From the first moment we arrived, the front desk woman seemed extremely irritated that she had to check us in. She was not personable at all, gave us room keys and sent us on our way. Didn't explain breakfast hours, or anything. We got into our room which was supposed to be accessible, but their definition of accessible is not what it should be. There's no way anyone with a wheelchair could get into the room. My son was having surgery the following day and was going to be on crutches, which is why we booked the accessible room, and he would've had a really hard time getting through the room it was so tiny. The floor was uneven, there was some nasty brown splatter on the ceiling, and the popcorn ceiling on the living space was the icing on the cake. No asbestos thank you. This hotel needs a major upgrade, from the rude staff to the rooms! It was so bad that we left after 1 night and found another hotel. It was also in a sketchy area. Will never go there again. Probably won't stay at a Marriott ever again either since they don't feel like refunding us either.

Another enjoyable stay at this Courtyard! The location is great for access to the Medical Center, as well as for shopping and great restaurants. The pleasant staff makes the stay even better. Will definitely stay again.

This hotel is one of my favorites. We have been going back in forth to UT Health with my husband. This place is just wonderful. So close to the hospitals and doctors offices. Super quiet and really convenient to great restaurants. Love It and the staff are wonderful!

The outside looks a bit run down but the inside was good. Not sure what happened, but there was some kind of leakage or water damage. The property was nicely tugged away from the busy road. The place was very calm and quiet. Not far from Riverwalk. The only thing was that we didn't get the exact room we paid for, but overall this place was reasonable for the price paid.
