Our stay was Interesting. I had payed for our room over 6 months ago. When we arrived the hostess told us they were sold out of rooms and all the lower level rooms had been taken and only a 3rd story room was available. (That’s super lame since I payed for the room months ago.) But the Elevator was broken and the room was in a different building. She promised it would be fixed the next day. The elevator was broke our entire stay and we never saw anyone work on it. I just feel like we should have been compensated to some degree for the inconvenience. We did really like the room.

No wine glasses in room no opener for wine . These items are standard in hotel rooms . Couch was dirty and we were not told there was no elevator so had to carry heavy cases up 2 flights of stairs . Not very good

Overall, staff are doing the best they can with an outdated property and outdated facilities. You can only clean so much to hide extended wear and tear. Most of the tables I sat in, if not all, were broken or extremely wobbly. Before booking, please read reviews close to your stay date and you’ll get the general picture. Suites are separate from the lobby and you’ll have to walk up and down stairs to go to the convenience store, gym, laundry, and breakfast area. Please keep this in mind if you need special accommodations.

Don’t be fooled by the Hilton association. It doesn’t mean what it used to. The only positive thing from our stay was the location. There isn’t anything in the hotel information about the fact that the layout of the complex is more like apartments than a hotel. There are no luggage carts or elevators; you are on your own getting to the correct building and then getting your bags to your room. Our room was on a second floor, in a building behind another, which meant carrying all of our stuff from the parking lot, back to the building, and up two flights of stairs. One of our party is on oxygen, and clearly this was not going to work. Had I known the situation, I would never have booked with this property. The lady working the front desk was nice enough to move us to a first floor room, but that bathroom sink was extremely slow to drain which caused another problem. The carpet throughout the building hallways was old and looked dirty. The entry doors were old and dirty. If I haven’t stressed it enough - This is a very old property that definitely needs some attention, and is not at all a hotel.

For breakfast, do not serve eggs in the same place as the meat and milk ran out so could not eat cereal. I did not realize the facility had no elevator. The place is not equipped for elderly with walking issues. Could not enter building E and thought the key was not working only to learn the door is not working should have put a note. The room itself was nice overall.

The bathroom was dirty and the common area didn't smell very good. The furniture was dingy and beat up. I had prepaid for the three night stay which was a mistake on my part. The breakfast was good and staff was friendly. I certainly won't be staying there again.

This place has alot of potential the moment i walked in to the hallways it smells like mold. Also when i walked in to the room the chair was torn and the legs were chewed from a dog im guessing. And the carpet was also torn. The shower and tub were flaking from them being painted.

The room needs repair. The exterior door was broken which caused us to walk around. The sink would not drain, the tub stopper would not stay shut, the lotion dispenser is falling off the wall, no body wash in the shower, the bathroom door is splitting in half, very few kitchen utensils, no can opener, very few paper towels, etc. The room was clean. Michael texted to see how we were doing but he did not call to discuss the problems that we were experiencing.

The staff was courteous and accommodating. However, the first room we checked in, the toilet wouldn’t flush. The front desk attendant moved us to another room, but that room wasn’t clean. She finally moved us to another room, after midnight and the bathtub wouldn’t drain. I won’t be staying again.

We had a hugeeee issue with an ant infestation in our suite. The staff was very nice with helping to get a refund but overall the stay was very stressful with the ants crawling on everything in the room from the walls to the beds, counters, night stands.

Shower would not drain. I tried to clear the clog, no success. Gross wading ankle deep in my own soap and dirty water after trying to get clean. Bathtub overflow plate has huge amount of white caulking on the top half - I have never seen caulk used in this application, it's not even smoothed out to be noticable, and it looked so out-of-place, sketchy, and cheap. The room clock was off by plus 30 minutes; I have no explanation.The metal on the bottom of the exterior entry door at the stairwell gets stuck into the concrete when the door opens and is gouging a hole in the ground. I nearly had a heart attack with the sound and sudden stop, almost ran into the door the first time and thought I had broken it. A guest at the lobby breakfast was snapped at by staff for making repeated requests for whip cream at the waffle station "we're working on it!!" No I'm sorry it is taking so long, no I'll bring it right to you... I expected a lot more class overall from a hotel under the Hilton umbrella. Beautiful neighborhood however.

