Clean room but missing coffee maker. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. Picked this hotel because of closeness to airport, price and having an airport shuttle. The shuttle was a complete disappointment because it took an hour to be picked up from airport and then schedule in the morning to be delivered back to airport. The shuttle was late and rather then miss our flight we had the desk get a taxi for us.

This is a Red Roof, please don't expect luxury. We stay here almost every time we have a flight out of DFW and its great. The man working the front desk is always extremely nice and helpful. The rooms and beds aren't great. But the customer service, airport shuttle, and parking make up for it.

The first room that they assigned me was dirty. The bed was unmade I’m guessing from the previous guest. The bar of soap was out of its packaging and the empty wrapper was still there and a used wash cloth was in the shower. The toilet wasn’t even flushed. The second room was a little better but I saw roaches in that room. They were probably in both rooms but I didn’t see them in the first room. I definitely wouldn’t have your customers stay there anymore

Disgusting! Moldy, cockroaches, dirt/grime/stains everywhere! If it weren't late at night when I needed to sleep and had no other options I would have asked to switch rooms or gone to another hotel. I selected this hotel because they listed a complimentary airport shuttle upon request, but they took half an hour to answer their phone leaving me waiting for an extended time at the airport outside late at night, and upon the shuttle's arrival I was greeted by a sign indicting that drivers are paid mostly through tips and was harassed by the driver for a tip, making the shuttle not so "complimentary" after all. I can't believe I paid for this place and I can't believe they're still allowed to remain in business!

Just flat out HORRIBLE room smell like it was a dead rat in there with the mix of a mildew smell the bed also had a smell to it on one side also seen a roach on the way out the door leaving out I wouldn’t stay there ever again and damn sure would not recommend it to anyone !!!

The room was dirty with a bad odour. The sheets and pillowcases on the bed were used and it was clear that the room had not been cleaned after the previous guest. A request was made for clean bedding and the staff informed that they had no access to clean linen. There was also an element of safety. The layout was cheap unkept motel style. Anyone can walk off the street and straight to your room.

The AC is a little loud and runs all night and the planes flying above are loud at first before fading into the the background noise. No breakfast is provided but there is a Denny's right next door and a food truck at the gas station next door. The staff was supper friendly though.

The staff at this location will go out of their way to make your stay comfy. Its not a big fancy hotel , but it is well maintained and close to a couple of convenience stores as well as a Dennys. Just minute from the Airport abd Grapevine Mall.

The afternoon/night front desk person was horrible. There were power washers washing the side walk in front of my room and she sprayed filthy water under my door and i had to use all my towels to wipe it up. I called to get new towels 3 times then I went to the front desk they said they didnt have any towels so i was unable to shower. Never stay here.

The front desk lady was rude and made inappropriate comments. The front reception area was dirty and smelled bad of cigarettes. The walls are paper thin and you can hear everyone’s conversations around you. The neighboring guest was yelling profanities all night preventing us from getting any sleep! We were also told to hide and lock up all our belongings which left us feeling unsafe. Would not stay again.

It was in a nice area and all but the conditioning wasn't working and the sheets had stains on them and there was absolutely no cold water!! It was pure hot like boiling hot. It was already 12 am cause my flight got delayed till the kext day and I was tired and it just wasn't pleasant. But staff and shuttle were amazing.

The sweet guy who worked the front desk was great and as helpful as he could be, but it was an aggravating experience bc my reservation got canceled for no reason AFTER I had already PAID for my two rooms and bc he couldn’t find the booking in their system I had to REBOOK my two rooms and I didn’t get them at the price I had originally booked for. It was more expensive of course. Then the system charged my debit card three times for the transaction. I did end up getting my money back that was owed though. The room was ok except for our bedding in my room had small black hairs ALL in the bed. It seemed as if the bedding was assumed no one had slept in and it wasn’t washed.

For me, Red Roof is great at what it does - which is provide a good, airport adjacent hotel/motel room that's reasonably priced with services such as laundry, vending machines etc aimed at supporting weary travelers. And the staff are great - my airline lost my luggage as I was transiting through Dallas from a vacay in the tropics so I arrived at Red Roof with no night clothes or a jacket (in January) and the front desk staff (Jasmine) went out of her way to help me find a few items to carry me over until my flight the next morning. Above and beyond - thank you!

This is a Red Roof, please don't expect luxury. We stay here almost every time we have a flight out of DFW and its great. The man working the front desk is always extremely nice and helpful. The rooms and beds aren't great. But the customer service, airport shuttle, and parking make up for it.

It was close to the airport and provides a ride from and to the airport. The AC is a little loud and runs all night and the planes flying above are loud at first before fading into the the background noise. No breakfast is provided but there is a Denny's right next door and a food truck at the gas station next door. The staff was supper friendly though.

The neighborhood feels safe: (no broken windows, no graphiti, no riff raff/ no street gangs/no homeless, no police sirens blaring) but the general area is certainly not desirable. We paid only about $80 for a room night. The motel itself is not as nice as other Red Roof Inns. This motel seems old. There is a Denny's next door. The desk staff was nice. The room was clean.

We needed a place to stay before our flight the next day and found this hotel to be fantastic! The room was small, but very clean, with comfortable linens and nice decorations. The front desk staff was helpful and friendly. There is a Denny's next door and the rooms offer room service. They also have an airport shuttle that you can sign up for and goes all day and until 3am. I recommend checking this out if you are just looking to stay a night or two.

The place is fine for an overnight when you're flying through Dallas-Fort Worth but I would never stay more than a night there. The room was fine for what it was though much smaller than the pictures indicated. The Denny's next door was the only real food option and was pathetic... I ended up walking out after being ignored by the wait staff. Probably better options if you're to spending more money

The rooms are always clean and comfortable. I have stayed a few times here. The staff is always friendly. I suppose my biggest issue would be maintenance. It is an older hotel and could use a good face lift. If I have an issue they are quick to jump in and fix it or relocate me , but you would figure that every time the rooms are cleaned , somebody would do simple things like check all the light bulbs, missing or broken wall plates. That annoying hanging smoke detector that I know was hanging 3 weeks ago when I was in the same room. It should be somebody's job to check these things before the guest arrive right ? But still , it's a nice place , nice people and decent rooms.

The room was clean and appeared functional. Shuttle from the airport is a joke and took us 2 hours before they picked us up because every shuttle had no room. The lady that checked us in didn’t tell us where the ice machine was or let us know about the elevator. My husband uses a cane and considering it was a 3rd floor room that would have been helpful. When we checked in we asked her about pizza places that deliver to the hotel and her response was DoorDash. We would have preferred a local recommendation not an app. The common areas were kind of dirty and not well maintained.
