevator jerked horribly when it stopped at the 3rd floor. Needs better upkeep

I’m not usually one to give bad reviews. Usually skip out on leaving bad reviews anywhere. But simply doing this for the fact that both my wife and I and fleas land on us. We had our daughter in the room with us as well. Room 114. We only had to stay due to a power outage but as soon as we had power restored in the middle of the night we left.

I've stayed a few times and this location never disappoints. The room smelled so good and was very clean. There was no additional cost or hold on my card once I arrived. Other hotels after booking tell you there is a hold they have to place that was not the case here and that is important. Thank you for a great stay again.

We stayed one night because we lost power at home. He beds are comfortable and the place is clean. The service was good. This is the second time i stayed here and had problems with the tv both times though. And the A/C cooled but it took all night to get comfortable while in bed though. For the price, it was good stay

The lobby was beautiful. We received our room and decided to inspect the sheets before unloading our luggage and there was hair and blood on the sheets Moved to a room on the third floor where we had to run in and leave because we where running late for the party we where in town for to come back at 1am and find a broken door jam. Broken lock the tv did not work and worst of all roaches in the bathroom and in the kitchen area. It was too late to move rooms again and where told when we moved the first time there whre no other rooms available if that one did not work out. Talked to the front desk lady and was told they where sorry for the inconvenience but due to having booked theough a third party there was nothing they could do to resolve this issue.

The room had a bad smell. It was a sour and mildew smell. The carpet was damp and sticky like something had previously leaked on it. The smell gave me a migraine that I couldn’t get rid of till today. I would have requested to move but I had driven 5 and half hours to Houston. I was tried. I booked the hotel through Expedia and the front desk host informed me during check out, that this was the last room.

This hotel needs repairs and maintenance. The front desk, Grace, was kind, helpful, and welcoming. We were able to buy drinks at check in from a small frig, very convenient. The elevator floor is all torn up and the carts are about to fall apart. The hallways are clean and smelled good. We could hear lots of road noise in our room from the freeway. The cold handle on our faucet leaked and ran accross our counter. I could see caulk from where they tried to fix it. Wi-fi wasnt working.

I stayed one night to attend a funeral it the hopes of it being a nice place. When I arrived for check in the staff was very friendly and I could tell from the outside appearance that the inside would be just as nice. The room was very comfortable and spacious.

Front desk person is rude (the one in the evening is nice but the one in the morning is rude and lazy) TV didn’t work so we have to tell the front desk person and she came to fix it (the nice lady) WiFi was not working the next day

Last minute family trip on a budget. This hotel was perfect. Smelt clean when we walked in, we were greeted right away, breakfast was good, beds were comfy, rooms were comfortable. Toilet could have been higher it was low to ground. But everything was great!

Pictures online make property look much newer and nicer than it is. The rooms do seem very clean and are a good size. Seems to have been some water damage in the bathroom at some point that was poorly repaired.

The staff was great, the room was well kept and nice for the price. The bed was hard and pillows terrible for us old folks, but just an opinion. However, the satellite tv didnt work in the room and the wifi was out in the entire hotel. Normally we depend on our cell then but the hotel is in a dry spot and only one bar.

It was okay? Use less scented laundry detergent, scent made one of the group sick and he was unable to sleep on the bed because of it. He slept on the couch with a blanket we brought from home. Also beds weren't that great. Walls were REALLY thin.

The original room I was assigned to was already occupied; the person's belongings were scattered about the room. Fortunately, the other guest was away, or it could have been terribly awkward or even dangerous. The front desk assigned me to another room but were unapologetic for the error. The next morning, when I let the manager know what had happened, he was also unapologetic. I got the impression this happens often and not considered a big deal. Simply not acceptable.

There was a miscommunication and the hotel thought I left even though I was booked and all of my things were in my rom. Instead of calling me they went to my room, removed all of my belongings, went though my stuff and stole prescription medication from me. The woman at the front desk admitted to going through my things but saw no this as no problem. The staff is garbage.

I was very disappointed with the customer service. The front desk agent,Grace, was rude, unfriendly, and unprofessional from the moment I arrived. Instead of providing a welcoming experience, she was dismissive and unhelpful. What shocked me most was when Grace told me not to trust Expedia because they lie to their customers.. Regardless of her personal opinions, this is an incredibly unprofessional statement for a hotel representative to make. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this location.

Took forever to check in. Lady was clearly sick coughing and acting drugged. First room- big space in door and didn't lock so they switched us to another room. Microwave and that area dirty. Breakfast area dirty- out of coffee, spoons, etc. will never stay there again.

The hotel and room were very clean. Front desk staff was friendly. The location is convenient to restaurants and stores if you're driving, but probably not terribly safe for walking. It's right off of a major road. The hotel needs updating - there was wear and tear on the room, but it was clean.

Breakfast was not the best for continental; however, overall cost was affordable so I guess you get what you pay for. There also seemed to be a lot of activity during the late evening and night. Possibly women for hire in the area 😳

Property is a little older, but still in pretty good condition. Room was roomy, clean and comfortable. Good value. Only negative is the breakfast. Almost everything was empty, including coffee, at 8:20. No one around refilling anything. So go early if you want breakfast.

It was ok, clean… front desk wasn’t too Friendly or nice but she accommodated us for early check in, which was great! We did kill 2 cockroaches in the room on our first night … not good… breakfast started at 7 , should be earlier a lot of events start early… it wasn’t too great, eggs were cold😬 … will look for other place next time…
