Bathtub was stained, door locks non functional, rotten timbers on siding

Good location but won’t stay again. To get into the first floor in the back the door was open. Someone stuffed a tissue so it wouldn’t close. I the card reader didn’t work so door is always open. Not safe. Also I was on the 3rd floor and elevator didn’t work. Go up the stairs was horrible. A few steps loose. Breakfast wasn’t that good. Shredded pork was nasty and only 1 waffle maker so had to wait for that. I also tried calling the front desk about the elevator in the evening and got no answer. The property looks like it’s falling apart. Won’t stay here again. Happy it was only one night.

Breakfast could be revitalized. Property could be painted. Staff was fabulous!! Even though worn it was so very clean.

El menú de desayuno es básico y muy malo no pudimos aprovecharlo ningún día El lugar es grande y tiene dos habitaciones que las une una sala sin embargo uno de los cuartos no tenía llave y se cerró y pasaron casi 10 horas para que nos atendieran y al final lo abrimos nosotros el personal no te hace caso no nos limpiaban la habitación diario y la limpieza deja mucho que desear daba asco pisar las alfombras Definitivamente muy caro para lo que ofrecen se oyen muchos ruidos de sister as y ventiladores y la alberca no funcionaba Las FOTOS no corresponden a la realidad actual!!! … mejor valorar otros hoteles cercanos

Room was clean, felt a bit dated. Staff was friendly!
