The property was okay. Looks like it was remodeled at some point. We didn't care about the pool but if I was a family I would have been upset. Like three junky looking chairs and a tiny table around the pool. They seemed really short staffed. Hardly anyone at the front desk most of the time wehar to call to get anyone to come to our room to service it on day two. Called because our TV wasn't working. Had to call down twice. The eggs at breakfast were awful. We won't stay here again honestly

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was courteous. No issues except the outside of the hotel has multiple wasp nests so swimming or even just walking to the car, there were wasps swarming everywhere.

I have stayed here 3 times for a week each. Each time my stay was excellent. The area around the hotel is quiet and safe. The room, halls, lobby, breakfast area, and parking lot were all very clean.

First room had strong odour reeking of urine. Immediately I reported this was rectified however on the morning of New Year’s Eve I got a rude attitude from reception when I requested service before checking out. Could easily have been a 5 star but for this one person with an attitude.

The toilet area in the bathroom was too small, especially from the front of the toilet to the wall and shower door. The HVAC was difficult to maintain a set temperature. The fitted bottom sheet did not stay secure to the mattress. The door to the room was either too heavy or the closure was set too tight, making it very difficult for me or my wife to open the door. The staff was very courteous and helpful. The breakfast area was spacious, and the breakfast bar was adequately supplied with a good variety of foods to eat.

There was plenty of amenities provided by the hotel, but my major complaint would be that the walls in the hotel rooms in this Inn does not suppress sound well at all. I could hardly sleep while I was inside of the hotel and was hearing a lot of noise from rooms next door or above the hotel room.

I asked for body lotion as the one in the room was empty and not only did it take so long to deliver, I got a rude attitude from reception. This would have been an easy five star but the attitude of one person ruined my entire experience.

It was fine until the end when your facility charged me three times for my room. I split the cost of the room with a friend and supposedly they split between two credit cards. Instead they charged us both the full amount. We ask to correct and they said they said they did. Instead they charged me three times only one is correct. This will be a huge hassle to correct won’t be returning and will share this experience with friends and family. I am hoping this was an incompetent employee and not a scam.

The guy who worked in the front most evenings I was there was one of the nicest guy I met. He really checked on me and my friends to make sure we were ok. We always played games in the “dining” area and he always checked in on us. Great guy!!

Customer service was top notch! Cleanliness was on point. Any problems were corrected right away. I would definitely stay here again. I enjoyed my stay here and so did my family. The breakfast was also great. Especially the fresh cut fruit and hot options.

Front desk lady was amazing! Very personable and friendly. Great snack selection. Room immaculate. The area is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We felt extremely safe the whole time. The only change we would make is that the breakfast wasn't very good that morning. The omelet was cold and pasty tasting. I believe it was made with pancake batter in it. We are gluten free and dairy free, and there were almost no options for us there. There is a sign saying to let them know if we have allergies, for other options. But when we asked for other options, we were told there were none. It would just be nice to have some gluten free toast, bagels, or muffins. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! We were very, very happy to find this beautiful, peaceful, safe oasis of a hotel in the Dallas area!

Front desk lady was amazing! Very personable and friendly. Great snack selection. Room immaculate. The area is very clean, quiet, and peaceful. We felt extremely safe the whole time. The only change we would make is that the breakfast wasn't very good that morning. The omelet was cold and pasty tasting. I believe it was made with pancake batter in it. We are gluten free and dairy free, and there were almost no options for us there. There is a sign saying to let them know if we have allergies, for other options. But when we asked for other options, we were told there were none. It would just be nice to have some gluten free toast, bagels, or muffins. Overall, we would definitely stay here again! We were very, very happy to find this beautiful, peaceful, safe oasis of a hotel in the Dallas area!

Hotel was in a safe area, very clean, room and bathroom were clean, good parking, easy to access from the freeway. The fridge in the room made sounds so I couldn't sleep well. The breakfast was ok, but the food was cold. I expected the hot items to be kept warm. Upon checkout, I checked my credit card statement and they charged me $6. When I reached out to them about this, they said it was for the water bottles. We did not drink any water from the hotel. Still waiting to hear back on a refund regarding this.

I checked in on a Saturday evening and stayed for one night. Check-in was very easy. I found the room to be very clean. The hotel was quiet. I have no complaints. I would stay there again.

Stayed with our two daughters for two nights. Check in was quick and easy, and the front desk receptionist was super kind and just all around cool. We had an incident where somehow the inside of our rooms deadbolt locked with no one in there, and he was able to get us back in with some serious skill getting the door unlocked, and immediately switched us rooms. The pool was nice with freshly stocked towels every time we went down there. The rooms were spacious and clean. The only thing negative I would say is breakfast was very basic, I'd definitely starting offering biscuits or gravy as another dish. But all around great stay.

Check in was quick rooms were ready, breakfast could use a little better choice for eggs, pork sausage is always better and maybe a 3rd waffle maker so your not waiting 30 minutes to make a waffle. But will be back again next summer when we book our Crystal Beach vacation

We had an excellent stay! The entire staff was friendly and helpful. We enjoyed having breakfast. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. My sons enjoyed the pool which was clean with plenty of towels conveniently nearby.
