We had a big ball of hair on the dresser in the bedroom. The elevators wasn’t working when we checked out so having to carry all the bags down three flights of stairs was a nightmare.

With the money they spent on the outside ammenties, like the fire pit, grill, chairs and tables, you would think they would take better care of those things. I never seen anyone cleaning outside. And i stayed here 3 times for a week or more each time. I will not go back ecause last time i made a reservation i was denied a room when i arrived due to their overbooking. This is just bad management so i will not be returning

We stayed here for two nights with our 4 kids. We got two rooms.. each room had a double bed and a sofa with pull out bed. Rooms are older but well maintained and clean but not blemish free. But everything was so clean that I didn't at any time feel uneasy about the blemishes. AC was amazing. The space is amazing. There could be more toilettries offered and there is no ice/bucket offered. The beds are more on the firm side. Don't count on the sofa bed to be an actual sleep option unless it's for a small child. The mattress in both of our rooms sofa beds were thin and the metal bars through the frames made them physically unable to be slept on by my husband or my 10 yr old daughter or 14 yr old son. Hotel is pretty quiet. Quiet area. Staff was very friendly. TVs are really nice and there is always something to watch on tv. Other guests are friendly. The breakfast was plentiful but don't expect amazing quality. But it's perfectly adequate. There is room service but it's pricey. We didn't order so I can't say if it's good. Swimming pool was clean and never crowded. Shower pressure was lacking but shower amenities are nice. Overall the experience was nice and our whole family gives this a 7 out of 10... we would have given a 9 out of 10 if we had two rooms with two queen beds in each room as the only real complaint we have was the comfort of the beds and sofabeds.

The parking areas where very secure, the property was very clean, and the room was very quiet even at night on the weekends. What was disappointing regarding this property was that there was no water in the swimming pool, the dishwasher would not empty the water all the way so there was water stagnant sitting in the dishwasher. I did not notice any recycle receptacles and when we left, a luggage cart was not provided so my wife had to carry all of the luggage up and down three flights of stairs to the parking lot in multiple trips. Also we checked out early and we're not offered a refund for the remaining balance of what we prepaid. Even though I communicated ahead of time and was promised a ground floor room there was not one available when we arrived. I was told that 3 days after we arrived we would get a call so that we could move to a better room but that call never came.

Room had everything needed and more. Was relatively clean, some areas (underneath couches, corner of shower) could use some attention but was mostly okay. Many of the key card door accesses did not function, and the front door for my building was open all the time. Other than that it was a great stay. Keep in mind that this is a pet friendly location so you may hear the occasional barking.

ES Suites Richardson was dirty, smelly and had fecal matter in the elevator when we arrived. The front door didn’t work, and apparently people live there long term. These tenants treat the place as their own home and disrespect the property by not cleaning up after themselves or their pets.

Found roaches on two separate days. Rooms and beds were fine. The front desk were attentive and responded promptly to our complaints and Appaloosa’s for the roaches. Carpet appears dated and worn out.

When we arrived the hallway of our building smelled strongly of marjauna. We reported it to the front desk and they immediately investigated. We were at the hotel for a week and I noticed that by day 3 the odor was gone. I am not sure if they removed the people or brought something in the hallway to remove the odor but it was immediately taken care of which was appreciated as it caused me to have asthma issues. Luckily the odor was contained only to the hall and didn’t seep into the rooms.

I know that they allow animals, but they need to clean the carpets the carpets smelt so bad you cannot sit on the carpet. You cannot put anything on the carpet because it would smell there must’ve been an animal staying there and it was not cleaned that was hair in the bathroom Was wiped up. The sinks were not clean. We stayed here once before and it was better. I will definitely stay again, but I will ask for a room that doesn’t have pets.

We stayed a week here for a job. On the plus side, the people working there are great, there's a solid kitchen to use in the room, you can turn the A/C to lower than 68, there's a real iron in the room. Coffee at breakfast is solid. And it was a great value. On the downside - Fairly understaffed, lots of things kind of working, feels a little run down inside and out. The internet is almost unusable which is probably a deal killer for us in the future. That just depends on what you do.

We loved the hotel. Only thing that was not good was the sofa bed. It was in a very bad condition. Needs to be replaced. The spring on the sofa bed were visible & not comfortable to sleep. We stayed one night so somehow managed.

The hotel was very clean, and the beds were very comfortable with the exception of the pull out sofa. The pull out sofa had almost no cushion and a bar running right where your shoulders hit. It is very difficult to sleep on; however, if you do not have need of a pull out sleeper, the 2 room suite is wonderful. The hotel is a little bit rundown, but for the cost, and with cleanliness being most important, this is a good hotel.

The suite was much bigger than I expected and I loved that it had two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The beds were comfortable too. I liked that it had all the dishes and silverware and pots and pans, full sized stove and refrigerator. We will definitely stay here the next time we visit Dallas!

