This has been one of the best hotel experiences we've ever had. Everything from the cleanliness and the friendliness was everything you'd want to have. Malak at the front desk deserves recognition and a promotion. He was extremely friendly, accommodating and went above and beyond. Everything was spotless, the breakfast was great, and the property was very safe and secure. It was nice to have a secure, fenced in and locked parking lot to park our van. The location was also excellent in relation to where we needed to go. We wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

I thought everything was excellent. Only a few things I didn’t like. The 3rd floor was humid and hot. I had the AC going most of the time we stayed and it never fully cooled off. Then there was a door in our room that just did not open. I assumed that was the closet. where the iron was. I wasn’t able to iron anything because there wasn’t one in there at all. Lastly the 1st day they we had a do not disturb sign but after that they never fixed our bed and brought us towels. Day two they brought towels but didn’t fix our bed. Otherwise honestly a very nice stay. Very clean, the breakfast was very good and the hotel staff was extremely nice. This was the fastest check in I ever had.

We completely loved our stay! The double bed suite room was spacious and very homey. The breakfast won my husband over! All the staff were so nice and helpful throughout our stay. My husband said “this is where we’re staying everytime we come to Houston”.