Hotel was clean and cozy, smelled clean. Restroom ceiling seemed to have some water damage and possibly some spots of mold but nothing crazy. Carpet was clean as I walk around barefoot. The pool was dirty but the kids still wanted to use it. :/ Breakfast was hearty and had a good variety to choose from. I enjoyed the option of the little store they had to buy snacks for the kids and wine for me. :)

The rooms are great and huge. The staff was very nice and helpful. My only complaint is that my shower had a couple of hairs in it and there was smeared toothpaste on the counter. It was clear it had been wiped but not good enough to get it off so I was a little iffy about the general cleanliness after that.

Very disappointed! The property was great as usual, very clean, breakfast was good but when we checked in they never said anything about the wifi being down. We tried and tried to connect I called the front desk for over an hr finally walked there and was told it was down and they contacted the provider. Never worked during our stay. We had 4 very unhappy kids. 300$ a night and would not give us a discount.

The windows in our room wouldn't shut, or open for that matter. The AC never cooled it off in the day and the heat ran regardless of what temperature you set it to at night. Our room was right by a common exterior door which slams itself when people walk through. Easily heard and startlingly unexpected, amplified by windows that are not all the way closed. It honestly wasn't great. The only redeeming quality was the breakfast and the distance to the Toyota music factory.

Absolutely great value for price. It felt like we had our own apartment. Wish the sofa, which was also a bed, was more comfortable when trying to relax. This by far had an amazing buffet breakfast which was included. I will definitely come back

Disappointing stay. The room we were assigned had the a/c units and pool equipment as the view out both sets of windows. Very dark and if the curtains were open, the people having breakfast in the lobby were staring straight out at our room. The bathroom walls were dirty and very dusty storage shelves. I wanted to scrub the whole place with a magic eraser the walls were so dirty. The bedsheets didn’t stay on the mattress, seemed like they were for a smaller sized bed but stretched to fit the king. The staff was very friendly and quick to deliver a travel crib and extra sheets for the kids. Breakfast had all the essentials.

Great location in Las Colinas a surprisingly pleasant little area near Dallas. The lakes and canals are nice. I liked the property. The rooms are definitely aging, but clean, comfortable and functional.

It was very noisy from the room above us. The floors upstairs were creaking and we couldn’t sleep because of the people walking around upstairs. It didn’t sound lime they were walking heavy. It’s just the floors and the ceiling were thin. The bathroom was also disappointing. The tub looked old, there was no towel rod, and no toilet paper roll holder. The other parts of the room were ok and clean as far as we could tell. The breakfast was pretty standard. Not the best but it was free so it was sufficient. The staff were nice so that is a big plus

Check in was horrible. Rooms were double booked. We had to change rooms because we booked a month in advance a 2 bed and they put us in a 1 bed so we had to change. Several others were in the lobby for the same reason. I was also charged double for the 2 nd night. Trying to get that sorted out now.

Terrible. Fire hazards, lady at front was rude, cleaning lady tried grabbing my baby out of my hands during breakfast, ashes in the window sills of “non smoking” rooms, hardly any cleaning done even when we were gone all day.

Attentive and friendly staff. We had to wait for our room because we arrived early, but it was perfectly fine. We got to use the pool (very child friendly) and got afternoon cookies and juice. It was a real treat staying there.

