Man. The customer service was awful. Parking fee…….. give me a break. Carpet had burnt spots everywhere. Towel had poop stains Forgot to mention the giant roach we disturbed as we came in to the room. My wife said it was haunted too.

The property does not have elevators and rooms face the outside (like a motel). The room didn't feel clean, MW was missing and the if you remove the cover from the Kitchen sink, cockroaches coming out of it.

The location is easy to find and parking wasn’t a hassle. The front desk person looked like he was annoyed and over the whole day. Maybe he was having a bad day? He checked us in and let us know the pool was closed for the day and needed to be treated because of some kids ruining it. The room was easy to find and was upstairs, we had planned a movie night since the pool was a no go but the tvs weren’t smart tvs (first world problems) kids complained but it is what it is. So then comes the sleeping situation. We were 5 so we were going to use the pull out couch….it had a pile of crumbs in it and no sheets. We managed the night but again 5 people and everyone had to share a bed and make do. In the morning one of the staff came by to ask what time we were leaving, she seemed annoyed I told her 12. I sent my girls to get more towels but the front desk said they would let housekeeping know and 3 hours after the towels never showed. The facility’s can be looked over it looked like apartments that got turned into a hotel, not the best condition but ok.

The room was good but their was a smell of weed in our room. Which i went to the front office and they provide me with a deodorizer for the room. It always smelled like wet or moisture in the room. We got the hotel because of the swimming pool and it was always closed. We didnt enjoy as much. But the good thing was that it had a good accommodation for the room such as a kitchen and 3 beds. The pull out bed was very hard that we had to get additional covers to make it simi comfortable. Pool was closed because of chemical unbalanced and other guest complaint as well. Laundry was always occupied they need to be more intop of the occupants to remove the clothes on time.

It was pretty good. The room was spacious, the shower was amazing, great water pressure. The fridge temp was broken so it was set on a temp that froze all our food. There wasn’t any cable, and most channels had no signal and We were unable to log into our streaming sights. More cooking supplies were needed and the pool was frigid although the weather was 89.

Stayed at a suite property for 4 nights. It was 2 kings with a pull out sofa bed. First of all there are no elevators in this hotel so please be mindful as you will have to carry your luggage up the stairs yourself. Second day one of the lights in the bathroom went out and the sink in the kitchen jerked around, looking like it would fall off. Asked to have this fixed and someone came after I asked twice. The phones in the room do not work. They said they clean the room by default every third night so maybe that’s why, there was a roach in the garbage and generally a lot of little insects crawling around. Breakfast was mediocre, they really don’t refill the plates since when I went there was still a half hour left and only one waffle left. Next day we went early and no pancakes/waffles which is not ideal when traveling with little ones. In terms of the service, one of the attendants said, “that happens sometimes” when I mentioned the roach, just very nonchalant.

The rooms are well appointed and cozy with everything you need. Nice furniture, feels like an apartment more than a hotel room. Only issue is the property outside is pretty dated and the pool area can get loud since it is located in the center of the complex.

We really enjoyed the layout and availability to a table and full kitchen with the separate bedroom. We felt the additional charge for parking was unnecessary and there was somewhat of a drainage problem in the area where we parked with standing water.

I booked this for the amenities and was disappointed to know that due to an electrical issue we would not have a pool which was the main attraction of this booking. Things were not cleaned and bugs in the bathroom!

This property is absolutely disgusting and unsafe. It used to be so nice and now it gives the Hyatt name a bad rap. Sketchy people walking around lurking, black mold in the rooms and roaches, spiders! We started to get sick after being in our first room just a few hours and u went looking for it for found it on the ceiling and it was huge. Housecleaning clearly didn’t care to even report it. Cigarette smoke and stains everywhere I didn’t even take a bath or shower there. Not like I had any towels to do it with anyways. It was absolutely terrible! 10yrs ago this hotel was top notch! Now I would rather sleep in my car. It’s also apparently like an apartment because people live there for years

Property was Dorothy and needs renovation. Room was unsanitary. The pull out couch was not made and had stains all over it with a dead cockroach and dirty mattress. Just disgusting. I told front desk and I was told a manager would call and nothing. need a refund.

