Unfortunately, our stay was not a good experience. The shower head was terrible, with water spraying in different directions, and there was no way to adjust it to make it better. We also heard multiple complaints from other guests about roaches in the building, which was concerning. The hotel had luggage carts available one day, but the next day there were none available, so we had to carry all of our luggage to the car ourselves. We also requested additional towels from the front desk, but the employee, who was on her phone at the time, told us we would have to wait until housekeeping eventually came to our room. Since we were preparing to leave, we never received the towels and I wasn’t able to shower before leaving. The entire building also had a musty smell, along with noticeable cigarette or marijuana odors throughout the property despite the hotel having a no-smoking policy. Management really needs to address this, as it significantly affected the overall experience. Overall, there are several areas where this hotel needs improvement, particularly cleanliness, maintenance, and guest service.

At first glance the hotel seemed well kept and I was excited to check in. Once in the room the first thing we see is a roach in one bed. My granddaughter refused to sleep on it. Then in the bathroom was more. We’re not complainers so we toughed it out since it was only one night. Then I decided to check the pool out but it was very dirty. At checkout I informed the staff about the roaches in the room and I felt like she wasn’t interested as if it wasn’t her first time hearing it. Sorry but not sorry, I will not stay at this hotel again.

I didn't have high expectations going in, but I wasn't prepared for the atmosphere. There was visible solicitation, what appeared to be open drug use, and several loud domestic altercations — both in the building and on the street outside. At one point a heavily intoxicated man mistook my room for his partner's and pounded on the door for about 15 minutes, convinced he'd been locked out, before he eventually gave up. I won't be staying at this property, or in this area, again.
