Very clean room with nice cold a.c. Only problem they had no ice machine and in south Texas it is hot. Also wanted deposit for everything, remote for t.v. and others. Lady in front t was bit rude but otherwise ok stay

My biggest concern during my stay was the disrespectful behavior of a young employee working at the front office. This was the second time my room card stopped working, so I went to the office for assistance. The employee made adjustment on the computer and handed the card back to me, but she spoke to me with an unnecessary attitude even though I had remained respectful throughout the interaction. I did not argue or respond negatively. I simply took the card, looked at her, and shook my head to express my disappointment. As I was leaving the window, she directed an offensive remank toward me, saying "You are not going to get an attitude with me, F***you." I found this behavior highly unprofessional and unacceptable. Guests should be treated with courtesy and respect, especially when reporting a problem that requires assistance. This incident occurred at La Copa Inn, located at 1010 W. Houston Ave. McAllen TX 78501.
