Excellent location for skiers as the Resort Ski Village is just across a parking lot. On the downside, the pool and hot tub area is not finished unlike communication to the contrary. Hot tub is not hot, sauna is not working.

Building was run down, Very little secured parking. No air conditioning. Parking lot view. Warped Bed. Terrible customer service. And they rented the room to me, and woke me up with jack hammers and saws renovating the room next to me. I couldn’t sleep or hear my wife when she was right next to me. It was the worst. The only good thing was the pool and sauna.

The king condominium is truly spectacular. The bathrooms were amazing, the bed is super comfy, the room is stocked to the brim. I didn’t realize it was so spacious until I walked into the room, definitely huge for 2 people but would be awesome with a group. The only thing that was a little off about this stay was the parking. My truck wouldn’t fit under the underground parking garage, so I had to park in the parking lot, except there’s very very limited parking spots. We had to wait for people who parked in the lot who didn’t have parking passes to move their vehicles so we could park there. Other than that, it was a wonderful and comfy stay. Would definitely recommend to anyone.

The unit itself was great, no issues at all with unit, its amenities, or its cleanliness We loved the location and ease of walking up town or taking the car and driving elsewhere. Great that parking was available for guests. Used the full kitchen for multiple meals which again being close to grocery stores was great. We loved Fresh Market! Didn\'t like the last minute notice about the pool/hot tub being closed during our stay. And there were no comparable alternatives available that provided a pool/hot tub and full kitchens. Having a rare medical condition the full kitchen was a necessity, which is why we stayed at Silver King. Also there were multiple people in the hallways our last night talking excessively loud at midnight, after about 30 minutes another guest finally yelled at them to be quiet. Also the contractor working above us at 8:30in the morning was not nice to be woken up by. And the response from the front desk was "the city ordinance allows them to start at 8am" Thats a complete lack of regard for the guests on vacation for the very reason of getting rest and relaxation, these were NOT the pool workers. We only saw them 1 day in the 5 days we were there.

Cons: The pull out bed was uncomfortable and had blood stains on it. Which is beyond disgusting! The soaps and shampoos were low quality and don’t seem to work. The pool and hot tub had a ton of bugs in them. The only half the hot tub jets worked. They didn’t have many pool towels and ran out so we had to use our room towels. They don’t provide breakfast and we couldn’t find anywhere that served breakfast that was walkable. Pros: Great location to surrounding activities. It was a big room with multiple bathrooms. It started out a little rocky because the only elevator that went to the 5th floor that we were on was out of order, and the person on duty did not tell us that, nor did she give us other options, which, after trekking all over carrying luggage, we finally figured out. And we didn't know that some of our party would have to park quite a ways from the hotel. But once we got things settled and figured out, our stay was quite good. The room was comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom was interesting though, with a step up to get into the bathroom and the TV mounted on the same wall as the bed, so you had to lay backward on the bed to watch it. Overall, the property was great, and the location was great!

Being able to walk to the ski resort was convenient however the stay was not worth the extremely high cost. The room was dirty and had leftover filthy towels in it. Communication with the front desk was awful regarding the room issues and we had to fight to get an extra hour for late checkout. The building is kind of rundown and the amenities such as the hot tub aren’t open past 10 so didn’t get to enjoy that after a long day of skiing and exploring the town.

Great spot. would have liked more clarity on where to store our skis. Also, and this is unique to our unit, the outlet situation in the kitchen was so dumb and made for unsafe use of electric appliances. Also, there wasn’t a proper cutting board which leads to dull and unsafe knives. The cutting board was glass, which instantly dulls knives. Also, the tv and internet connectivity to the tv was spotty and u clear. Sort of annoying. But perhaps other units don’t have these issues.

We picked the place for its proximity to the lifts (5 min walk with ski booths on). The room itself was very spacious - easily accommodated 2 adults + 2 kids over 5 nights. The pull down bed was actually comfortable. However, the property is a little dated, from bathrooms and kitchen to the heater that's built into the wall between the bedroom and living room and was extremely loud (we had to shut it off at night).

Air conditioning is insufficient, so be prepared for warm and stuffy afternoon/evenings. Box fans are necessary and available at front desk. Un-shaded skylights on the top floor will leave you praying for overcast skies! Limited space in parking garage.

The room had no working AC, and it was too hot to sleep. The person above us was partying and loud all night long. No sleep and miserable time. The elevator was out of order as well so it was quite the trek with luggage.

Had some issues with my room so I wasn’t able to stay there but their customer support in resolving the matter was extremely helpful, look forward to staying there again this November and hopefully there will be some snow on the ground, really beautiful views there

Everything was very nice and clean. We had a slight problem, but it was taken care of. All the staff was very friendly. Very nice place to stay in highly recommend it.