Great customer service was unique to me. I travel a lot and when entering these hotels, you never know what your going to get lol. Outstanding customer service!!!! Thank you Mr. DJ and your team. You guys made me feel like family.

Waited 20 minutes to get a room. The front desk person was MIA looking for packages for people who were “residents”. Walked through the hallways and pot filled the air. Elevator area and halls felt very Section 8 housing. Seedy people staying there. Will not be back.

Quite possibly the best hotel we have stayed at in a VERY long time. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and generally in a great mood. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Do recommend it to anyone looking for a home feel while vacationing.

They were remodeling the rooms on the 1st floor so had to walk through construction items on way to elevator. The floors/halls were very dirty. The truck with supplies had not arrived so they were out of drinks and laundry detergent. The staff was helpful and a texting system for requests seemed like a good idea, but when I asked in the morning for extra bedding for the couch it never arrived after 3 reminders through the day. I finally had to go to front desk and request but they didn't have any extra pillows, just a set of sheets.

The staff was helpful and a texting system for requests seemed like a good idea, but when I asked in the morning for extra bedding for the couch it never arrived after 3 reminders through the day. I finally had to go to front desk and request but they didn't have any extra pillows, just a set of sheets.

The Sonesta ES Suites in Richardson were perfect for our trip to the Dallas area. Very convenient to Central Expressway and Richardson. Hotel staff was nice and responsive to our needs. Room was exactly what we expected; clean and comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. We will stay there again!

The hotel was in a really great area and super close to a venue we were going to see an artist. It was quiet and the bed was super comfortable. The complementary breakfast was pretty good. I would definitely recommend if visiting Dallas. I will come back!

Stay was good! The pullout couch bed is not so good! It seemed to be broken. It would not lay down flat! Breakfast was hot, but no fruit was available! Staff was very nice and hotel location is great!

The beds are comfy but the pillows are way too soft. The ice maker in our fridge room 226 only made a total of 10 cubes. The room smelled amazing so whatever that was keep doing it. The breakfast was cold (eggs and potatoes) we still ate because we were hungry.

Quite possibly the best hotel we have stayed at in a VERY long time. All the staff we encountered were very helpful and generally in a great mood. Complimentary breakfast was delicious. Do recommend it to anyone looking for a home feel while vacationing.

DONT LET THE PHOTOS FOOL YOU, if your wanting a hot breakfast made this is not the place, it’s a “grab-&-go” breakfast (which is another deception) they explain, you order at the desk and we’ll bring it out. so I’m thinking ok Covid reasons they don’t want everyone hands in the bowl of eggs and etc, NO. You literally have choice of cereal, fruit, yogurt, a bagel and a freaking little jimmy dean croissant that you have to warm up in the microwave! They literally had a worker come out with a brown paper bag. Now normally this wouldn’t bother me if it were not for the fact that I drove in from Amarillo for a soccer tournament where we have games all day and no time to cook so I decided to pay MORE $ to get a hotel w breakfast to save on time and make sure my kids eat before games. no I was sadly mistaken. If it were not for the kitchenette we wouldn’t have eaten, which I even thought ok a crappy pull out couch will be compensated with a hot breakfast and a home studio layout vs going to Wingate where I could have 2 proper beds and a hot breakfast for less than sonesta..Which yes, I’ll give them that I sure felt at home because had to cook my breakfast. the worst feeling was having my kids play their games without breakfast and feeling hungry until we could go warm up the dang cheap sandwich they gave us. which is only one each btw we tried for 2 each nope. room cards didn’t work had to redo those multiple times, no trollies, no made hot breakfast, surprise $100 deposit, 10am out

I booked this hotel mainly based on price and location. I was expecting a modest room. Instead, the room was like a smallish one bedroom apartment with very nice amenities in the room. The only thing to complain about was that the in-room coffee was decaf. As far as complaints go, that's nothing, especially since there was coffee in the main area. Breakfast was much better than one would normally expect at this price point. It was not extravagant, but there were real hot and cold options. Some fresh fruit would have been appreciated, though. I liked the outdoor space which felt neighborhoodly. The next time I am in the area, I am definitely going to try to stay there again. I don't know how they can provide such a good product for the price, but I'll take it.

I was pleasantly surprised. The property and area was so quiet. We normally get the Dallas hotel plague of a youth sports conference or tournament staying at the same hotel. My husband and I both commented that it was so quiet. The bed is super comfortable. The room was so clean. Johnna, the night desk attendant was kind and very professional. The breakfast was fantastic. I mentioned to my husband that I saw a review of someone saying the hotel smelled weird. The halls smell incredible. Like lemon clean!! We’ll be staying here for our dallas trips now.

The hotel was decent overall, but there were a few things that could definitely be improved. The room was clean and cozy, and the lobby was clean and well maintained, which made for a nice first impression.
