Wingate by Wyndham Humble/Houston Intercontinental Airport

Nach mehrmaliger Bestätigung der Reservation mit Flughafen Transfer war das Zimmer bei Ankunft storniert, angeblich ein System Fehler. Ich musste ein 25$ teureres Zimmer Akzeptieren, da es schon sehr spät war. Außerdem war der Flughafen Transfer bei der Abholung sehr kompliziert und hat lange gedauert. Der Transfer am Morgen hat gut funktioniert , auch wenn der Fehrer sehr muffelig war. Die Fehrnseh Kanäle habe bei Ankunft nicht funktioniert, nach 2 Anfrufe in der Rezeption und über 40 Minuten Wartezeit kam endlich der Hausmeister und hat das Problem nur vorübergehen gelöst, da am Morgen das gleiche Problem wieder aufgetreten ist, das sich die Reciverbox nicht mit dem Fernseher verbunden hat. Ansonsten war das Zimmer ok und nah am Flughafen wie beschrieben. Das nächste mal wähle ich besser ein anders Hotel in Flughafen nähe.

Requested extra pillows via the app before check-in and specified that there would be three people in our double queen room. There were no extra pillows and only enough towels for two people. So we had to go to the front desk to request those. The room smelled as though someone had urinated in it repeatedly, and it had never been cleaned up. It was very strong in the corner nearest the window. When hotel staff was alerted to the issue the response was, they would let housekeeping know. It should’ve been rectified immediately. And management should’ve been notified. The bathroom was in poor condition and had recently been painted, and there was paint on the shower curtain and on the faux tile walls that had never been cleaned up. Just lack of detail in everything.

Excelente opção para quem está em conexão no Aeroporto Internacional de Houston. Boas opções de alimentação por perto. Transfer ajuda muito mas deveria ser melhor divulgado onde pegar e como se conectar com o Hotel. WhatsApp seria uma excelente alternativa para hospedes internacionais.

Quarto grande, limpo, confortável e silencioso. É um hotel para quem precisa ficar próximo ao aeroporto para uma conexão. Tem estacionamento, opções de refeições rápidas no entorno. Recomendo e voltaria. Equipe da recepção atenciosa. Café da manhã bem básico e de acordo com o padrão Norte-americano.