If you have a reservation. cancel it. I stayed this past weekend, Friday and Saturday nights. I checked in on Friday using my Hilton Honors app. I chose my room based on it's location to the parking lot. I know this property and did not walk to walk down and back up stairs. The digital key did not work. I walked to the lobby and after 2 requests, finally got a hard key. Walked back to the room. Opened the door and got hit with a very strong marijuana smell. Housekeeping did little to clean this room before I arrived. Once in, I found stains on the carpet. Torn upholstery cushions on the sofa and chair in the living area. Stains on one of the bedspreads. Only 2 bathtowels. 1 hand towel and no washclothes. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher and no soap to run it. The air intake next to the bathroom sink for the air con was so nasty. I called the front desk. They offered to move me but the other room was down stairs and back up stairs and I said 'no thanks". And, the front desk wanted me to walk back there just to get a digital key reissued for the new room. Come on. I asked for dishwasher soap and towels. A lady came with nothing, I spoke with her about what I needed. She didn't return. Cockroaches in the bedroom. Nasty air filter in the air con intake. Unclean dishes and refrigerator. NEVER AGAIN HILTON! If you have a reservation, cancel it.

We went to a Dallas Cowboy game! The hotel was about 20 minutes away from the stadium. Very convenient. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast included feature was a plus. The room was perfect and met all of our needs!

Great location in Las Colinas a surprisingly pleasant little area near Dallas. The lakes and canals are nice. I liked the property. The rooms are definitely aging, but clean, comfortable and functional.

We liked the space and the kitchen option. A full roll of paper towels or a back up with out needing to ask would have been helpful we did not request one. We loved the location, the efficiency of the staff and the breakfast options were wonderful.

It was okay. The concept is really cool. I liked that it felt like our own apartment with the added plus of house keeping, pool, and complimentary breakfast. However, I allowed my kids to run around the room witjout shoes and their feet were black after playing in the closet area. It just didnt *feel* clean. The staff was very friendly, however we couldnt get the front desk on the phone two nights in a row because the receptionist was outside on their personal device. Breakfast couldnt keep up with the demand but what we could get was good. It wasnt terrible. It was just "okay"

A/c worked great. That’s it. We reserved for a family of 7 in a 2 bedroom suite and we were given 3 towels total, no soap in either bathroom. When we asked for both, we were told they were out of towels and that someone would be by with soap, but they never came. There was a dead cockroach in our room. And they “ran out of” some food for two consecutive mornings and couldn’t restock some of the food. And we were in breakfast early. I have stayed at this location on more than one occasion and I was so disappointed this time.

Booked while at DFW arrival late at night, easy registration very comfortable. Breakfast was the best, the clerked made sure my kids and I knew about it and the times. Will definitely stay again!!!

There were no clean towels, they didn’t clean our room for two days. They ran out of breakfast and even coffee. There was no Wi-Fi one night. Our key cards stopped working three times.

For breakfast, do not serve eggs in the same place as the meat and milk ran out so could not eat cereal. I did not realize the facility had no elevator. The place is not equipped for elderly with walking issues. Could not enter building E and thought the key was not working only to learn the door is not working should have put a note. The room itself was nice overall.

We had booked specifically to have a hotel staycation and celebrate my husbands bday lounging around in the pool from Am -PM. We didn’t want to leave the ppty. No pool, no ac in long, no ice that wipes out 1/2 of the amenities. First room in BLDG E2 was atrocious from when you enter the bldg the hallways filthy and smells. The room smelled worse, the bed was no made and it was dirty. They did change us to bldg B and it was better but still bad. When we climbed to bed there was 2 pillows stained with blood. I wasn’t going to continue complaining because my husbands bday was pretty much ruined and I didn’t want to make it worse. I told my husband I would rent a day pass for a pool somewhere else and when we got back in the evening let them know about pillowcases. There was dirty socks and that room must have had water damage. Everytime we asked for something we were meet with a friendly staff member having to apologize. My once most favorite place to stay which made me consider celebrating my husband bday will never ever visit again. A traditional with this hotel since 2023 and our last visit on 8-30-2026. So disappointed at how run down this location has become.
