Fairfield Inn & Suites by Marriott San Antonio Downtown/Market Square

I booked this room for our bus driver on a group trip. I called ahead to ensure the bus could be parked at the facility and everything was taken care of. When the driver arrived they turned him away and we had to find a new room. They were also not proactive about issuing a refund, and neither was Hotels.com. This was the only issue in an otherwise great trip to San Antonio.

Staff was accommodating, breakfast was great, room was exactly as advertised. The only concern I had is that I was awakened by a phone call both mornings; there was no person on the other end of my answer and I did not set up a wake-up call. The calls came for no apparent reason.

Breakfast was good. Room was clean, but bathroom has mold on the ceiling. Breakfast area had a leak in the ceiling with dripping water on the floor. The hotel could use an update.

Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The breakfast was good and adequate. Our room was good also. Clean and we like the stand in shower in the suite we were in. We will stay here again. Convenient to our destinations .Overall enjoyed our stay here.