We had rats in our room it seemed so nice online. The room was actually nice and spacious except when we found all our food had been bitten into by rats. So disappointed I expect a refund. I hope im able to show the pictures here.

Room had black mold in bathroom. We were moved but next room had the beginnings of black mold. Bathroom and refrigerator were not thoroughly clean. One TV remote not working.

When we checked in the room was dirty had washcloths hanging on the shower rod. The bathroom floors were slimy after about three days. Roaches started popping out everywhere housekeeping was crap. They left all the laundry outside of our door and a whole bunch of trash overnight. it looked like there was a bullet hole with blood smeared all around it in the closet The room smelled like mold. Worst experience of my life.

I have been to this hotel before and enjoyed staying at it prior. Actually I stayed at it at least 8 times prior. You get a large 2 bedroom sweet at a good price. My last previous stay was 3 years ago but this stay I could say there has been significant decline in service. Our room was not clean, missing basic toiletery, and definitely showing its age. I hope they return to their previous state …

There first room I got assigned to was infested with cockroaches... My daughter are a pasta and cheese and left it on the counter for 5 minutes and it was invested with cockroaches!! Absolutely disgusting... And they're were food crumbs and hair everywhere and even the manager on duty, Jonathan acknowledge that the sheets and pillow covers were not changed in that room and the subsequent rooms we were offered... And all this happened at 12 midnight so I could not go find an adjacent hotel to move into.... Such a horrific experience- I can't believe this is really a Hyatt house!! Believe me in the past 25 years of using hotels across different continents, I have never come across one with roaches! I guess there is a first for everything!

Nice sized room for a large family; 2 bathrooms was a nice perk. It was a quiet room. Never saw housekeeping come through. Internet wifi would not let us connect. Kitchen only had service for 4 despite the room sleeping 8.

I would have given Hyatt House more stars, but there were 2 reasons why I didn't. The rooms sofa and carpet are old. I had a room facing the street and it was really noisy. Need better windows to block out the traffic noise that went on all night.

I stayed here for 2 nights and it's gotta be one of my favorite places I've ever stayed. The room was like a 1 bedroom apartment worth plenty of room! It was located in a great area and the staff was also really nice. I got a new favorite place to stay anytime i go to Dallas. Book it!

I stayed here because it's across the street from TCH Las Colinas poker room. My 1-BR suite was spacious and in good condition. The free breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff was reasonably friendly. Two negatives: 1. The Wi-Fi was useless, so plan on using data for any Internet access. 2. The first night when I tried to order food from the bar menu, the server looked at me like I had three heads. It turns out that they don't serve food during the month of January(!?!?). Of course, no mention on the hotel website about the closed kitchen, despite advertising their bar menu.

Hotel has all you need but is poorly maintained with cracks in many places. Also, the facilities are not cleaned enough with old papers in many places for several days in a raw. Garbage cans are full all the time and not emptied enough. Rooms: pillows are bad and mattresses not great. Not clean enough when getting in: stains on mattress cover (we know because there was no linen!!) debris in trash cans, etc. some lights not working. Last, when we asked to get pillows (yes, there was no pillow for one of the beds!!) and towels (we only had 2 for a reservation for 4 guests) and linen (none was there for the sofa bed!), the lady at front desk told us there would be some when we would come back at the end of the day. Guess what: there was none! When going back to front desk she didn’t even apologize and instead said in a rude way that she tried to call us for us to come get them. And then….. she would not provide the pillows saying that they didn’t have enough!!! What kind of hotel doesn’t have enough pillows!! I insisted and said that having a reservation for 4 we had to have 4 pillows: she went to get 1 more and almost threw it at me saying that I should feel bad because someone would not have pillow because of me!!! Do I need to add that mid week when they were supposed to clean the room and change the towels only had been changed and when I went to ask for clean towels I was told that they didn’t have time to do laundry!!!

Our 2nd flight got cancelled so we were stranded in Dallas. We showed up to the hotel with 3 kids and just a little bit of our stuff since most of our luggage was checked! The staff was INCREDIBLY sweet and understanding. They gave us a complementary upgrade to a suite room so we could check in a few hours early. Only 15 minutes from the airport. Kindest staff ever and super open to upgrading us and being personable. The rooms were clean and great. Would absolutely stay here again!

