NEW! 3 BED 2 BATH Utopian Ukiah

This home is so comfortable and spotlessly clean! I usually have a difficult time sleeping in new places but the bed and bedding was so cozy and it was so quiet I had no problem! The kitchen had everything we needed and the location is close to lots of good restaurants. This was a work trip for me so the only minor issues are the poor 5G signal from Verizon (not the hosts fault), the house WiFi showed “good” but was so slow for working that it was a bit difficult at times. They said they will be looking into that before the next guest :)

The property felt safe, parking was good. Pet friendly was very nice. Great location. Fire pit was closed. The grass on property needed mowing. The outdoor furniture worked good for our group. The plastic chairs were a little concerning with our heavier family members. The kitchen utensils need improving. The four-slice toaster only toasted 2 slices on one side while the other 2 slices toasted on both sides. The picture of the room is not the type of furniture the house had, but it was very accommodating for our family. I don't understand why I was charged 180. for more guests when it is advertised to sleep 8 and we only had 7. We had 1 child and 6 adults.

We really needed the fenced yard and sliding glass doors in two bedrooms for our dogs. These two home features are the most important for dog owners, so I recommend highlighting this in the VRBO photo page instead of decoration photos. Home was also priced right given its age and location.

Host were very quick to respond , for a older home it was very clean They had lots of extra towels and amenities in the bathroom in case you forget something like toothpaste , shampoo , conditioner

The house was very comfortable and met our needs perfectly.
