The staff was always professional, cheerful and willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot. There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own. I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!

Room was alright, very dated, but relatively clean. But the pool was open, even though it hadn't been treated with chlorine in ages. It was covered in algae, had tons of bugs and leaves, and was generally unusable since it was so filthy.

It was ok. First room smelled like smoke the moved me to a 2 besroom suite which was cool. It was dated. Wallpaper peeling off and shower didnt work. Overall it was ok. Nothing great and likely wouldnt be my firdt choice next time

This is the first time I’ve been let down by a residence inn by Marriott. I had recently stayed at another one and was not charged for my ESA. Our deadbolt didn’t even lock and I found blood stain on sheets.

Room had backed up pipes. I stayed for a week. Mid way through dishwasher backed up. Room had sewage smell. Could not get them to fix. Last day offered to change rooms. But then it was to late in the afternoon. Had to close off the living room area to keep smell out. Living room tv did not work. Had to stay elsewhere one of the nights because could not cook dinner with the smell. Will not be returning.

I really loved the ambiance, it was perfect, for an exceptional stay. Breakfast was on time and very appetizing and the room was clean, very spacious, and peaceful for our two night stay. Thank you for the comfort and see you next year.

I waited to complete this review. I wanted to reflect and not do a knee jerk. We booked the 2 bedroom for myself, hubby and adult son as we were in town for a funeral. The space was nice. The room mostly clean. The dimly lit outside and being behind a closed resturant is not appealing at night. We asked for room cleaning, at least towels and trash removal the day of the funeral, it was never done. The air vents are full of lint. The door lock did not work correctly. We were missing a light bulb ( was replaced) and the bathroom lighting was not fixed during out stay. The sweet lady at the desk asked for these to be fixed for us; they were not. Too expensive, even for a 2 BR, for this property. Would not book again.

Had to speak loudly and say “hello!” over and over to get anyone at the front desk, so check-in and check-out took too long. Room and hotel itself were pretty dark, and the room had a strange smell. The stay was fine. However, the property is in need of some repairs and updates. The paint, plaster, and caulking in the bathroom is worn, cracked, and peeling. The finish is worn off of some of the Formica furniture.

The front desk staff were awesome. My complaints are the property needs to be remodeled. The curtains had holes in them, and the carpet in the closet was coming up and there were more cosmetic issues. Also, the TV's were old and often didn't work in the front room. The Internet sucked, and we did not know to ask for our room to be cleaned everyday. Breakfast needs improvement.

We checked out after 1 night. I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. We had an issue the hotel and hotels.com took care of immediately! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

Had to speak loudly and say “hello!” over and over to get anyone at the front desk, so check-in and check-out took too long. Room and hotel itself were pretty dark, and the room had a strange smell. Only one extra door latch on entry door, and it had an adjoining room door that I couldn’t lock from my side. Amenities were bare: one tiny bar of soap, and shampoo/conditioner attached to the wall. TV was difficult to use (long lag times, no menu, basic cable channels with no way to stream or cast from phone). The staff was always professional, cheerful and willing to help in any way they could. The breakfast items were always fresh and the selection varied day to day. The coffee was always available, fresh and hot. There was a large grass area for dogs around back with easy access through any one of three doors. At each door was a plastic bag holder in case you forgot your own. I liked the place so much I extended my stay and it was no problem for the staff. Thank you!

The front desk staff were awesome. My complaints are the property needs to be remodeled. The curtains had holes in them, and the carpet in the closet was coming up and there were more cosmetic issues. Also, the TV's were old and often didn't work in the front room. The Internet sucked, and we did not know to ask for our room to be cleaned everyday. Breakfast needs improvement.

It was a great place to meet up with family! The breakfast options were great and to have a nice piece of fruit of a chocolate chip cookie in the late afternoon - a nice treat.

We checked out after 1 night. I have to say the staff was amazing and helpful. We had an issue the hotel and hotels.com took care of immediately! The bed was comfortable, the breakfast was good.

The staff was great ! Given what they had to work with ! The problem is cutting back in the already limited breakfast options - When we last stayed there were hard cooked eggs, fresh vegetables ( spinach and such) a microwave and more egg and meat options- those are now all gone Some days there were only small plates, some days no 2%, half and half I understand cutting back, but this was totally unacceptable We’ll not be back ,

I really loved the ambiance, it was perfect, for an exceptional stay. Breakfast was on time and very appetizing and the room was clean, very spacious, and peaceful for our two night stay. Thank you for the comfort and see you next year.

Room 112 is not up to Residence Inn quality. It was musty smelling, none of the doors closed well, then if forced closed wouldn’t open. It rained that night and the sound was ridiculous as it hit the drainage pipe. Sounded like someone wrestling a bag of chips all night. We did not sleep.

Was a fairly limited breakfast, but did offer heated options of eggs, sausage and potatoes, along with oatmeal, cold cereals, yogurt and toast. Fresh fruits also offered. Room beginning to show its age with the carpeting and cushion on sofa bed, but we enjoyed the nice sized room, coffee in room, table, work surface, etc. Very comfortable bed and pillows. A/C seemed rather cool in breakfast area, but we're not used to Texas humidity either ..lol.