FRONT DESK evening shift (older woman) was rude-- for whatever reason my reservations didnt go through. I arrived at location at 10pm with 3 kids and she was extremely unhelpful in my situation and only made things worse by being so short and clearly did not care or try to help me work out what i needed to do. If it hadnt of been so late and traveling with 3 kids, i would have found somewhere else to stay.

This property was perfect for our stay in Las Colinas. They do need to do some maintnenance (rotting wood on the eaves, paint peeling) as this is a much older property than most of the other hotels in the area.

This particular room missed some of its usual kitchen accoutrements. But we have stayed here twice and will likely return. It’s near family and very convenient for shopping etc.

I stayed here because it's across the street from TCH Las Colinas poker room. My 1-BR suite was spacious and in good condition. The free breakfast buffet was decent, and the staff was reasonably friendly. Two negatives: 1. The Wi-Fi was useless, so plan on using data for any Internet access. 2. The first night when I tried to order food from the bar menu, the server looked at me like I had three heads. It turns out that they don't serve food during the month of January(!?!?). Of course, no mention on the hotel website about the closed kitchen, despite advertising their bar menu.

This property has some issues. They are doing construction and it’s pretty torn up. They also don’t take VISA debit cards. Lastly the breakfast is simply awful. Basically inedible and powder eggs ugly disgusting Turkey sausages. Everything old cheap and gross.

This property is fine. Its not terrible and its not great. We had 2 king bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. They only gave us 3 towels for a room that easily sleeps at least 4. We had a kitchen with only 2 of everything. 2 plates, 2 forks, 2 spoons, and 2 cups. No dishwashing liquid, no dishwasher detergent, no kitchen towels, no oven mitts, no washcloths. The breakfast was mediocre. Sausage that was clearly pork was labeled as turkey, or the 2 kinds we're in the same container. 3 TVs, 2 remotes, and only 1 worked. No extra blanket or pillow anywhere. Dishes in cabinet were greasy, but we had to buy our own dish soap. Conditioner bottles had shampoo. So did the shampoo. No ice machines. None of it was a huge problem, but communication would have alleviate all our troubles. We could have planned for it all. All the issues together were a problem.

I have stayed there for years, the property is run down and needs to be refreshed with new carpeting and furniture. One of the showers had a shower curtain with a large spot of mold on it. There were people and children in the pull until after 11 and very loud. The breakfast was not good at all. I was very disappointed with my overall experience and will not be back.

The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. I had been here before and had a good experience with breakfast, however today’s experience was not great. The breakfast attendant didn’t put in the waffle mix until Late and breakfast was all gone and was not refilled until we were getting ready to leave. If you’re not a breakfast person, this property is great for a place to sleep!

The front desk staff was very warm and inviting which was nice after having to switch hotels at the very last minute. However, the hotel itself is just okay. We loved having two king beds for our family but the room had a cat urine smell and zero blankets; only sheets. We were able to grab a comforter from the front desk but it had a faint smoke smell to it. The breakfast was less than desirable in taste. However, the beds were comfy and the location great! Super quiet property. For the cost and location, we'd stay here again if we needed to.

It was hime away from home. My family and I were very pleased and comfortable. Breakfast options everyday were different. Having an actual stove in our room was definitely a plus. All the extra space was great. Can't remember the front desk lady name but she was amazing. She took good care of us. My daughter named her MS. THANG. Will definitely be back here

We had a pleasant experience here! It was me, my sister and 2 teenagers. Beds/sheets were clean. A lot of people I had seen on here complained about the bottom of the tubs being dirty…. But honestly, it’s just the nonslip stuff that’s on the bottom of the tubs… those won’t ever be ‘truly’ cleaned. We never got to take advantage of the pool so I don’t know about that. But this was a comfortable, safe, and great location. They don’t clean rooms everyday because it’s more of an extended stay type of place. At least the room we were in was. It had a small kitchen and 2 bedrooms/2 full bath. I’d stay here again.