Building was run down, Very little secured parking. No air conditioning. Parking lot view. Warped Bed. Terrible customer service. And they rented the room to me, and woke me up with jack hammers and saws renovating the room next to me. I couldn’t sleep or hear my wife when she was right next to me. It was the worst. The only good thing was the pool and sauna.

I found the people to be a little bit rude and unaccommodating. They don’t really have a hotel staff. You have to do everything yourself which is hard when you’re traveling alone.

It started out a little rocky because the only elevator that went to the 5th floor that we were on was out of order, and the person on duty did not tell us that, nor did she give us other options, which, after trekking all over carrying luggage, we finally figured out. And we didn't know that some of our party would have to park quite a ways from the hotel. But once we got things settled and figured out, our stay was quite good. The room was comfortable and spacious. The master bedroom was interesting though, with a step up to get into the bathroom and the TV mounted on the same wall as the bed, so you had to lay backward on the bed to watch it. Overall, the property was great, and the location was great!

Really liked everything about the property! In the last 3 years stayed in Park City. This one was the best. The other 2 were great because they were up on the mountain but - loved the room, checking-in and checking-out. Weren't there at the door waiting for us to check out. Everything about the place was great! We go back! Loved the smell of the towels clean and fresh not bleachy.

We really liked how close the Silver King was to the ski lifts. It took us one minute to get to the ski rental shops and the main ski lifts.

Bus stop right out front which made it easy to get around Park City without driving. We were able to make it to a concert with minimal walking by using the free bus.

Super convenient to Park City Resort - just a walk across the parking lot. Staff is very friendly and the place just has a low key, easy vibe. We were happy to have the underground parking but used the free trolleys more than the car since parking downtown is limited. The pool construction wasn’t done though the pool and hot tub were open.

I stay at this property every time I visit Park City, which is usually twice a year. I love being able to have my own kitchen and a washer dryer. It makes it more economical than staying in a hotel. This condo is undergoing some renovations in the pool area, when it’s done, it’s going to be just beautiful! I’m excited to go back and visit again!

The unit itself was great, no issues at all with unit, its amenities, or its cleanliness We loved the location and ease of walking up town or taking the car and driving elsewhere. Great that parking was available for guests. Used the full kitchen for multiple meals which again being close to grocery stores was great. We loved Fresh Market! Didn\'t like the last minute notice about the pool/hot tub being closed during our stay. And there were no comparable alternatives available that provided a pool/hot tub and full kitchens. Having a rare medical condition the full kitchen was a necessity, which is why we stayed at Silver King. Also there were multiple people in the hallways our last night talking excessively loud at midnight, after about 30 minutes another guest finally yelled at them to be quiet. Also the contractor working above us at 8:30in the morning was not nice to be woken up by. And the response from the front desk was "the city ordinance allows them to start at 8am" Thats a complete lack of regard for the guests on vacation for the very reason of getting rest and relaxation, these were NOT the pool workers. We only saw them 1 day in the 5 days we were there.

Cons: The pull out bed was uncomfortable and had blood stains on it. Which is beyond disgusting! The soaps and shampoos were low quality and don’t seem to work. The pool and hot tub had a ton of bugs in them. The only half the hot tub jets worked. They didn’t have many pool towels and ran out so we had to use our room towels. They don’t provide breakfast and we couldn’t find anywhere that served breakfast that was walkable. Pros: Great location to surrounding activities. It was a big room with multiple bathrooms. It had a washer and dryer. The hotel had a nice vibe and was pretty with all the windows and trees around.

We loved staying at the Silver King hotel. We stayed at a 1 BD apartment with two bathrooms. There was a queen size Murphy bed in an alcove off the living room, what was a great surprise as it was 4 of us and a Murphy bed is always more comfortable than a sofa bed. The unit also had a washer and dryer, the kitchen was well equipped and it was very quiet. The hotel is two blocks from the ski area and the free shuttle stops right in front of the hotel. Parking is included in the fee, which was another great surprise. We will definitely stay again here!

Silver King unit 510 is a beautiful property, although it is well used. The carpet needs to be replaced but overall it matches the pictures online. I am not sure how long it had been since it was cleaned, some areas had thick dust and in two of the bathrooms it appeared that the countertops had not been cleaned. There were still soap rings etc. on the surfaces. We did not have a clear understanding of what we needed to due upon check out, I went to the lobby to get instructions, it would be nice if something had been posted in the unit. Overall a great stay, would love to return!

I was worried about the roof construction, but it was no problem. The property was quiet, clean and comfortable. I liked the location (walking distance to a great restaurant — Nosh — and to the resort. We would definitely stay here again.

This property is tired- not what you’d expect for being Central Park city. The property charge was hidden from the nightly cost of the room. Would have been cheaper to stay in hotel that was up to date vs paying for a studio room. The AC was broken, had to move properties- smoke was terrible. Not worth the cost and trouble of old property problems.
