My stay was horible due to my hotel being so filthy ! I also saw a roach in the bathroom and the sheets were dirty ! I was getting a room to take a staycation but swimming pool was not available for use There was dirty curse word on picture that was hanging

Bad experience. We expected a bit more professionalism from the management. Please know that we were NOT expecting luxury for this cost. The room was run-down. Everything felt damp and our feet were sticking to the carpets. There was hair in the bed and bathroom, the computer chair cushion was shredded. The couch was slick with body oil and grime. It was gross but again, we didn't expect much for the cost. There were also a few mentally ill people and one of the guys was acting aggressive in the hallway, kicking a chain gate. However, we decided we would stay if we could use the pool. We used it the first night of our stay, we went to the fronk desk and asked if ot would be open the next day and we were advised the pool would be open. It was not open the second day of our stay at all. The third day we asked again if it would be open and they said there was maintenance coming and they would notify us. At 5pm on the third day it was still not open so we called Expedia to see of we could cancel the remaining 3 days we booked. When they contacted the hotel the front desk advised Expedia that the pool was open at that moment. I was on a live call with Expedia and informed them that was not true. They stuck to their story that the pool was open when both of its gates were locked with a padlock. This made us uncomfortable as they were now calling us liars and also not taking accountability. We checked out on the third day at 5pm and were charged for 5 total days. Unacceptable.

It was a damaged room with dirty cigarette burns. The bathroom had mold and bugs in sink. Missing wall socket covers smelled like pee

The room was clean, however, it smelled of stale cigarette smoke. Our clothes and baggage picked up the smell, therefore, we could smell the cigarette smoke in the van while traveling. Not pleasant at all!

We asked for a non-smoking room and got one that had been smoked in for an extended period of years! The bedding had many cigarette holes burned through the bedspread and blankets, and cigarette butt on the floor. The carpet was old, torn, stained and sticky and the whole room smelled horrible. This is not a 're-do' for us!

It needs to be more clean

Not bad. Towels need to be replaced with new ones, the old ones have stains that won’t come out. One of the young guys at the reception needs to be more behaved when knocking on the door for the check out.

- blow dryer didn't work - dead roach in sink - one bed lamp didn't work - our door didn't always lock, had to swipe card several times to unlock or activate lock - overall the staff is very nice, they brought towels when we asked for more (jacuzzi suite) Still enjoyed our stay very much. Room served it's purpose for a decent price. - breakfast isn't any special. Starts at 630 by 8, there was only toast and coffee and juice left. No biggie.

The key to door would work off and on. The door to the room appeared to have been previously kicked in. The bathroom door didn't close all the way and looked to have been previously kicked in as well. the comforter had holes in it and several sheets including the fitted sheet had blood and pee stains on it. In addition the mini fridge didn't work and had an odor. Lastly the power outlets where burning the chargers. Highly recommend they get the electric checked out

I needed a hotel in this certain area at the last-minute. When I pulled back the bedcover on my one-night stay, there were three blood stains on the white sheets. I was one person in a two-bed room, so I slept in the other, but it opened my eyes to the state of repair in the room, not horrible but could definitely use some attention. And I know the hotel cannot dictate their guests, but there were people smoking in the stairwells and hanging around outside.

The exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work which was okay since I was traveling alone. No TV listing of channels. Breakfast was adequate but was only cereal, type types of bread, and pre-made pancakes and syrup. Only orange juice, no apple juice, and coffee mate. Staff was pleasant and helpful. It was convenient for my needs but needs a bit more updating.

It was our own fault to take a smoking suite for the extra room.It smelled like an old ashtray even after 2 cans of air freshener. The breakfast was a joke...5 premade waffles in a plastic case with 5pieces of bread along side 2 containers of cereal. No fruit,no yogurt no bagels or any of the other breakfast items most motels offer.We were at breakfast 7am..The next morning it was obvious the breakfast had not been replenished.We brought our own coffee maker,none in the room,no phone either.The beds were comfortable and I did like the shower even though it needed "anti slip" additives to the floor of the tub.Won't be returning.

Our experience was really good. Everything was on point. They had my earbuds that I left. I give 10 stars and I would recommend.

Did not give me the rooms i payed for, I had three doble rooms with two beds in each and when we got there they gave us rooms with one bed, very disappointing after a 14 hour driving trip.

The rooms are clean and the staff has been friendly and helpful. Overall my stay has been pleasant and enjoyable. 😁

When I first came the lobby was closed for some reason and you have to use the night window, also this location is walking distance from the lite rail line and I like getting a day pass and seeing the city without driving.

Great location for our purpose. Much traffic all night at this hotel however.

Everything was great breakfast in and out of hotel.

Lobby stunk like weed smoke. Breakfast was a joke. Frosted flakes. Ran out of bread and cups in about 15 minutes. No knives to spread the butter for a piece of toast. Only grape jam. Was the worst breakfast and service Ive ever had, and I stay in a lot of hotels.
