Overall, nice room. The 2 issues were the toilet wouldn’t refill because the float in the tank would get stuck and you had to remove the lid and tap the float head to get it start refilling. Second, the bed support had some type of issue. When you would lay down or sit down on it, it would give it and squeak.

Las instalaciones son buenas ya que es la tercera vez que me hospedo en el, pero esta vez no sé si tenían muy saturado que me entregaron la habitación después de la hora del check in e incompleta, tienen una persona en recepción una muchacha de lentes que es muy grosera, a pesar de que me entregaron la habitación tarde y una habitación que no era la que reservé al hacer el check out me quería cobrar del depósito cosas que no consumimos ya que no las pusieron cuando entregaron la habitación, es la última ves que me hospedo aquí, pasamos un mal momento y se supone que vienes de vacaciones!

We arrived early in the morning and were greeted by staff and they even allowed us to check in early. We love the spot, never overcrowded, friendly staff, great amenities, great location secluded from the crowds on the other side of the island. A few things around the hotel could use some updates but nothing major. The pool is so nice! So much space and never crowded. At one point we had the whole pool to ourselves and it was nice. Pool side bar could be updated and more attentive but eventually we got someone to serve us. Drinks were not strong at all but food was good. Beds were on the smaller side and pillows were thin, but not deal breakers. We usually bring our own pillows anyway. We still got great sleep during our stay. They offered beach rentals which was great. This is our second visit and we will definitely be back! Overall a great place to stay and friendly accommodating staff! Thank you!

Puedes poner algo así en inglés: We had a wonderful stay at Peninsula. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, spacious, and well maintained. The amenities were excellent, and it was a great place for our family to relax and enjoy our vacation. The only downside was the Wi-Fi, which was very slow and unreliable throughout our stay. Improving the internet service would make the experience even better. Other than that, everything was fantastic, and we would happily stay here again.
