Best Western Lubbock West Inn & Suites

Property needs an upgrade. Elevator sounds and feels like it’s going to crash any moment. Our room was missing a complete curtain so we use a blanket to keep the street lights out. The cleaners did not leave any toilet paper.

It was as expected from the company

I would leave zero stars if i could. I booked 3 rooms for my friends and I. The rooms are in desperate need of an update and a deep cleaning. My room was clean enough for the one night we stayed, my friends was so disgusting it wasn’t reasonable to ask her to stay there, so she left. Its been 3 weeks now that weve been fighting with this hotel and corporate to get a refund for an unused, deplorable room. On top of that, the elevator is bound to break at any second and breakfast quite literally gave my husband and i food poisoning. I will NEVER stay in a best western again after this experience.

The rooms here are not bad, but each time we stay here the bathrooms are terrible. This one had rust spots in the tub and places where the tub appeared to have been patched but the material was coming up. There was a shower head, but we never got water to come out of it. This hotel has run out of chances with us. We definitely won’t be coming back.
